The staff! Everyone is very kind and I know wants to keep all pets happy and healthy.

I love everything about Dogtopia! From the incredibly sweet owners and their new family addition Micah, to all the amazing staff. Asher and I adore Dogtopia and consider them all extended family!

Services are great, I just wish the special events were not so expensive. A monthly voucher card would be much better than a subscription.

Have outside area for exercise and for dogs to relieve themselves. New puppy owners are reluctant to bring their puppies when they are training them to go outside

The staff at Dogtopia is very caring and loving and they take care of the dogs like it is their own. My dog loves going there every week and literally paws at the door to get inside when I drop him off. This is a top notch doggie daycare.
I understand that you need the dogs information as far as vaccines, etc. but the requests made were over the top. Then, in order to have my dog groomed, you had to give a temp test but then left her in a room by herself for the entire time she was there. She passed the temp test so either could have gone in with the other dogs or no temp test required. I just felt that the restrictions are a bit too much so we will go elsewhere. Thank you.
Everything about dogtopia is the best. My dogs love it here, Your employees are friendly and my dogs Obsessed with them. I could watch the Cameras for hours. My dogs have a blast Here.
Also, this location is always clean and always smells great, Your front desk employees are always hospitable and friendly.
The grooming and Spa is amazing as well.

When you walk in smells dirty and looks like receiption area has not been cleaned in awhile.

I recently moved from Austin where I took by dog to Camp Bow Wow- which is night and day different from Dogtopia. CampBowWow- Employees Happy, Knowledgable. CampBowWow -Super Clean, smells fresh!
Looking for a new place to take my dog.
Very poor service and I had taken basic package for grooming which includes washing, ear cleaning , nails and tooth cleaning.
When I received my dog back after 2 hours saying completed, the ears were not clean and not even used a proper shampoo to give bath, it was having urine smell in one side of the body as well. I never sent for spa to Dogtopia anymore.
The hours are great. My dog likes it there. The people at the desk are great.
My dog, Luna, loves going to daycare and playing with the other dogs all day. The people who work there are very friendly and always helpful.
The people are nice and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and cater for a safe environment for dogs
I had a horrific experience when I last boarded my dog with the Dedham Dogtopia. When my dog was picked up he had blood on him and was wet. At no time whatsoever did I get a call stating that my dog was injured or that there was an incident of any kind. I tried following up with the manager, Tara and only received a response after I contacted corporate. She eventually called however was unprepared for our conversation. At the end of our conversation, she stated that she would research what it was that happened and call me back. I missed her call however with a minute (I still have the call log on my cell) I called her back and tried to speak with her. I went to voicemail, left her a message however never heard back. I therefore find Dogtopia to be unprofessional, and they withhold information when an incident has occurred or a dog is injured. I will share my experience on every platform of social media that exists in hopes that others and their dogs do not have the same terrible experience that I did.
I like that you are open at 6:30am and close at 7pm.
The website explains services and policies clearly. There is care taken to ensure the safety of the dogs while letting them play in an open setting.
Wonderful online communication, but very little was explained during our meet and greet or during our first day drop off/pick up.
The modified play hours is not great and outweighs all of the daily activities. There seems to be a staff shortage which I never experienced before the new manager. The current staff seems very stressed out and doesn’t express the same enthusiasm they used to.
My pup enjoys going to Dogtopia and she's happy. The people and her friends.
