My dog is safe and entertained all day long. She has been to other daycare's and there have been no activity for them. Watching my dog on camera having a fun time playing with other dogs and seeing staff in the room with the dogs makes me feel reassured that I am getting a great service.
My dog was one of the first dog clients at Dogtopia in Latham. She loves it there! The staff is very friendly which you don’t always find at other doggy daycares. They love all the dogs and show it everyday. I can’t even imagine taking her anywhere else.

The scheduling process is easy to follow once an account is set up. The staff is always friendly and greet us and Pearl with warm smiles. Pearl can be anxious in certain situations, and we feel that the staff is working hard to try to understand her and help her to become comfortable and confident in this new environment.
They are clean and caring.
Our dogs had never been to daycare or been boarded before but the staff made us feel really comfortable. The staff is super attentive and gave us great feedback on our pups’ behavior and how they acclimated to daycare. And it was clear that they care about all the pups
The flexibility of being able to schedule to our needs. The entire staff treats Millie as if she was their own dog. The location is perfect for our needs.
I really like the service, my puppy has a great time there and comes home exhausted from playing. The staff is very friendly, caring, and nice. The only small issue I have is no one is at dogtopia at night for the dogs boarding. Other than that I love Dogtopia Towson a lot.

We like everything about your services. The people who work there are all very friendly and professional. Riley is always very excited to get there, and clearly it’s her Happy Place. We so appreciate all that you do, and we know our girl is safe and well cared for when she’s there.
The staff is wonderful and they take really good care of my dog.
Offer enrollment packages to begin at customers discretion. Options to save, more structured daily activities for dogs. Example, my pup is potty training. I only allow water on a scheduled basis and training around when to pee and poop. Would like Dogtopia to correct behavior of peeing just any where
We regularly use Dogtopia of East Pasadena for our dog, but out adult children both live in San Diego. When we visit, we have been lucky enough to use Dogtopia of Miramar for our lab. Despite only taking her there every few months, she is always welcomed like a member of the family. We have never been met with anything other than kindness and excitement about having our dog join them for the day again. We are so grateful to have a safe space for her so we can enjoy our day in San Diego!
My boxer loves the Dogtopia staff. She’s never ready to come home. I’m happy that she’s happy at Dogtopia, her home away from home. Especially when I have to travel .
I like the way the employees interact with all the dogs. They give them attention and seem to really enjoy them.
When I walked into the facility the strong smell of urine was an immediate red flag. My pet was in a great need to be groomed or I would not have had them groomed. The groom was not done very well. I could have done a better job at home. Will not be a repeat customer.
Remi had a blast on his first day. The salt is really nice.
The services are great from the moment I drop my dog off at the curb, she is excited to get out of the car and go play! The staff is friendly and welcomes my dog by name. Watching my dog on the webcam is exciting. Pick up is also easy, I pull up at the curb and they bring her out. She is tired and she gets to socialize with several dogs all day. Thank you Dogtopia.
I love that after you have been there only a couple times they greet your puppy by his/her name and are excited to take care of them whether it be for play time or boarding. I always feel confident taking Sprout to play or board there.

Connie is always well cared for. The staff watch over her (especially since she’s elderly and can’t hear). They make sure she is comfortable. I also like the option to see (on the cameras in the app) how she is doing. The facility is also very clean.
everyone was very sweet. we were able to watch our dog during his stay. he was tired and happy when he came home!
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! It was nice to also interact with a couple other people who came in with their dogs and express how much they enjoy it as well! We are excited to continue to bring our dog here!
Dogtopia Atascocita is absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend them for all your daycare/boarding needs! I usually have second thoughts and worry the entire time I am away when I board my dog, but not with the excellent, dog- and customer-focused staff at Dogtopia. You can tell they truly love animals by the way they care for and interact with the pooches. For the first time, I had zero worries while on vacation. Peyton, Julie, John - I wish I could remember all the staff names, but they are the best!!!
All 3 dogs were scheduled for grooming very quickly. Goldens had full grooms that were nicely done and my lab mix had a bath and smells great. Curbside drop off and pickup is super helpful!

Both of our dogs came home with Kennel Cough! We had to take them to the vet which cost us extra money that we did not want to spend. I notified the manager of the situation -- but "I'm sorry" doesn't mean too much when are dogs have been coughing for a week now!!
