Our dogs boarded over Thanksgiving. They came home happy and healthy. They seemed to have a great one. A very nice facility with great staff. The outdoor area is great!

When I book my reservation, I said I was picking up at 10:00 am on Sunday. This is what I have done for years when I board at this location. I arrived at 10:00, came in. 3 staff people were in the lobby tending to a dog that was bleeding from the neck. I waited several minutes and finally was asked what I needed. I get it, injured dogs take priority. I said I was there to pick up my dog and was told I couldn’t get her until 1:00. I asked why and was told this was the new hours, although both my app and the signage on the door show an 8:00 am opening. I was told that the staff couldn’t log in to the computer to charge me.
I returned at 1:00, spoke to the manager who was rude and told me “things change” and a newsletter had been sent out with the new time. I’ve checked my email and no newsletter talks about this time I asked about the door notice and was told that wasn’t updated yet. I guess the app also wasn’t updated because I says there that I would pick up at 10.
Due to the lack of communication and the rude attitude, you have lost a long time customer and in my local social media group I will make sure that everyone is aware that you do not honor your signs or app noticed.
Everyone was kind and friendly. My pup had a great time!

The email after my dog's first full day was very helpful and the fact that she is very happy to see every staff member. Also, when I am alerted about upcoming events or add on services, I do not feel pressure to sign up or purchase.
Friendly Staff
Consistent staff that meets you with a smile and make an effort to know your dog by name. I am able to drop in's and I love that they will do bath and comb out same day I bring him in day camp. It's clean and they are kind and clearly love animals. Hard jobs.
Staff are always caring and friendly towards dogs and their families. It is comforting to leave them with such great staff.
My dog is new to Dogtopia but seemed very happy when I picked her up. My only suggestion is I would like to be asked if I want to have het fed since we don’t bring our own food.
The staff and manager are all so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful to have an environmental and community that I can truly trust to care for my dog!

We took our sweet old dog Jax, who is a West Highland Terrier in for a groom and we were very pleased. Our usual groomer moved away and we have been looking for a new groomer. We called and they got us in right away. Jax looks great.
Boarded my dog for one week. Requested for a take home bath. My dog did not get a bath. Did not receive all my belongings at pick up. Did not receive an invoice. Have to take my dog to the vet due to vomiting and having blood in her stool.
Really expensive. Should be closer to $75 for overnight boarding.
Friendly, clean, took our dog's special diet very seriously.
Leia had a great time and we loved the service! They did wonderful with her when we had her boarded and I enjoyed the Webcam mode to watch her play. Thank you also for the nail trim! We will definitely be using this company again.
