Seem to be and hope they are good with my sweet and excitable boy. Did not appear his nails were clipped adequately but know too much at a time is not a good thing. Have taken him to Dogtopia before and will again.

The staff always greet Cricket by name and with excitement. He loves going to daycare.
They also do fun activities for the dogs.

My daughter had used Dogtopia in the past with only good things to say. So when we needed to board our 4 month old pup for a day they were where we went. We had to bring him in for a temperment test and then he spent the day in doggie day care to make sure he was ok with the other dogs.Since he is a large puppy(50lbs at 4 months) he was in with the large dogs which made us nervous.Being able to check on him via the web cam was a plus.So all went well on his first day so we dropped him off for his first overnight on Saturday and picked him up Sunday morning. All went well and the employees were all great. So needless to say we will be using them again this coming Thanksgiving to board him since we can't take him to the home we will be going to and he is too young to leave home unattended for a long preriod of time.
So a big thuimbs up to Dogtopia of Bethpage!!

Every time we bring our pup to Dogtopia she pulls on the leash to get inside because she's so excited! It's the best reassurance that she loves being there.
Our dog loves to go there! The staff are very friendly. It’s so nice to have the option to board or get services or daycare… and we love having the snack days!
1. Felt a little pressured to sign up for a plan. Right now, I work for the Federal Gov and there is a shutdown that may effect me.
2. The service that set up the meet and greet is still sending me emails and texts asking if I wanted to reschedule because they dont know I already had the meet and greet.
3. Calling to schedule your pup to get in is a hassle. Called about 8 times, always got an answering machine saying they will call back. I am calling the wilmington-de number. When the service calls back, they say its to schedule at Elsmere.
I am new to your service so I would prefer to comment after I have used the service more.

The personalization. I know that my dog is truly loved like he is your own when I drop him off. I also love that he is tired and exhausted when I pick him up
I feel that my dog is well-cared for and safe while he is at Dogtopia of Solon. I would like to see the dogs get outdoor time more often. It seems that they rarely get outside. That is part of my hesitation about using the boarding services as my dog may never get to see and smell the outdoors while I am gone. I also feel like there could be a better balance of the rooms. I know it is based on size and temperament, but it seems like there are always like 25 dogs in Toybox when there may be a handful of dogs in the other rooms.
We love how happy our dogs are after a day at Dogtopia. They are excited to go on their daycare days - jumping into the pet carrier when it’s time to leave. The staff is also friendly and kind. And we love being able to check in on them using the cameras.

Our pet Reggie has been at Dogtopia Limerick since he was a puppy. The staff has been like family since day one. They have brought issues to our attention that we believe have extended the life of our beloved Reggie.

My favorite part of Dogtopia is the staff. They are so kind and so friendly. I don’t worry about leaving my dog in their hands. He has become very familiar with the staff. He loves going to doggy daycare. I couldn’t have asked for a better situation for my pet.

I love how invested the staff are in helping each dog become the best, happiest, most confident doggie they can be! It’s clear they are all very passionate about what they do! The trainer is amazing and I also appreciate everything they all do to keep the dogs safe. Great spa services and boarding too!
The staff are very friendly and recognize me every time I come in. My dog always loves coming and gets excited every time we walk over and is pooped out from playing after. The are super proactive with any concerns that arise and also have fun photoshoots for the dogs to participate in.

Kiwi absolutely loves coming to Dogtopia! The staff is wonderful and I love all of the extra activities, crafts and especially the pictures! The spa/grooming service is very convenient. Kiwi looks adorable after her grooming today. I appreciate the notes on how she did too.
The staff is so warm and friendly and I love that there are cameras so you can peek at your pup throughout the day (especially the first few days). They are meticulous about cleaning up after the pups. I also like the smaller size of this facility and the separation of large and small dogs.
