Staff is friendly and caring. My dog feels welcome and happy there. She has a great time and I feel relaxed when I leave her because I trust the staff. I know they love my girl.
Not sure as I see you guys cleaning a lot, but my dog came home from his recent boarding with diahrea, which testing revealed was caused by Coccidia. Not great to come back from vacation and spend the next 3 nights getting very little sleep as your dog has to go out near hourly.
Yogi had a spa day and some fun in day care with his furry friends. He came home looking and smelling great. He got the exercise he needed not being able to go for walks because of the snow.
My dog loves Dogtopia and the staff always take wonderful care of him.
Everyone is friendly and encouraging, plus it's easy to book and my dog loves it at Dogtopia.
It has gotten significantly expensive. Being unable to cancel the week of is very inconvenient especially during family emergencies. I had a family death and because it was not 14 day notice I had to pay for a week of daycare that my dog was unable to attend. It was the most insensitive thing ever, it’s like they expect you to plan for a family member to pass away.
I’ll actually be canceling my entire enrollment soon because that was truly the last straw.
Safety and cleanliness! The ease of using the app is a plus, when I drop Mattie off I am confident that she will receive good care. The tour showed a very clean and safe facility. I don’t worry! Hands down, Dogtopia is the best!

The big deal is that Cole is happy to go and enjoys his time there. Your staff is amazing. This is our third Dogtopia this winter and they have been very good. The ability to see your dog at play is comforting. Curbside pickup and drop off is a great feature and the location is really convenient.

Only challenge is lack of safe parking at Fairfield, CT site.
