friendly and accomodating
Staff team is amazing, very friendly, accommodating. Jax loves coming weekly
everything but wish I could do half day rate into boarding. was told if I drop off tomorrow at 4:30 pm for overnight I still be charged full day for boarding. that does not make sense to me. other than that, everything else is amazing.
Staff are very friendly and caring towards my dogs. My dogs clearly enjoy going and are super excited when I turn into the lot. They offer activities and fun things for the pups. I appreciate that I can check up on the webcam whenever I feel anxious about not having my pups with me.
Everything, my mini schnauzer Mia loves her time at dogtopia.

Fantastic staff, and a wonderful atmosphere
I’ve previously left a review…still 10/10…my pup gets so excited when we arrive, he gets even more excited when we go inside. All staff members are friendly, the facility is very clean. I’m so glad to have found Dogtopia!

My dog is always so happy as soon as she realizes where she is at! The staff is caring and always so happy see her! They make it fun not only for my pup but for me!
I like how excited my Jewel is when I bring her to your facility. The only thing I would like to see changed if anything is outside time
Super friendly and helpful staff. The facility is very clean and doesn't smell at all. My dog is always happy going there and at pick up. When I occasionally look at the livestreams to see what my dog is doing, I always see the staff petting and paying attention to the dogs.

When I was watching my dog on the camera, one of the employees kept pushing my dog off instead of just giving her a little bit of Pat and I’ve seen it multiple times

My furry BFF Heidi absolutely loves her 3 days a week at Dogtopia in Springfield. The staff there are all amazing and caring. I highly recommend their doggy daycare and boarding services.

I appreciate the caring of the staff! They do a fantastic job of holding my hand when leaving my clingy pup (and holding her paw). I love being able to see her on camera when she is there.
