Easy appointment
Dogtopia failed to keep my dog safe. My dog Greta was there for daycare last Tuesday and while watching the webcam I noticed her being persistently and aggressively mounted by another dog. After seeing several failed attempts by the coach to keep him away from my dog and noticing her distress, I decided to have someone pick her up early.
At pick up you did not tell us anything. Later we noticed her groin on both sides being severely scratched and a piece of hair and skin scratched off her hip. When talking to the staff, they did an investigation and I sent them pictures and they admitted the other dog had shown this behavior before and is now getting a warning. If I wanted to bring my dog back they would rotate them. So basically punishing my dog for the others aggressive behavior. We took her the vet and was promised a call back by the manager, which now over a week later still has not happened. No follow up or checking how she’s doing, a total lack of concern. I recommend everyone to Stay away from here unless you want your dog under poor supervision.
Staff is wonderful and they are very flexible on scheduling. The facility is kept very clean!

What a blessing Dogtopia Beach Blvd was during a stressful visit to the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. Our little guy Zeke had such a great time each day with fellow fur friends and human friends. He was there for only 4 days of daycare and not once did they make him feel like an outsider. Thank you Dogtopia.
It's nice to have somewhere to bring my dog so she isn't home alone all day. She's made a human best friend with Cassandra and I love that. Only issue we might be developing is pottying in the house.
The caretakers are always very pleasant to the dog parents and their dogs.
Staff are very friendly and seem to really want the dog to have a good experience.

The staff is awesome with my dog Cooper. I can leave him there knowing he is safe and well taken care of. The staff goes out of their way to help me with getting him in and out of the car when he is being a baby! The grooming services are great as well! Pete, Jubilee and ALL of the staff are Coopers buddies!!
My pups are always happy to be at daycare or overnight. Photos and activities really are awesome and I appreciate all the effort the dogtopia coaches and staff put forth. It’s awesome.
All the staff members are friendly and helpful. We are new to the neighborhood and they made us feel very welcomed.

Safe clean environment with an absolutely outstanding staff who obviously love the dogs they help care for.
We’ve noticed a change over the last few months where staff are not intervening when our very submissive dog is constantly being humped by other dogs and jumped on. Unfortunately feels like it is no longer an environment that is well suited for more submissive dogs.
Willow loves going to daycare and especially loves her friends and “teachers”. The first day, she was a shy and nervous puppy and hid in the corner and we had to coax her into the playroom. Now, her tail starts wagging as soon as we turn into the parking lot! It also gives her the energy outlet she needs.
I love how everyone at Dogtopia cares about my dog and he loves them. He is so excited to go there every day!
The only downside is the price.
Friendly and helpful staff. Fun and safe facilities for the dogs to run and play.
