I have the login for the cameras but it continuously says that the cameras are off. How can I check in on my dog? Also, I'm wondering how often my dog has access to water. They come home very thirsty.
Didn’t know about the Dogtopia app or how to access webcams on the app or online when I dropped my dog off for her first day at daycare. (I called the location a few times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to check in at first, which is why I soon learned about the cameras.) Staff was very friendly at the meet and greet and each morning when I dropped her off, but just wish all the amenities of the monthly plan were explained to me in detail as a first time customer. If not explained, at least a brochure or pamphlet with the different options.
Jeff and all the employees are so nice and they love Finley. We know she is well cared for and she loves going. I also love you can see her on camera from cell phone
My dog LOVES going to Dogtopia in Clarkesville!!!! She knows when I pack her food, she is going, and she won’t stop whining until we arrive there. We have tried several other dog care facilities, but Dogtopia has kept her safe and loved and she loves going!!
I like the staff. They do such a good job of monitoring the dogs and notifying you of any concerns. Also the salon is FANTASTIC. Staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy and animals are too.

Ava our dog can be very hesitant with new people and when we drop her off she seems very excited to go stay and goes off with the Dogtopia staff with ease. It’s great we have the ability to check in and see her playing and enjoying her time in the play yard.
Personable. My dog feels safe. She likes the staff and her new friends. You guys took care of my dog Chewie when he came in for grooming who passed 4/2024. We're happy to be back and get Zelda socialized.

My pup loves coming to play with all his new pup friends. I enjoy the structure associated with the facility and with the crew. The snacks and spa are perfect as well.

Hi, I had my meet and greet on a Saturday, I did not get the tour I was promised which I would have liked. The City playroom is small. The other location she was at had a large playroom. I will see how she adjusts over the next few weeks and see if she makes new friends.

I like the friendly staff and it a great safe place for my new 9 month old dog to have an active day. The extended time range for drop off and pick up that comes with membership is perfect for my lifestyle. I quickly changed my membership from 2x per week to unlimited. I am also utilizing the training services.
Friendly smiles at front desk, many employees who seem to be watching dogs and ensuring a safe environment, outdoor play area (with no cages), able to book boarding and day care online, employees who seem to care. Great all around.
Our pet often stinks very badly when coming home.
