Staff knows each dog and welcomes them by name. They send picture updates during the day.
Its a safe and fun environment for my pup to play in. The events are wonderful engagement from pup to coach to parent. I love that my boy is enriched during his time there. It has helped socialize him around humans and dogs alike which encourages positive behavior. I have a piece of mind knowing he is being taken care of while I am at work.

The folks at Dogtopia are simply the best. I travel a lot for work and board my dogs frequently. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my pets. Truly 5+ stars out of 5.
My dog loves Dogtopia! So far, he’s enjoyed both doggy day care and over night stays. He’s always well cared for.
We like the fact that our dog is able to play with other friendly dogs for many hours every day. It is comforting knowing the dogs are all evaluated and are up on their vaccinations and that an employee is in the room with the dogs at all times.
Athena, was boarded beginning on August 3 after 5:30 p.m. and was picked up the following Sunday at approximately 9:00 a.m.
Before her stay, Athena visited her vet on July 31 because some of her vaccines needed to be updated. At that appointment, she weighed 88 pounds.
After picking her from boarding, we noticed that she was lethargic, not acting like herself, and had discharge coming from one of her eyes. We took her back to the vet to have her eye looked at and determine if anything else might be going on.
The vet diagnosed Athena with a minor eye infection. I understand that an eye infection can happen anywhere. However, I am very concerned that, at this vet visit, Athena weighed only 78 pounds, that is approximately 10 pounds less than she weighed just 3 days before boarding. The vet was also concerned and could not explain how she could have lost that amount of weight in such a short period of time.
No one at Dogtopia, ever reached out to me during our trip to let me know that Athena had not been eating. I am not sure otherwise how to explain a 10 lb weight loss.
The Staff is always super friendly and easy to talk with, either on the phone or in person. Our dog is always so excited to run in, and looks so happy on the webcams- which are so nice to have, by the way. It’s very reassuring to have a place for Chili that we know she loves when we have to be out of town.
I LOVE DogTopia! They are so accommodating and genuinely care about my dog. They always keep the dogs busy and active.

I normally don’t fill out these surveys, but my dog loves it at Dogtopia, sometimes he is down right rude in his excitement to get out of car when we pull in lol. Great staff that clearly love dogs and go out of their way to make it a fun environment.

It starts at the door. Always a warm pleasant reception. Often knowing my dogs name and greeting her with hugs and love. It's easy to tell that you young energetic staff really enjoy what they do. This all makes my time away from my dog stressless, knowing that you take care of my dog just as I would.

I am so big on cleanliness! This place is super clean and it does NOT smell like dogs. I love the amazing customer service each and every time I drop my puppy off. This place is full of great dog staff and they are always watching close eye on our pups. I would recommend them 10/10. My puppy wasn’t as social due to waiting for all of her vaccinations and now she loves going to daycare twice a week. Thank you to the entire staff! Luna “lulu” loves this place!
My puppy contracted kennel cough the first week she was there.
Super professional and caring staff. Dogtopia in Davis transformed my rescue dog from an animal that was fairly non-trusting of humans and other dogs to a super-social, fun-loving creature. The best thing I ever did for my dog was to take him to Dogtopia, and I’ll always be so thankful to Cindy and her staff.
