Katy had worked hard to make the Green Hills location a real gem. Between training high quality employees who care about the dogs and want to take care of them, to the events and keeping the dogs enriched, she has made this location so much fun to bring Dutch to.
Very friendly people, very clean facilities, webcam always gives me a pleasure to watch my dog tail wiggling.

Easy to manage account online and book services. Staff are nice. We did the meet and greet, and then boarded our frenchie for 8 night while on vacay. I was able to watch her on camera when needed. All was well!
Our dog, Dave, screams with joy whenever we tell him he is going to "school" (our word for Dogtopia). We have had such great experiences since they opened in Solon. We have used Dogtopia for both daycare and overnight boarding and have been very happy. Our favorite part is the themed days and the awesome photos that the fantastic staff shares with us! Thank you for everything!

I love the staff and the owners. My pup has the best time here every week. They are very caring and good with the dogs. Love that you can watch your dogs on webcams throughout the day. They do fun stuff each week for the pups. Such as pup cups,holiday photos and doggy bacon treats day. This week is teeth cleaning. I love they celebrate and give discounts to veterans. Seriously my pup has been going for a few months now and I can’t say enough good things about this place. They also have boarding and grooming services.
I love the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, along with making the pet and pet owner feel comfortable.
I don’t like that I am told there is no web cam on the weekend that I can just check and see how and what my pet is doing. Understandably that there is a down time during the day, but wish you could drop off at 1pm.
Overall, very happy with and would/already have recommend to others!

Staff is so friendly and you can tell that they genuinely love the dogs. I can't speak of any other locations but this one is great! My pup Levi LOVES his doggie daycare adventures and I LOVE that he is exhausted afterwards.
