I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia and the amazing experience Benny and I have had so far. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been so welcoming, cheerful, and full of positive energy. You can truly tell how much they care about the dogs and their owners.
I really appreciate how informative they are and how they take the time to share updates and helpful information. The report card was such a thoughtful touch and give me peace of mind knowing how Benny’s day went and how he’s doing socially and emotionally.
Every interaction has felt genuine, kind, and professional. Benny is excited when he goes, and that says everything. It’s such a great feeling knowing your dog is in a safe, loving, and fun environment. Thank you to the entire team for making both me and Benny feel so comfortable and cared for. Very friendly staff, clean rooms for dogs to safely play
My dogs are always happy to walk in the door. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.
Very caring staff who not only watch over our dogs but actually love them.
From the desk staff to everyone at Dogtopia they are the best kindest people.
Will work with owners who may have difficulty in getting there earlier or at times stay a little later.
The best part of Dogtopia is that they have web cams fir each sized room dogs even their outdoor area is cammed and well protected from potential dog nappers.
Our dog loves Dogtopia more than anything and the staff always seem happy to see him.
Schedule requests could/should be approved or declined quicker. Difficult to know if I should have a backup plan or plan around expected schedule.
New groomer is the best! Ease of appointment for my dog's grooming. We chose Haircut, nail trim, bath and teeth brush and everything was done perfectly. Loved the haircut! My little Cavapoo smelled so good after his spa day! We will keep coming back for the service!!

They are very knowledgeable about dogs and I feel that my dog is safe there
The team at Dogtopia is top notch. We love all the coaches and Marissa the groomer, but most importantly, our dog loves it there. They have truly been a godsend and we would highly recommend them for daycare, grooming and /or boarding.
We enrolled our dog cooper after having a negative experience at another dog daycare in the city. We did so much research and are extremely impressed with Dogtopia. The livestream of the dog provides peace of mind and we see their staff present and engaging with the dogs at all times. They were so professional and gave us a tour on enrollment, the place was clean, well staffed and thorough. They answered all questions and have lots of safety policies to keep our puppy safe. Our dog is excited to go there and pulls us in the door, a big change from his anxious energy and jumping on us at the previous daycare. I recommend Dogtopia to everyone!

I always feel that Bea is getting the best care and treatment when she is at her doggie camp ! I I love being able to hop on the cameras to see how she’s doing !
I got a text saying that my dog had an upset stomach and that I would be in the loop. Busy in a family event, I called back and was unable to speak to someone. I left a voicemail requesting that I get a call back. I never did, I had to call back myself. My dog was only there for 48 hrs. I asked if it was possible that someone gave her too many treats. They said they’ll check with staff and let me know. I was told she got only one treat. However, when I went to go pick her up Sunday morning only 1 treat bag was returned to me when I brought in 2.
When I inquired a treat bag was missing, I assumed they have treats like I had requested. Very limited. They associate went back to look. Could not find her treat bag. She eventually said I’m sorry it looks like we might have finished it. How do you finish a treat bag in 48 hrs?
She came home and continued to struggle with an upset stomach. Second, I called 20 mins before I got there for her pick up. I provided an ETA. I requested to please get her and her stuff ready. When I got there stuff was still going in and out to the back to gather her stuff. I was brought items 1 at a time. I had to say she has a crate bed and blanket. While I clearly listed these items on her check in slip.
The biggest no for me was the total disregard for the instructions I provided. The carelessness of when I called ahead of time with our pick up ETA. My dog was only there for 48 hrs and apparently staff was sorry that they probably did overfeed her treats. I can’t imagine if my dog was there longer. In no world do you feed a dog a whole bag of treats in 2 days. It was not a food topper. It was a treat. Also if I call and leave a voicemail requesting a call back I shouldn’t have to be the one to try you again after 1 hour.
We don’t mind paying for services but we do expect staff to be able to follow some basic instructions. Our pup isn’t a difficult pup. At the end of the day, instructions or not. A whole bag of treats gone in 48 hrs and I’m getting told my dog has an upset stomach, after she’s been in your care. When I asked for her blanket since it wasn’t brought out. I was asked, what does her blanket look like? It was like staff wasn’t aware what items were hers. So then who knew what her belongings were? Or how were they kept. I have left my dog at other boarding facilities for 2-3 weeks at a time and never has she come home not feeling well. Or with me having to verbally list off what other items she should have. It felt like despite me calling no one was getting her stuff together till I got there. Because the hand off should have been quick and easy.
Great staff that cares for our dogs. :) My pup loves it at his favorite place. :)
