Professional, caring, clean environment
For our dogs it works, but its not for all dogs
My dog began using the toilet in the house even when he had free access to the outside. Allowing dogs to toilet inside completely undoes their outdoors potty training.
The staff are wonderful with my 3 basset hounds and I feel very comfortable knowing they are loved and cared for whien they are away from home.
Good people that care about all the dogs.
The employees are wonderful with my pup.
We like the location, professional staff, meet and greet/dog safety, the play areas and mostly we like Dogtopia because our dog LOVED it!

Hank is a bit shy and has enjoyed the staff greatly. They are always making sure the dogs are comfortable
They take good care of Clifford and make sure he has fun! Love that he comes home so tired.

Mika is absolutely the BEST groomer for my Ellie! Ellie is a handful and very skittish. Mika works with her and has one or two people assist. Ellie always looks great and I am so appreciative of their care with Ellie!
We brought Jax there a couple of months ago for boarding, and after we picked him up and were in the car, I noticed he had poop on his paws, which then got all over the car and my clothes. I get it; maybe it happens. But then we dropped him off a few weeks ago, and his paws were soaked with urine and had to be bathed immediately. Jax isn't one to make mistakes at home.
I am choosing not to post a negative review publicly because I hope you will take this feedback seriously. It might be helpful to check the pets before they are returned to their families to ensure their health and comfort. The mess with Jax was something that could have easily been noticed with a quick glance.
I cannot bring Jax back for boarding or grooming (unfortunately). It's a shame we enjoyed it there and have recommended it for a few years now.

My dog loves daycare here so much. He gets so excited when I drop him off and doesn't want to leave at pickup time. The staff is amazing and very thorough thoughtful. I have zero complaints.

The facility is super convenient, and the staff cares for my dogs as if they were their own.
Very friendly, worked with my and dog given certain circumstances, and prices are lower than what I was paying before somewhere else.
I brought my dog to daycare to watch on the camera him being put in a crate every 15 minutes. I was told him and another dog were not getting along. So in being there for 8 hours my dog was in a crate for 4 of those hours.

I love the cameras. The ability to see my dogs while I am away is very comforting. My dogs were happy when I picked them up. This tells me that they felt comfortable and had fun at Dogtopia.
Highly recommend Valerie for grooming services. She listens to what I want and takes such good care of my dog.
Dogtopia is very organized, clean, the staff is great and wonderful with the dogs. I must mention
terrific pictures! Most of all, my dog Lillee loves it there. She knows the route going there and
can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. Happy dog Mom!
