Sophie loves it there. We really like that the handlers and receptionists love Sophie and what's really important is that they like their jobs! There's nothing more defeating than dropping off your pet for the day or night where people seem to resent their work. Dogs can sense happiness.
Convenience and services offered.
Employees are always friendly and my senior dog loves going. I love the special attention given to my dog and that he has a safe place to socialize. I appreciate that if there is anything out of the ordinary, it is communicated to me.
Ease of drop off and pick up, friendliness of staff and concern shown whenever there are issues with my dog.
Our little dog is on the shy side, so having her boarded at Dogtopia where she can also get more socialized has been such a benefit! I also love that I don’t have to prepare my home for someone to stay with her or clean up after they leave. Our pup came home happy and we look forward to using this service again for her in the future.
I like the way Dogtopia cares for the dogs, knows each and every one of them, and has so many activities for them to do.
Everyone at this location is kind and easy to work with. Our dog, Larry, can be a bit reactive and nervous, he has had wonderful experiences with Dogtopia. Whenever he gets groomed, you can tell he feels great! Would recommend Dogtopia for grooming and daycare services. They are great and very thorough.
The staff needs more help. They work themselves to the bone & deserve to be properly staffed. Ryan is an AMAZING manager.
Seems to be a really great group of caretakers. My dog has been boarded before, elsewhere, and always come home ill and angry. While he wasn’t thrilled about being boarded again (for his first time at Dogtopia), he did great and came home healthy and wasn’t “angry” with me about the boarding; he fell right back into his routine. I’ll NEVER take him to another facility - Dogtopia is the best.
Socializing. Always availability
Super friendly staff to both me and my baby Ozzy. I always know that Ozzy is happy, safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend the Summerlin South location!
I like the kindness of staff and trainers with our furry babies and parents. I love to see my Baby Totopo getting all excited when I told him he’s going to “school”. And how he can’t wait to get inside and give Hi kisses to the staff.

We have been using Dogtopia for overnight stays for the past 4 years and had been very happy with the brining our pup there. During her most recent stay she was injured by another dog, and the staff was helpful in bringing her to the vet for us as we were traveling out of state.
Where i was disappointed was that we had to incur the charges from the vet and were comped only part of her stay there. She also had to stay in a room by herself after coming back and I am concerned about her being scared of other dogs moving forward
