It truly is Bear’s Best Day Ever whenever he gets to go to see his friends at Dogtopia. We’ve been coming to Dogtopia for years, and it’s back on an upswing and we’re thrilled to be regulars again!
My dachshund and I are always warmly greeted no matter when we come in or who greets us. They know his name, and will tell me things about how he does during his stay there. It is obvious that they care about the clients and their much-loved dogs.
The personal interest and caring that my dog receives. They go out of their way to deal my iradict schedule and are always willing to accommodate me.
Very welcoming and answered all of our questions made us feel comfortable leaving our puppy with them
I like on the workers clean the dog area and on how they stay up with it. I would like to see if there if there is a way to have the dogs interact with more people to help with socialization.
Our dog loves Dogtopia! He always has fun. We love knowing he is well cared for and happy during the day.

My dog is always so happy when I pick him up from daycare there. Everyone is so kind and obviously loving pets.
Our two labs have been attending Dogtopia since they were pups. Almost four years. They just can’t wait to go. People there are wonderful, caring.
More importantly my dog likes you. He loves to come and visit. When he gets groomed he looks like a show dog. Axel loves Dogtopia and so does his human.
The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. My baby enjoys going and having the webcam helps to see what she is doing.

Communication and pricing
Great staff — they really love dogs and it shows. The facility is super clean — you’d never know there are so many dogs in the building. My dog gets a lot of exercise there. She looks forward to going there!

The staff s amazing. My dog gets supervised play time, improves her socialization skills and is always cared for. I like that I can check on her with the webcams throughout the day. The communication and feedback is done well going both ways. My dog is so happy to go there. I also use them for regular bathing. She’s been attending Dogtopia since she was about 4 months old and she’s now 3,

This franchise treats your dog like royalty. The experience is great for our two dogs. They both love being part of a larger pack during their visit. The experience offers enrichment that has been a great benefit for our dogs and is well worth the price.
