Friendly staff. Clean environment. Makes it safe and fun for all the dogs. My dog can be a handful and rhe staff stays patient and still gives him opportunity to socialize and I appreciate that very much! I have also experienced huge levels of high quality customer service from the staff. I've had issues with bank cards, issues with depleted funds, and the like and the staff has never made me feel like a burden or a bad customer. They always take care of my dog. And me. I'm a customer for as long as possible

The Dogtopia Warwick team has been so kind and supportive of my Dog during our move to Rhode Island. Bamba is excited to see the staff when we show up. They give him great structure during the day, so he can play or rest as he prefers. I appreciate them so much!

Dogtopia is fantastic. I feel like they are very attentive to the dogs and their needs. I also really appreciate their flexibility in terms of drop offs. My dog has been having a great time.
All the employees clearly love the animals and treat them like family. They know all the dogs by name and they communicate about all the dogs' special needs. My dog is always happy when I pick her up. I see her happy on the webcams. I recommend Dogtopia to everyone without hesitation.

Dogtopia is wonderful, from the front desk staff to the owner. you can’t go wrong!
Staff is great with my dog. Greets him with a smile and enthusiastic hello when I bring him in. He loves going to daycare and jumps out of the car as soon as I open the door.
Most of all the people working there. They truly like our boy. They always greet him by his nickname with open arms.
He can hardly wait to get out of the car and run to them.
It makes us feel confident that he enjoys going there.
He’s learned the very best social skills. We highly recommend.

There are many dogs to watch and handle. Short staffed means less observation for the dogs to play with each other. My dog doesn’t want to just observe from a cage.

We do want to clarify that we have not been operating short staffed. We regularly use rotations as a management technique to help maintain a safe and positive playroom environment for all of our dogs. When dogs are rotated, our team uses timers to help ensure their time in and out of the playroom is balanced and fair. Dogs may also be given short breaks when needed to allow them time to reset before returning to group play.
Our goal is always to provide a safe, enjoyable daycare experience while giving each dog the individual management and breaks they may need throughout the day. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and allowing us the opportunity to provide some additional context.
It’s very convenient and everyone is so friendly. I love they have Saturday hours and have flexibility when I pick up my doggo on Sunday after a stay. They have great add ons and even offer grooming.
