The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer private game sessions and various dog bath services. Most importantly, our dog is always excited to be there so I know he’s being treated well while there.
The staff is amazing!! They work with you to make sure your pet has the best experience. I also have noticed that since my dog was boarded she’s been more well-behaved which is an added bonus. I will be boarding my dog here each time. Also their doggy day camp is the best resource if you work long hours and want your pup to have a fun day out!
The staff was polite kept me informed throughout the process, liked that they did things with the dogs, like Santa and New Years. Great experience would highly recommend Dogtopia to others.

Just a great place. My dog has been going there since he was about 6 months old and will be 5 in April. He loves going there.
1. Our dog likes going to Dogtopia. 2. Stays are easy to schedule and modify. 3. Their grooming is excellent. 4. They're close to BFL, so drop off and pickup are easy. They hire lots of staff, so our dog is well cared for and staff is able to be friendly, caring, and fun.
The convenience and the staff
I like the ease of drop off/pick up. Having a card on file so I dont have to stand there with a crazy dog running on his leash while my card gets swiped is amazingly helpful. I also love that this daycare has camera access. I switched from another local daycare because my dog kept coming home injured or sick and without cameras I couldnt tell why. I have not had an issue with this from dogtopia and can see from the cameras that the staff does intervene if play gets a little too rough before my 8lb dog gets hurt by a 20lb dog. Keep up the good work and we will continue to recommend this place.

The cleanliness of the facility
Max has been going to dogtopia for 4 years. He is a rescue and we wanted him to gain confidence Dogtopia helped with that hugely. Bonus he gets to burn all his energy out on his dogtopia days. We don’t know what we would do with Dogtopia.
Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I especially like the way the staff interacts with Homer, my Golden.

I like that the location has become convenient and the webcam which allows me to see how my dog is doing and how he interacts with other dogs but I which there were other activities you guys can do with them that will stimulate there minds and body and not just seeing dogs running. If there is something you do provide I would love to know more about it.

I love everything about the services. I was talking to my friend yesterday and I expressed how pleased I am with Dog Utopia. The staff there is top notch! Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I forgot to express how nice everyone is that works there. Especially Mercedes, she’s great! My dog loves going there. I feel very confident knowing that my dog is in a clean and safe atmosphere.
We’ve had a great experience with Dogtopia. The staff is genuinely caring, communicative, and clearly loves what they do. I feel confident knowing our pup is safe, well-supervised, and getting both exercise and socialization in a clean, structured environment. Drop-off and pick-up are easy, and the peace of mind alone makes it worth it. Highly recommend!
