The people ..staff is top grade ..They care

My dog has come home from daycare several times smelling strongly of urine. The smell is so strong in the car that it made my eyes water. Had to give the dog a bath immediately.

We’ve had a really good experience with Dogtopia. The staff is always friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my boys there, which is the most important thing to me. They’re always excited when we get there and come home completely worn out from playing all day
I also love being able to check in on them and see what they’re up to during the day. You can tell the staff really cares about the dogs and gets to know them. Definitely recommend!

The staff is great with my dog. He lights up at the mere mention of Dogtopia. His needs are taken care of. I know he will be well cared for whether he’s there for the day or for boarding.

Friendliness of staff, availability, breadth of services

I took my dog in for a full groom. The groomer found a patch of raw skin on his elbow and stopped the service (totally understandable… I did not see the small wound, but understand why she didn’t want to wash it or expose it to soap). So after 20 minutes I was called in to pick him up. He was wet, a patch of fur had been cut from his back, and no other services were offered (though his nails had been trimmed). I was charged for a full bath service. He’s a big dog, but I don’t know how a 20 minute partial bath equaled almost a hundred dollar bill.

My dog came home with kennel cough. 1 day after his stay- no exposure to other dogs execute at DogTopia. Very frustrating as it was an expensive stay followed by a vet visit.

Everyone was nice and polite they did a good job on my dog and they treated the dog very well very clean and nice place to take your pet too

We love the staff and the love they have for the dogs. Dogtopia is clean and our dog always has the best time! He will have his first boarding stay coming up soon. Hoping that goes well also. We like to travel and can't always take him.

Our dog really loves coming to daycare twice a week and I love being able to drop in and see him playing on the cams. The staff has always been super friendly and very responsive when things come up!

Well you could keep the number of dogs in separate rooms as they are all barking nonstop when together. Madi came home totally exhausted.
