Dogtopia provided excellent service for my Labrador retriever. The were able to take care of him even though he is rambunctious, a relief for us.
Our dog seems to like it there and we get to see him on the WebCams
First of all, it’s very clean that’s what really got me. The folks there are very very, very friendly. Their dog people you can tell my dog loves going there. And I highly recommend their services.

Really so appreciated what she did to take care of our dog Harley during boarding him at the Thanksgiving holiday and it was our first time to try Dogtopia and first time ever for our dog to be on boarding for some days outside home.

At pickup after a week, provided a very vague summary of my dog's week. ('we enjoyed having her...') I dont care how you enjoyed her; I want to know how SHE did and what she did. Provided a very vague eating summary ('ate most of her food'). For a weeklong stay, I'd expect a daily breakdown.
Provided no receipt of payment, so I'm left to guess whether the charge is correct.
There's no info provided on the website or to me directly about what the dogs' daily and nightly schedule is.
There's apparently an unwritten requirement for frequency for boarding that no one ever informed us of, nor could we find written anywhere.
There's no Webcam coverage on Sundays or holiday, which leaves me suspicious that the dogs aren't being cared for on those days
Rocky has been in daycare at Dogtopia Tyson’s for over a year and he loves it!
Friendly, caring and capable staff. Attentive to both the dogs needs and their owners.
I am beyond impressed with the team. They always have a smile on, are attentive, and give a report at the end of the day of how my dog did. I can’t recommend enough!

We would have appreciated that we were told from the beginning that you would not let us board our dogs. We have never had issues with them that you told us you were having and we watched them on the web cam. It put us in a very dire situation, trying to find a someone to watch them.
Piper loves to visit Dogtopia every week to play with her doggie friends! She loves the staff, too! They are so good to her.

Our elder dog loves Dogtopia! I love that he is safe and well taken care of. The staff are great and I appreciate that we can watch him on the Webcam.
1. I see people use the spray to clean the floors and spray it in the face of many dogs instead of having them move or get closer to the puddle prior to using. It is concerning about what the disinfectant is and if it gets in their eyes or airway
2. I would rather purchase a group of daycare visits without a time limit

Our dog Boudreaux had been attending daycare at Dogtopia, but we had never boarded him overnight.
As always the facility is spotless, cheerful, and thoughtfully designed with dogs’ happiness and safety in mind. I loved seeing the playrooms and knowing my dog would have plenty of space to run, socialize, and burn off energy. The staff took time with our dog’s needs, which made me feel truly valued as a pet parent.
Throughout the day, I even got to peek in on the webcams—seeing my dog happily playing with new friends was priceless.
Dogtopia didn’t just care for my dog—they cared for me too, making this first boarding experience smooth, supportive, and joyful. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else now. Thank you, Dogtopia, for treating my pup like family! 🐾💛
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I know my dog Skye is in good hands when I leave her at Dogtopia and I have the added assurance of being able to watch her play via the live webcam. The staff is also very responsive whenever I have a question.
Our dog had a great few days. I booked online, but it was like I didn't and hadn't communicated when I called to confirm them before pick up. My dog loves Dogtopia and we have always had great experiences. That said, the price point has (understandably, all prices have) gone up considerably over the years. I don't love the tip pressure on top of the increased price. We still love Dogtopia, but I wouldn't necessarily say I'd recommend it as a value anymore.
