They make it smooth transition for me to feel my dog is safe
I think maybe more staff could help. :) It’s hard to get through on the phones sometimes or to get email responses.
I am so grateful for the wonderful care that my dog receives from everyone at that place. They have been consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming to him. It's clear that they genuinely enjoy having him there, and it warms my heart to know that he is in such good hands. The socialization he gets with the other dogs is truly invaluable, and I feel lucky to have found such a great environment for him.

Our dog, Piper, is comfortable going to Leslie. No nervous behavior from her when I drop her off which tells me that she is treated very well.
Our two dogs absolutely LOVE going to Dogtopia. When I say the word "Dogtopia," they know exactly what it means, they start whining and wagging their tails, and they are ready to go!! When we pull up to Dogtopia in the car they are barking, going crazy, and can't wait to get inside to play. They've been go to daycare and overnights since they were pups and LOVE playing with the other dogs and getting loved on by all the workers!
The rep who scheduled my interview was amazing! I can't remember his name ... maybe Riley (?) He was very informative and patient. This was on Thursday. He advised me someone will call me the following day Friday. On Sunday, I misplaced my phone while at Church. I was able to check my messages via computer. There's a text, saying that since I didn't answer my phone my appointment is rescheduled for May 6@10:30! Unbelievable! I found this inappropriate and unacceptable. Who do they think they are to make my schedule!?
I can almost feel my blood boil thinking about that!.I haven't taken my dogs there yet so I can't provide feedback on that..

The variety of activities for the pups. The attentiveness of the staff to my dogs needs.
The staff were able to answer all of our questions. They are friendly and really care about your pet.
Very client focused. Personable. In tune to each dogs personality (I have 2 dogs). Professional. Paul is excellent at providing a wonderful experience for he fur babies. Staff is knowledgeable and Management is Stellar. I know my girls are safe, happy and having a great time because they start running to get through the front door. Boarding and grooming are fabulous and I feel at ease leaving my girls for a stay. Thank you for all the love and care you give Sasha and Ginger!
I LOVE the curbside service and the spray that is put on my dog when I pick him up. The staff has been super helpful and kind!

My dog had his meet and greet recently. I appreciate the attention to details and care that went into the process. I have to board him soon and he's never been boarded or away from us for an extended time. It made me feel better about the upcoming trip.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The meet and greet was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun! There was a misunderstanding about the tour, but the staff worked as a team and accommodated my needs as well as my pup! It is a clean atmosphere, the place is much larger than expected, and even as the “human” it is so fun to watch your pup interact, play, tail wag, and just pure excitement! The prices are very reasonable and I was met with a smile and treated very professional and courteously and my pup got lots of love!
