The friendly staff. They are always so upbeat and really engage with Tess when I bring her for daycare or boarding. She seems very comfortable there.

I really love how convenient and easy the services are to book. The hours are fantastic. My dog does more activities at Dogtopia than most human children do at regular daycare. The staff are friendly and professional. I love being able to spy on my dog during the day. The price is very affordable. My dog has a great time and always comes back happy and tired.

Maisey seems excited to go to day care and play with her friends. I appreciate friendliness at drop off and pick up. I also very much appreciate to option to view cameras throughout the day.
Our dog Phoebe is pretty shy. The employees made her feel comfortable before moving her in with a large group of dogs. You can tell they care about the dogs.
The hours and location are perfect for us healthcare workers.
The pet guardians we met during our meet and greet were friendly, obviously in love with the pups in their care
I like the size of the play area, the climbing structures and the rubber floors. I did not like the behavior of 2 of the employees. I watched the monitor constantly and observed what appeared to be more than firm reprimands towards 2 dogs in particular multiple times. I also watched the employee banging bowls together repeatedly at multiple dogs who appeared to be doing nothing wrong. I also didn't like that these employees didn't pet the dogs. The website states endless love which was not exhibited and also states the employees are trained in dog behavior which may be true but may not be exercised by all Canine Coaches. There is room for improvement or additional training. I did see that my dog became more comfortable after the 2nd day, but I couldn't see her most of the time due to the limitations of the camera view. It would also be nice to have cameras for the outside area. I would also suggest setting the expectations ahead of time by letting pet parents know that the cameras will be turned off during nap time.
Staff was great. My dog just kept getting sick after a few play dates. Even just going there once a week. He hasn’t been since September (when he became very ill). He recovered fully and he hasn’t been sick since. He’s 19 months old now, so maybe it was just a puppy thing and he was just being exposed to new viruses and bacteria. He is fully vaxed, of course. So we don’t use daycare for him anymore.

My kids aren't in crates all day long like some other places. They are happy when they go & when they leave they are tuckered out! Staff is AWESOME!!!
Dogtopia has been amazing with my pup! They are very communicative and I love how they greet my dog so enthusiastically by name when I drop him off. The app is fantastic allowing you to book or cancel with ease, as well as check in on your dog during the day! The daycare program has been a huge help to get energy out of my puppy while I'm working all day in the office.
Dog often comes home smelling bad!
The staff is outstanding. Our Bernadoodle loves going here. Its gives our pup the opportunity to exercise and play on those "in the office days". From going to daycare, our pup is acclimated for when his parents have the opportunity to travel.
Super friendly & attentive staff. Every staff member knows my pup by name & which pup to pull from which room as soon as I show up for pickup. Staff are always available for questions & extremely helpful!
