Everyone was friendly and helpful. Blue was tired when he went home. If he could have closed his cage and laid down he would have. He only made it to the livingroom floor. In my eyes they did an amazing job. Everyday staff are smiling, laughing, and doing a fantastic job with the dogs and guest. They are caring, great customer service, take time with you and the fur baby's, very respectful, and very professional. I want to say thank you for watching my Big Baby Blue, I know that he loves it. Amazing job keep it up everyone deserves a big money bonus or an increase. Its hard to find places that understand that love we have for our fur babies. And again from me and Big Blue Baby we want to say Thank You

Facility immaculate,

Some staff aren't that friendly. If my dog has had issues with another dog, nobody tells me about it. I only know because i turn the camera on and see her in the crate and ask when i pick her up. Sent her home dirty the other day, must've went outside which is fine but would've been nice to get a text about spa services.

The employees are super nice, seem to really care about the dogs, and the facility is super clean. My pup burns off all his energy playing and comes home exhausted. Worth every penny! The location is also easy to go to with plenty of parking, which is sometimes a challenge in a larger city.

Great place, easy to schedule, easy to get to and very friendly people to work with.

Friendly handlers and receptionist. They generally care about the dogs. The extra perks ie snacks and pics they do and especially the webcam

The Staff!!!

Excellent doggie day care for our 2 dogs as well as grooming whenever we need it.
Also we used the dog training and it was also excellent. Now that I have retired, we
still send Harley and Wheatie about once a week just so they can socialize with the
other dogs. I highly recommend Dogtopia on Paradise Village Parkway./Tatum.

My dogs smell like urine each time they go to daycare. Today was by far the WORST :(

Excellent staff. I never worry when we board our pup Roux @ Dogtopia NASA. The webcams are a bonus as well.

Instead of calling me to say hey you forgot food for your pup do you want us to give him food and charge me as a business you let dog go 8 hours no food. I had my dog there last time a month ago or so and by weeks end he caught kennel cough and fleas. Then he left this time after a day with signs of a cough again.
