The staff at Dogtopia take great care of my dog, Gracie when I bring her in for a day of Doggie Daycare or to board her overnight. Gracie is always excited when I bring her there cause she has so much fun with the other dogs. You can tell she’s had a fun time when I bring her home and she sleeps like a log that night.

The people are friendly and LOVE our dogs. They know each dog personally. Facility is always clean. We cannot say enough fantastic things about Dogtopia, we take our dog to the Dublin, CA location.
They know my dog when we come through the door, and they know my dog's play style and her best dog friends.
The outside time - 2x per day (I believe) - is also really appreciated.

I like how much yall love the puppies and that we can check in using the cameras. I also like that your boarding services allow my dog to run around with his friends the whole time he is there. I also appreciate the fun activities for him to take part in.
Love the staff here! Known one of the talented staff members for awhile and she was an absolute rock star with our first two pups. She continues to be an amazing with our newer pair of dogs.

I love everything about this place!
The employees here are great! I trust them 100% with my dogs and my dogs just love them. They love to go to Doggy Daycare and are so tired when they get home at night. It is a great place to socialize with other dogs and have fun!
Zoey enjoys coming to Dogtopia. The staff is outstanding and caring. They greet you like family, with high spirits and energy.
I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia! My dog, Wheeler, has been going there for years and he loves it. 9 months ago, he was diagnosed with Degenreative Myelopathy (Dog version of ALS). They still accept him and take special care of him, even though he needs assitance. THe good thing about DM, is that there is no pain. He still scoots around and is a very happy dog. The live they shower on him is amazing.
We love our local Dogtopia! Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating. Our pups love going. They also helped us with our "less social" dog ease into day camp. Their patience and support has made a lot of difference! Thank you for always being so sweet to Snowie and for believing in Stormie.
If I could add a recommendation it would be to consider specific pricing for 1/2 days. Paying a 1/2 day day camp rate would mean our pups could be at day camp more often. :)

I tried it on the recommendation of a friend and had a great experience. The staff could not have been more helpful. The socialization improved my dog's behaviors with both dogs and people which carries over to the dog park. He no longer needs a training collar in the dog park. The activity during the day balances out his energy and but also puts my mind at ease.

Love being able to watch my dog interact and play with other dogs. Love that dogs like going. Live easy way to get nails and bath done while there. Like not having to schedule if want to send to day care. Luke the friendly people.
Staff, availability, my dog LOVES it there
I was staying in downtown Seattle whilst my husband was having major surgery. I could not take my dog to the hospital and did not want to leave him alone all day in a hotel room. I walked into Dogtopia on a whim and they accepted him (with his papers of course, which I had with me) no problem that day. He had the best time and I was able to drop him there everyday for 3 days. I am so grateful for their kindness, understanding and just the great overall vibe in the place! A great bunch of people that made my dogs stay in Seattle feel like a vacation.

You treat Malbi as family. She loves being at her daycare. We love that she burns out her energy! The entire staff is awesome.
We have been taking our dog to Dublin Dogtopia for over 5 years! They are extremely patient with her and know her personality so well! Thank you for taking such good care of our crazy pup!
We love that the staff genuinely knows and loves our dog. They recognize him the second he walks in, know us at drop-off/pick-up, and always make him feel so loved and excited to be there. We love being able to check in on him through the cameras in the app, and the staff is always responsive if we text with a question or just want to check in while he’s boarding. We always feel sad leaving him when we’re on vacation, but you guys go above and beyond with fun theme days and holiday treats, so we know he is getting all the love and attention while we’re away! Someone mentioned that all of the treats are homemade by some of the staff - thank you so much for everything you do!
the staff is incredible. Everyone is kind. I love the structure of the playrooms. I love the interactive activities and theme days and my dog really enjoys it as well!
With the change in ownership, there were several changes enacted that were frustrating. When Patti left the quality of customer care diminished significantly. Drop off and pick up systems were very slow. I also did not feel I should have to pay a $10 fee to keep the spot that I had had for at least two years open while were on a two week vacation. This is especially frustrating to me because I have never been told they could not take my dog, there was always room for him. The thing that probably pushed me over the edge was the policy that “we do not pet dogs when they’re in the room”. I can understand the need or the desire for that policy from a business standpoint, however, almost every time our dog was there he sat patiently, waiting for the worker to stop petting the dog in front of him so that he could have his turn, and it was never reciprocated. And I’m being careful with the word never. I watched this time and time and time again. I decided to leave when most of the people that we felt fully confident caring for our dog had left. I do want to say that Cheyenne was very attentive and professional with us, and I do appreciate that.
