Well…..my dog was covered in poop when i picked her up. I mean it was everywhere. It was in her tail, her feet, and all over her. It took us hours to bath her and comb and brush the stuck poop to her coat.
We are very upset and we don’t think she was well cared for there.

I love the webcam. I can peak in to see what my dog is up to, but I also see the staff interacting with the dogs, controlling issues, and keeping the room clean.

The front desk employees and groomer were so nice, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! It was my first time to use Dogtopia for grooming and I am totally pleased!

I like the highly competent loving staff. I also like that the facility is fully climate controlled as my dog has a lot of fur and doesn't do well in the heat. I also like that my dog likes it.

I really appreciated how helpful the staff is and how easy everyone is to reach by phone whenever I have questions. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and professional. Most importantly, I feel like I’m leaving Timber with a team that genuinely cares about his well-being, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.
Winnie is always happy to go to Dogtopia! She comes home happy and tired from all playtime activities. Grooming is not an unpleasant experience anymore. We are happy with the staff, and have recommended Dogtopia to our daughter who was always happy with the experience her pup experienced.
I think a light dog hair trim should be included in the $80 dog grooming package, after all, grooming assumes one's pet will get a hair cut. However, if you simply don't have the staff for that level of service right now - perfectly understand, overall, great job.
The cheerfulness of all the peeps who take our furry friends in and make them feel special. Just calling them by name and acknowledging them is so beautiful.
from time to time, it seems like the staffing levels and quality is not as high and good as a year or two ago.
maybe increasing pay would improve the quality and retention of employees.
Everyone is so kind and my pup loves going here while I’m at work. They truly care for all the pups and you can tell that the workers are happy to be there.
They have so many enrichment activities each month and I always love when they take photos.
Kava is always excited when we park and drags me to the door so she can go inside. That says a lot about the place!

All of the services at Dogtopia are outstanding! The whole staff is so warm, caring, and professional! My dog. Luna, goes there twice a week for daycare and she absolutely loves it! She also boards and gets her baths at Dogtopia and everything is always perfect! I feel so fortunate that we found Dogtopia and it gives me such peace of mind to know that Luna is safe, and so well loved and cared for every time she is there! I highly recommend them to everyone!!
So sweet with our pooch
The cameras used to play in the lobby or be easily accessible in the app, and now I don't see them working as much. I also wish the dogs were more consistently allowed in the outside area with water especially on hot summer days.
