We love the staff and all the services you provide. It’s so nice and convenient that you give her a bath after boarding her for a few days!
Friendly, capable and caring dog people! I was very hesitant to bring my dog anywhere or even board him overnight, but the folks at Dogtopia really take care of my dog and even give me updates.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST Humans on the Planet!
My dog has stayed 3 times over the last year. We always get good reports but there are lots of times I don’t see her on cameras for play time when I check multiple times on different days and times of day. She always acts very “off” when she comes home- she’s very tired (which should be a sign of lots of play but I’m not sure), not as affectionate towards us, seems scared to do typical parts of our routine, doesn’t eat much if at all for several days, etc. She usually comes home with most of her treats but this last time came home with most, if not all of her food. I’ve made it clear she has a sensitive stomach and isn’t to eat other food/treats. When I booked this last stay I was asked about updated shots/vet records and gave our vets info. I was told they would get them from them and I didn’t have to bring anything in. Nothing was said at drop off and then I got a call on the last day of her stay saying they didnt’ have them! I let it be known I was told they would get them from the vet but I question safety when things aren’t being verified BEFORE the dog is dropped off. They have also gotten another dog with the same name mixed up with our dog when we’ve received notifications of reservations we didn’t make. Things just don’t seem very organized in a lot of ways but when I question it, it’s blown off and made to seem like what I”m seeing isn’t true and “everything’s fine”

Staff are a 10/10. Processes are great and you are easy to work with. My gripe is that each time I leave my pet there healthy, I pick him up and he is sick. I don’t know if it’s the house food or something passed from other dogs. Our previous stay he came back with an eye infection, and this recent stay he has had diarrhea and loss of appetite.

We love Dogtopia! They truly care for our doodle - he’s always excited to go play! Also, they do an amazing job on his groom- keeping him looking fresh and handsome!

I love the app. I love the flexibility and options y’all offer. I love that I can send him any time, and he can get his spa services while he is there. I love the prices. I love the staff. I love how sweet they are to my dog. I know he is very high maintenance when he is there, but he never hesitates to go, and he isn’t an emotional wreck when he gets home. This shows how kind and patient and professional everyone is to him. I recommend y’all to everyone, and I am so so grateful to have y’all. I would die without Dogtopia!!

Really great customer service!!! The receptionist was very helpful and got our 2 pups in very quickly! They have specials all month, we received free nail trim for both our dogs! Debbie, the groomer was great! She did a wonderful job on Gizmo and Astro, they loved her! She also, came out to meet us and give us a report card on how their grooming went, it was really a great experience! All the staff we have met, have been very nice and inviting. Prices are very reasonable, I have been to a few groomers in the area and they are the best quality and prices!
I love that there are cameras to be able to watch our furkids play, I love that the staff is interacting with the dogs, I love the daily activities.
I like I can trust the staff and the organization that is looking out for my pet.
