Everyone is lovely to my dog and she really enjoys going. I was watching the camera one day and my dog wanted to rest and isolate from the other dogs, so she started walking towards the crates and turned around half way and looked at the handler, who instantly understood her and walked all the way to her and opened the crate for her to rest. That level of care and understanding of canine behavior is one of the reasons I am happy to bring her for daycare and boarding.
Everyone is nice and the dogs love it.
We were unsatisfied with Rosie's stay. She had not had her nails properly cut as requested and she was wet and dirty when we picked her up.
When we contacted the owner who quickly asked what he could do to satisfy us.
Great customer service; listening to us, the client, and making sure we were happy.

Dogtopia is amazing! the staff at the Garden City, NY location are so sweet and I love that they know my pup the second he comes bursting through the doors. They are kind and sweet and so attentive to my boy. HE LOVES IT THERE!
Continue responding to texts and calls in the evening. I was informed that due to the high volume of pickups, the phones and text messages couldn’t be replied to within the hour when messages were sent. I’m concerned if it were an emergency I would not be able to reach someone.
We love your Charlottesville location. We trust you guys so much and would like to shout to Richie, the store manager. He is wonderful, so helpful and clearly loves the animals he works with!

No one mentioned that we had to pick up by noon or be charged for daycare on top of boarding. The price at pickup was a shock. We were just told that we needed to pick up the dogs by 2pm on labor day.
There is no better place for your dog. The Canine Coaches, the staff, the front desk, all are stellar in service, kindness, and being professionals in all they do.
Joy has had three glorious years at Dogtopia, made new friends, and has been challenged with games that are entertaining for her. She enjoys her time there, and it shows!

The cameras weren't working very well. When I did see them on, around 10 am or so, the dogs were in crates in each of the rooms. Not sure if you were short staffed, but I am used to seeing them running around and playing.

Greatest group of people, at ease bringing my pup here. They treat her like one of their own. When our previous pup, a Dachshund named Libby passed away, they did a tribute post that brought me to tears. I will never be able to thank this Dogtopia group (North Attleboro, MA) enough.

When the price point per night is over $80/night, I would think the webcams would be available if I want to check in on my dogs. I literally only could use the webcam 1 time the entire week I was gone.

So friendly. You can tell they are all dog lovers. Our Flynne absolutely loves her new friends. It is just what a young puppy needs when she has two parents that work full time. Love the webcams. Just wish they were more consistent.
