Not first time using Dogtopia, first time very unhappy. Dog was not eating for 2 days and no one call me, when I called I was told staff just keep giving him treats! Unacceptable

I LOVE the fact that my dogs are able to be social in a supervised setting, with professionals who know what they are doing. My dogs are young and socially awkward, so they come off as aggressive when they really are not. I lobe that the staff is able to work with them and get them integrated with other dogs, in a safe and fun manner.

I love the monthly activities and treats for the dogs. They stimulate and enrich the dogs experience, which can extend their life. Most important for my dog, the exercise is low impact which helps his arthritis. The dog activity tracker is my favorite, it is fun to see how many miles he walks. Love this place.

I love the fact that there are so many ways to reach out to the team, especially when you are in a pinch. The response times are very good. Everyone is very gracious. Although, I bring my dog's food, there is a mix of healthy treats and sweets to choose from.
Dogs are monitored by staff. Wecams available. Friendy staff. Cleanliness. Monthly treat calendar.
When you make an appointment make sure it is put in the system and everyone knows about it. Not a good experience when you drop off your dog and the staff is not expecting you
