I love the daycare. All the staff are super friendly and helpful with our babies. It's amazing how they can get all the names straight!
I love all the little extras they do as well. From the snacks to the pictures and of course the pop up shops.
My babies get so excited when I say get in the car we are going to see your friends!
Cooper and Blue always come home exhausted so I know they have played hard!

Pick up and drop off in the morning and at night could be a lot quicker. The wait to drop off has gotten longer and longer.
I was very impressed with Dogtopia from the first visit. My dog and I were greeted by two very friendly and professional staff members. The care and attention given to my dog gave me great comfort that he would be in good hands during his time there. I also can't say enough about the protocol for introducing a new-comer to the group of other dogs and the care taken with each animal. It's obvious that the comfort of each dog is taken into account. I wish we would have found Dogtopia sooner!
I'm so thankful to have found Robbie to groom my adopted, rescue Afghan. Lincoln has a very skittish personality and doesn't go to strangers normally or easily. I feel comfortable leaving him there for grooming, knowing he's in excellent hands. The entire staff are super chill and friendly and welcoming! Book Robbie in advance!!!
I am so thrilled and grateful for your staff. I have a 1 year old boxador, Mia, that is a home body and has separation anxiety to the point she has put 6 holes in my living room carpet if I leave her. We tried another day care center and they said that she is not a good fit for the center because she "alligator bites" in the air when other dog comes near her. I talked about my concerns with your staff and they all were so sweet and stated that they are willing to work with her and give me their professional opinion. On our greet and meet day the girls explained the process, within 15 mins or so, one of your staff showed me on the monitor that Mia was in the playroom with the other dogs and doing well. At this time Mia still requires some observation time on Saturdays because she is still very nervous, but I am hopeful she will begin to love it. I am planning on enrolling her at least once a week to start once your staff deems appropriate for her and the staff.
Also, I am so impress on how clean the building is and odor free. I appreciate that Dr. Cindric took the time to research on the best hvac system, flooring, cleaning supplies, and cleaning schedule to keep our furry love ones safe.
Franky is always greeted with enthusiasm by the staff. He has been groomed at Dogtopia since he was a puppy, and they always do a great job.
Would like updates on how my dog is doing. A report card would be nice when dog is fairly new. When asked, the person does not really know. Not sure if any basic training skills are happening.
Very discouraged the last time I picked my dog up, she was covered in urine.
Lobby smells of ver strong urine. My vet office is not like this, so is there a reason the smell is so strong?
I like how check in staff knows my dog by name when we arrive. They are very personable.
The staff is friendly with both the humans and the dogs. The dogs are well supervised and engage in learning opportunities. My Beagle Copper felt right at home and had fun meeting the other dogs especially the other Beagles. I like that there is lunch and rest time during the day and I never thought I could order a freshly made lunch for Copper, which I was told he inhaled his taco. At the end of the day I received Copper's report card with comments about how well he behaved. I believe Copper is safe and cared for at Dogtopia and I highly recommend them as a quality daycare for dogs.
My husband has had 2 strokes and can't walk well. Jasper is great company for him, but the dog's care and exercise is my responsibility. We are an over 70 yrs. old household and Jasper needs other dogs to play with. Dogtopia gives him the ability to get along with other dogs, play, discipline, and supervised attention while I have work 2 days a week and Saturday to clean the house
Everything. Especially the events. Not many places offer as many nutritional treats.
Have an outdoor area for use in appropriate weather.

The staff is terrific, my dog has anxiety and they are patient with him when I drop him off. Very clean!! Able to check via the camera. Price is definitely reasonable.
They stay on top of vaccines, staff reminds you if vaccines need updating.

I feel so goog about taking Max to Dogtopia. He loves everyone there. He's made lots of friends. The staff there is wonderful. I would like to thank Jordan,Megan,Sonny and Jessica for taking such good care of my pup.

Everyone is so kind to me and loving w my Charlotte š¶š. The grooming is convenient and I swear itās the only place she lets someone cut her nails! Hours are convenient, staff is amazing! The crafts and special events are very creative. I canāt say enough about how wonderful you all are.
The trainers seemed very nice but my dog was followed by another dog the entire time and was getting her vagina licked so much that she came home sore and red. I understand there are a lot of dogs to watch and they canāt be everywhere at once but my dog coming home in pain because you would not separate this dog from mine is just negligent. My dog tried to run from the other dog multiple times but couldnāt because there was no where to go in that small room. When I came to pick up my dog they told me āButtercup made a best friendā I donāt know about you but uncomfortable/un consensual touching does not make someone your best friend. Please look at dogs body language because it seems the only time they separate dogs is if they start fighting.
Dogtopia of Valley Forge is amazing! The staff is simply the best. Our dog absolutely loves going to day care. In fact, "day care" is one of his favorite phrases :)
It's obvious the team cares about what they do. They also, uniformally, possess a patience when dealing with customers that's very appreciated. Finally I was impressed with how they're handling this canine cough "outbreak" with upfront communication and transparency.
