All of the staff go out of their way to meet our needs with our pet and she enjoys the playtime. They are professional by making sure all pets are safe during daycare play. The atmosphere with staff is always professional yet friendly.
The only thing I would change is boarding in regards to an unstaffed facility overnight while pets are boarded. No recommendations on your boarding. Sorry....Hopefully you will consider changes in that regard.
More interaction with dogs, employees walk around on phones a lot. Strong odor when you enter establishment.

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable about the care and need of my two pups. Barron and Dixie Rose. I am very comfortable with leaving them in the doggie day care . I like the fact they are certified in their work.

The staff has always treated my dig, DUG, well and have been great in service to me.

Dogtopia is a great place to bring your dog for daycare. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. There are different rooms based on your dog's size and energy level. It nice to check the cameras periodically to check in on your dog. I like how there is a rest time for the dogs in the middle of the day. One some days, you can pay extra for special treats or art activities.
Friendly and attentive staff, clean environment, and the webcam feature gives pet owners the opportunity to check on their furry loved ones and have peace of mind.

My dogs are always happy to be there….even when I have to board them for a couple of weeks. The staff is very responsive, and my dogs are happy to see them.
What's not to like - My Dog Loves to go play with her doggie and coach friends. And I Love that I can drop my Dog (Daisy) off and know she is in a Safe Loving Environment and having Fun and getting her Exercise! Papillion Shadow Lake provides the Best Services! I Appreciate them all Doggie Daycare - Boarding and Spa. I totally trust leaving my dog in the Teams Care at Papillion Shadow Lake - You're the Best and so Grateful to have such a Great Service!!
I loved the vibe that I got when I walked in and in talking with the staff. Everyone was so polite. We felt comfortable entrusting our Zoe at Dogtopia for a doggy getaway while we traveled out of town. We will definitely be bringing our girl in for puppy play dates or for a mini-getaway!!

Dogtopia staff are terrific, and my family's dog loves going there. Unfortunately since our nearest Dogtopia location changed billing systems, it is more difficult to understand our bills for overnight stays. Employees previously have said that drop offs after 2 pm don't incur full day charges, but then we are billed for a full day following a 2 pm drop off. The previous billing software used to clearly indicate itemizations unlike the new version. Consequently we may reduce our dog's overnight stays.
They take such good care of my "Bones" and he loves going to Dogtopia. I can relax knowing I don't need to worry about my dog being taken care of.
