Because $45 for day care is too much and $45 for a 1/2 day is absolutely ridiculous. Every other daycare around has a 1/2 day rate. My last visit was most likely my last
The staff us always friendly and provides feedback. Maya always seems happy when she has been there
a coach took my dog by the neck and pinned him to the ground. Then i spoke to the manager and was told i wouldn’t be charged the following week for the incident then was charged anyways. When i picked him up his throat was very swollen and red and no coach informed me.
I am disappointed by the lack of supervision and constant hurt my dog is getting. If i had no watched the cameras I would not have seen the incident and who knows how often this man hurt the dogs under his care.
We love your grooming. Rita is amazing!! The staff is always so friendly and sweet to our little girl Sammi (westie). It's so nice how we are treated.
Dogtopia does a great job supervising play. They’re very friendly and my dog loves going to Daycare there.

The staff is amazing, always friendly and welcoming to my dog. The facility is incredibly clean and the best party is the ablity to check in via webcam. Brandon responsive and does a great job managing the location.
We love coming to Dogtopia Temecula for the great love and care of our dog, Oreo. She is nine years old and have been coming since she was 6 months old. Great team and fun entertainment for the dogs.

Our two dogs were well cared for by staff who are all very caring. We were able to check on our dogs periodically via the webcam.

Friendly front desk. Yummy and healthy dishes for my dog (according to my pup) my dog literally pushes me out the door of the car when we arrive at Dogtopia!
My dog, Chester has been a repeat visitor to Dog Topia for sometime. I do not travel that often but call Dog Topia first. This last stay, May 16 and 17, I arranged that he stay over and be groomed (bath, nails clipped, etc. package). I picked him up Monday morning, the 18th. When I arrived home, I saw that he was limping and walking vey gingerly. The nails on all four paws had been cut, not trimmed, back into the quick. He obviously was in great pain. I can imagine the pain he experienced while his nails were being cut. What an awful thing to have happened to my very sweet dog.
In addition, he must have picked up something that has caused him to have a severe case of diarrhea. From Tuesday morning to present he has been sick.
What kind of training or supervising do your groomers undergo? I am thoroughly disappointed in Dog Topia and will never return. My dog deserves a great deal more.

The customer service was excellent. Each and every worker showed so much love toward each and every pet that came in for daycare.
When you need take a trip and want to make sure you're dog has that love and attention while your gone, I definitely recommend Dogtobia.
Not sure if it’s a particular staff. I always ask for an update and I’ve been told dog is fine. I do know that they need to rotate the dogs, especially if they’re very active which mine is the last couple of days on camera. I have seen that my dog has been in the kennel for significant amount of time. I was told they rotated every 10 to 15 minutes so they don’t spend more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time in the kennel with the exception of the break between 12 and two the other day my dog got there at 8:15. He immediately was brought to a kennel. I watched the camera specifically watch the camera and other dogs came through and I thought maybe they were putting the dog in the kennel right away so they get used to being there and then they let him out several dogs went through without even being placed in the kennel. My dog sat there for 45 minutes. You can see him upset, crying, trying out, begging to get out, then he was let out he was behaving just like any other dog except he’s very vocal. This person sprayed him with water which my dog happens to be terrified of in the Company is aware and then after 15 minutes was placed back in the kennel. I did watch for a little bit more than had to turn off I went and did whatever I needed to do for the first part of my morning and went and picked him up so in about three hours four hours he was out of the kennel from what I could see for 30 minutes, which to me is unacceptable.

Our first responsibility is maintaining a safe environment for all dogs in our care. In some situations, dogs may be temporarily kenneled during arrivals, transitions, or when their excitement level around the door could create safety concerns as other dogs enter and exit the room. When multiple dogs are arriving in a short period of time, these management practices may be used more frequently to help prevent scuffles and keep the playgroup safe.
Our scheduled rotations and rest breaks are timed and closely monitored throughout the day. We also utilize a variety of approved handling and management techniques, including verbal redirection and other tools, when necessary to safely manage group play and maintain a positive environment for all dogs.
Every decision made by our team is done with the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in mind, and we appreciate your feedback.
Everyone at the Greenwood Village location is super friendly and caring. I miss my pup while I’m at work but love knowing that she’s in good hands while I’m away.
I like the hours the reasonable prices and the friendly staff. I like that when my dog comes in the know him.
Our dog enjoys going to Dogtopia. The staff know our dog and are very engaging with her. I love that they have a Spa, she comes home all clean on spa days. They send cute pictures of her at the spa. When we need to change her date or pause a week they are very helpful and supportive.
