My dog is eager to go there. Her tail constantly wags while there. And, she is worn out when she gets home. Staff is wonderful and caring.

This team is very trustworthy and caring. They enjoy what they do and this makes all the difference in the care and attention my pup receives. She loves going to âschoolâ each day and playing with her bffâs.
While the majority of the time things are good, it feels like there are too many dogs for the space. It often smells very bad and our dog always comes home smelling bad.
Staff seem to both know the dogs and are truly caring about the dogs and their welfare.
The location is very convenient. The staff is lovely and caring. The facility is clean. My dog enjoys going to Dogtopia.
Love the friendly, attentive staff who knows every dog and owner by name! I appreciate the cleanliness and hands-on management of the playrooms . I never worry that my geriatric pup will be overrun or ignored during her daycare , and she comes home happy and healthy.
The team is so friendly, my dog gets an amazing greeting when I drop her off and my Bernese is always smiling when I pick her up.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a pleasant person at the front desk, but felt like I was interrogated. I thought this was supposed to be me interviewing Dogtopia to see if it was a good fit for my dog not me getting interrogated. Was also surprised about a $25 fee which I was told could easily be found on the website, and to find out was not on the website.
Caring individuals taking care of our canine family members. Facility is clean and fun! Great grooming services and boarding. Easy app.

I loved the facility and the staff. My only complaint is that I would prefer to be able to sign up for spots as needed opposed to a subscription type service.
The situation:
My dog Arlo is a new client at Dogtopia and after his initial visit on December 14th, I noticed a flyer for a promotional package (new clients only) which included 3 days of daycare per week and unlimited spa for the month of December. Â I called on December 16th and purchased the package. Â I took Arlo in for Daycare two times in the days following which was covered by the package. Â I then booked a spa treatment on the 20th of December that was charged to my credit card ($35.) without my knowledge. Â I discovered the mistake when I was checking my credit card activity and immediately called to report the mistake. Â I talked to Vanesa (sp?) who was frankly quite curt with me and she told me that she would have to notify someone who does the refunds. Â I asked her to let me know when the request was submitted and when to expect the refund. Â She said she would. Â That was on December 21st and I received no communication from Vanesa on when or if the refund would be coming. Â Since that initial contact with Vanesa I have attempted numerous times to contact her both by phone and in person at the Lake Oswego location. Â Â I have left numerous messages with the staff there to have her contact me. Â All with no success. Â I have asked to talk to someone above Vanesa and was told that a person named Jamie was given my number and would contact me. Â That never happened either.
I have to tell you that this is some of the poorest customer service that I have ever received and I truly believe that if you canât help me with a relatively small issue like this, then I am very concerned about the level of care and attention to detail that my pet would receive in your establishment. Â Because of my concerns regarding your customer care, and the potential for additional charges to my credit card, I have not taken Arlo back to Dogtopia. Â As a result, I was unable to use the package I bought. Â
After I sent a lengthy email, I did finally receive a message on my voicemail on January 9th from Vanesa. Â The message she left was very confusing as she was asking if anyone had gotten back to me regarding the refund. I was told through this whole ordeal that she was the only person who could help me with that. I have been clear all along that I simply want the charge for the spa service reversed but she was offering me some vague, in the future free services. Since I will no longer be bringing my dog to Dogtopia, that is not an option.
In addition to the poor customer service, I would also like to comment on other issues that have soured my opinion of your facility.
1. The service you offer for on line monitoring of my pet has never worked. When I asked why the cameras were off line I was given several excuses such as:
Oh, they donât work well when it rains, or they have been down for a few days and donât know why. When I asked someone for help getting the cameras on line no one knew how to do that.
2. When viewing the play yards on the office monitors, the floors were always covered with urine and feces. On Arloâs 2nd day of play there he was brought to me soaking wet and his feet and lower part of his legs had brownish wet something on them. The person on duty in the play yard said he rolled in poop. I donât for a second think that my dog rolled in poop. He may have slipped in it because it was not cleaned up, but in all the times heâs been to daycare he has never rolled in poop. One of the employees took him back and toweled him off so I could put him in the car, but he had to be bathed when I got him home. As compensation for my trouble, the very nice young man (sorry I didnât get his name) said he would be giving Arlo a free spa that would extend into January because I already had the package with free spa for the month of December. Obviously I will not be using that either.
Honestly, at this point what I believe would make this right, is for you to return the $100 I paid for the package that I was unable to use. You can keep the $35. that you charged me for the spa service that was supposed to be free.
I would like to get this resolved ASAP and I prefer not to deal with Vanesa any longer. I have not sent out any reviews to the public as of today, but my patience is waining.

Visible caring for our fur babies via hugs, excitement when they arrive, well-planned and fun activities, and friendly staff. Wouldn't want my fur babies anywhere else.

I love how all of the employees are so friendly and treat my dog so wonderfully!
I often donât recognize the staff anymore when I drop off Kovu. There seems to be a lot of turnover. During the first couple years, I always recognized the staff and they all knew Kovu. Thatâs becoming more and more rare.
I would love for there to be two employees in the dog rooms when there are over 20 dogs. Or, in the very least, the one person in there should not be using a mobile phone and pay more attention. There have been a few times where Iâve noticed an employee struggling to manage all the large dogs. Once I was so frustrated about it, I left work to go get Kovu because he kept trying to hide in the corner because there was so much chaos.
Overall, everyone I have met at Dogtopia has been very nice and seem to like Kovu.

Everyone is incredibly kind, courteous, caring, and considerate of dogs and their loved ones! My fur baby really loves the daycare attendants and I enjoy seeing him have a fun-filled and safe day. I highly recommend!

The team is amazing. I have complete trust in them and the care they provide to Willow. This allows me to go to work each day and not have to worry about what she is doing or if she is sad sitting by the door. This team has become part of our lives and I am very thankful for it. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby girl! đ¶â€ïž
