All of the staff is so friendly to humans and absolutely loves the dogs. I know my dog is in good hands while making new dog friends, whether it is for the day or for a week.

When a new family arrives, offer a tour and handout with the daily schedule and pricing to new visitors. (To make this do-able, you could arrange pre-set days/times for the orientation & tour.) The evaluation of our pets could occur at the same time, or following completion of the orientation. Have staff introduce themselves and offer information about their training & qualifications. At the end of the 1st visit, include useful information about the dogs your pet seemed to interact well with - like what days and times they’re usually at Dogtopia. Give out a business card, magnet… with information about how to download the app and watch your dog during his/her stay.

The front desk associates are amazing. They really care and strive for exceptional service. I also enjoy the 7am start time. My previous place did not have webcams and that was HUGE for me. I have just started using some of the services (nail trim) and I’m pleased with the results. I will try grooming next. If all works out it will be my one stop shop for all of my dog’s needs.

Felt welcome at my meet and greet. Everyone was very nice and answered my questions.
We’ve been taking our dogs to Dogtopia for baths, nails, teeth and ear cleanings. Noah does a great job and is so kind to our dogs.
Kally was so sweet and did such a good job grooming my stubborn multipoo !!

The place smells. I know it’s a Zootopia, but he really should work on maybe disinfecting every so often during the day if you already doing that then I have no feedback.
Compared to dogtopia in ahwatukee, here in historic they take forever to bring your dog when you pick him up, in Ahwatukee they were really fast and niceer, idk seems that the people in Ahwatukee i can tell they super super love Charley and i feel like he was more happy in Ahwatukee but cause i had to moved this way i have to moved Charley to historic, also another thing that i don’t like from here is that on the weekends they close the cameras and put the dogs in the kennels at 5:00 pm when in dogtopia they do at 7 pm, that give less time for my dog to move around or play and he have to be stuck in the kennels for 2 more hours so if I pick him up around 10 pm he have to be locked up for 5 hours which i don’t really like that, i prefer that they do that at 7 pm instead of 5 pm on the weekends

You need 2 people at peak times for drop off and pick up. I waited a good 15 minutes standing there waiting and I was 2nd in line at 7:30am. There were still two people behind me.
They are professional, caring, friendly, and helpful. Anytime our dog comes to Dogtopia, she’s genuinely excited to be there. She loves the staff and they love her, it shows. I would highly recommend Dogtopia!
I am happy with the spa services for my three large standard poodles. The staff clearly love dogs, and I'm satisfied with the results- clean dogs!
