When booking my meet and greet I was not told about the $25.00 fee. Then when going to pay for the month I was not told about the $30.00 tax.
I love all of it. I think the only thing that could be better is the pups getting outdoors at some point during the day.

Camera are turned off too often. My dogs always come home so dehydrated, they need more water while visiting.
Friendly, patient. I appreciated the complimented time provided for Buddy to get familiar with the routine prior to his first boarding reservation. His birthday greeting was kind and photos from Thanksgiving were the best!

My dog came home with a huge gash on his head. No incident report provided. This is the second instance of this with the explanation the first time being he may have been banging his head on the crate door, we'll use a bigger size next time. And, now my poor baby has a terrible looking gash. I've called and was told the manager will be reaching out upon her return on Monday. (I called Saturday. He stayed over Thanksgiving, picked up Friday.) I'm very disappointed and for this reason couldn't recommend them for overnight, at least.
The staff was eager to make sure the service was safe and enjoyable for all dogs. Very organized.
We booked a spa and daycare appointment and she never even made it to daycare, never even had her special treat you all were doing that day. Groomer never talked to me about how it went, was more concerned about how much it was and how much tip did I leave. Overall experience was impersonal
I love knowing that my dog is safe and having a great day when he is at Dogtopia! They put so much thought into craft days, picture days and special treat days! I love that we feel like part of the Dogtopia family.
This has been the most stressful and horrible experience for me and my dog! On the second day of Bugsy’s stay he Was Attacked by another dog and his face is scarred for life!! I am so upset!! Do not bring your dog to this place, the manager, RYAN is very disrespectful and condescending towards dog parents! He likes to stress the fact that HE IS THE Manager and what he says is Fact! He accused me of wanting free daycare when in fact, I was asking for a half a day of daycare because we picked him up at 12:00 due to his injuries. He spoke over me, accused my dog of being the aggressor did not send me any photos of his injuries and would not share the video of the incident, he kept saying I’ve reviewed the video and I saw what happened! It was not until he was picked up, that we were able to see what my dog face looked like. I was told it was a small scratch, but he has 5 deep scratches on his face almost took his eye out!! Please stay away from this place!! If you love your pet do not take your pets there!! I will contact corporate and taking Bugsy to a vet! One star is too much!!
I dropped off a stinky hound doggie and picked up a beauty queen. The spa treatment was well worth it. As an added benefit, she slept for two days straight when she got home.

When I arrived to pick up my dog, I could hardly breath as the odor of utine and other smells was super pungent. My eyes watered.
My fig was perfectly healthy when she was dropped off and when picked up, she was severely ill and had a very bad kennel cough and cold. Only can lay down and eyes are glassy. It was a contagious atmosphere. She also was covered in a string utine smell when I picked her up. Taking her to the vet tonight as she is getting worse. She is 11 and has always been healthy until now. I am very disappointed especially because I recommend them to a friend and both her dogs are really sick now too after attending there. Let me know if you need their info to verify. I also psid $146 for two nights and she was not cares for in the manner I expected.
