How you guys greet the dogs the moment they walk in n you see the dogs happy. The one thing I like the most I can see my dog all day.
Everyone knows my pupper by name, gives lots of love to her and send me updates throughout the day. My Rosie loves going to “school” and playing with her friends.

I guess my puppy was biting people and dogs. I was only made aware when I picked her up even when I called in the morning no one notified me. The front desk person had no first had knowledge on the incident but indicated that everyone was scared of my dog. If it was really that bad why wasn’t I notified ? Also I received a report or anything if this was a random behavior or if a dog approached her or she was defending herself etc so I can address the issue. She is a puppy and does nip sometimes but I have never seen any aggressive behavior from her. Just a little concerned about this incident and how it was handle as a dog owner would’ve liked more details or video footage to address the issue.
The whole staff is so nice and I never worry about Coco while at work or if out of town. Coco loves everyone there and pulls me in every morning. She’s made so many friends :).

The management/staff is great! They are responsive and care. The facility is clean, very important to us. How well management and staff pay attention to the dogs. They know dogs very well.
The variety of events. The more fun activities the better. We want to make sure that our puppy enjoys spending time there! Very important.
I know my furbabies are safe and loved. I can view them anytime on the cameras. When you call they always answer. Very professional & loving to my babies.

The owners, the staff , the set up , the care my dogs received, the fact the my dogs would live there if I let them . I 100% trust every single employee with my precious babies .

My dog hadn’t been to doggy day care before - it’s not a common service back home. But Poupon loved it. He’s very social and lovable, and fit right in! So the next time we visit our son in KY, he will go back.
We love Dogtopia of Easton. My dog max can’t get in the door fast enough! He stays crying as soon as we turn on the road because he is so excited! Staff is also great!
The staff are friendly. I can tell they care about my dog. They offer special treats and activities. My dog loves to go and is tired when she comes home. Web cams are nice.

Availability of webcams. They seem to work better in the mornings than afternoons. Also the new app doesn't allow screenshots anymore which is too bad since I like to share screenshots of our pup with friends and family.
More closely monitor and engage when a dog is getting “picked on”. My dog was there and there were two dogs that kept trying to mount her - multiple times- over and over. I had to call to get attention to the issue because the couch wasn’t doing anything. They ultimately put the dogs on time out in the crate and that helped a lot. I fear if I had not been paying attention and called my dog would have been harassed the entire time.
Our two dogs have a great time at Dogtopia daycare. It’s a great way for them to socialize with other doggies and when we get home they are relaxed after the day of fun. The folks that work there are very cordial and happy to see our two when they visit. It’s also a way for we humans to not worry about them when we have things to do! Thank- you folks that watch our furry friends!
I would like to see the employees interacting, playing and petting more the dogs. Some dogs (like mine) although they like playing with other dogs, they crave for human interaction.
