The staff!
I paid for the whole spa bath treatment for my dog. She is a small dog & has been groomed before . Her eyes still had crust on them. Her toe nails hadn’t been cut, Her toe nails & eyes were one of the main reasons for having her get this package. When I picked her up this should have been something I was told about it & there there was a very good reason for it not being done. The reason I was given was not acceptable. And i wasn’t contacted back to let me know from the groomer why those things were not done.

Our dog is obviously spoined when she stays at Dogtopia. She loves going to Dgtopia! She pulls on the leash to go in, and she even tries to go back inside after hugs at pick up time.

Staff are so friendly when I drop my dog off. I especially like being able to observe my dog on the webcam.

Most helpful staff! My dog really enjoys socializing and staying active throughout the day. She is so tired when she gets home. Very clean.
The meet and greet staff member was great. He convinced me to sign up for a 3 for 1 deal which I paid for on Saturday. I was told I had to use the free daycare days within 10 days, so I brought my dog in Wednesday (signed up for it the day of my meet and greet). I was then charged for daycare Wednesday and luckily happened to look at my card and noticed and unfortunately my dog smelled very badly when I got him back from daycare. Definitely very concerned over having to monitor erroneous charges, considering this has already happened my first week with the company.
My dog is very happy going and has benefited greatly from the socialization.
The folks at Dogtopia always take great care of Fezzik the Pug! I love how much attention he gets from the staff and all the other dogs. I dont think there are any other boarders that give the dogs supervised interaction the whole time theyre there. Its like a safe dog park all day!

Workers know each dog! Nice to feel that, not only is your dog having fun, but qualified coaches are present to keep dogs safe and happy. Great job!
Everyone is so polite. Kelsey is very sweet and consistent with her service. Cookie looks forward to her monthly “spa day” every fourth Wednesday.
Very friendly and hospitable service. Bringing Jagger to the facility felt like we were bringing him to a good friend’s house. We immediately knew that he was going to be loved and taken care of just as he would at home.

Communication between staff. We have a credit of almost 28 days, but we’re constantly being charged because employees don’t know to look for the credits. It’s a small frustration, but it does affect our experience.
Everything—the staff, the environment, the cleanliness, and the way they run their business—is excellent. I always have a great experience, and most importantly, my dogs love going there! Highly recommend! ❤️🐾
Well it’s only been a few visits at Dogtopia but we feel secure in there care and facilities, there always welcoming when we enter and pick up our pup.
