For some reason, there was no record on file of my dog's initial grooming with Dogtopia, so we had to start from scratch.
Also, even tho she has been approved for playtime there - & has successfully had a previous playtime, during this visit, she was kept crated with the groomer before/after her grooming this time 😕.
When l came to pick her up after this grooming, she had a bow stuck to her little head - & smelled like cologne. Mercy!
Dogtopia PV took such great care of our two pups during an extended stay while our family welcomed our son. They were incredibly understandable, flexible and supportive of us and our families needs. Our dogs always have a great time and the staff communicated so well with us during their stays.
Organized, safe, clean. My dog comes home happy and tired!

I love the great people who work there and the different rooms that make my dog feel safe.
The guy on duty told me there would be no late charge, “Are you sure?”, I said. “It’s okay.”, he said back to me. Then over the $20 late charge on my credit card bill. Did he straight up lie to me or was he wrong? Either way, this place should have honored it. I don’t think I’ll be bringing my dog back!
Amazing as always! I have a 130lbs Great Pyrenees and Tearza did such a great job on him. Myaih, Hallie, Riley and Rachyel do a wonderful job with the pups and parents. Such a great team. ❤️
Dog looks good and seems like he had a good time. Great staff and if I’m ever in the area he will be back to see his friends.
I went in to get grooming services for my Goldendoodle, Jax! John and his team were all so kind and caring with him, and he looked absolutely adorable when I picked him up. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Highly recommend Dogtopia and their grooming team! Thank you!

This location is falling apart, both physically and the staff. The years have not been kind. Maybe the Lakeway location is better.
The people at dogtopia are very friendly and obviously care about and are loving to my dog.
I like how accommodating the staff always are, and so friendly and kind towards the dogs in their care. The services are also very reasonable.

We weren’t happy with the way Abigail‘s grooming came out. I don’t believe that she was actually washed and her nails were not cut. She was sprayed down with some type of spray and somewhat brushed

We bring our 2 yorkies for grooming every 10 weeks. My dogs seem to enjoy the experience and they look and smell great too. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia for spa services. The daycare dogs I see also are having fun. The staff is friendly and caring.
The staff is so kind and friendly! I love all the fun activities they have for the pups and how welcoming they are every time we arrive! I also like that they are flexible.

My dogs Sofia and Evie, love coming to daycare. They’re always happy when I bring them over and exhausted when they get home. I know they are well taken care of
