The facility and the staff
All the employees are very friendly, they gave good feedback on how our dog did there, and the webcam is convenient.
We absolutely love Dogtopia in Commerce Township! My dog gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot, which says everything. The staff are genuinely kind, caring, and always make us feel welcome. The facility is also incredibly clean and well maintained. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my dog is happy, safe, and so well cared for here!
Everything
They are very friendly and professional. And my dogs walk in wagging their tails and smiling as well as walk out. That means alot to a pet parent.

We had both our fur babies have their spa done by DOGTOPIA and the result is Top-notch. I always have problem with other dog service facilities that have not met our satisfaction , only DOGTOPIA
The staff is highly trained in dog behavior and they work very hard to maintain positive interactions between the pups. Their communication with clients is exceptional. I always know my dog is weak taken care of.

Dogtopia of Dulles is amazing! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The staff truly cares about making families feel safe leaving their babies there.

The employees truly love dogs. My boys are so excited to go to ‘school’. They run to the door and to whoever is working that day. It comforts me to know they are well cared for. They also try very hard to keep the facility clean and that’s not an easy thing to do with dogs. I highly recommend the Fredericksburg Dogtopia to my friends.
The staff is all friendly, helpful and very compassionate towards my dog Rosie, as well as towards me. I’ve seen them interacting with other clients and their dogs, and they are just as compassionate.

Matt and all the staff are great. When I 1st started going there I told them my dog doesn't like most dogs but Matt and his staff say he is always a good boy, and im impressed how quickly they can get his nails cut.
Unfortunately I cant board him there because the way my dog is, but they are my #1 & only place I get his nails cut and a bath. Sorry I cant remember the other girls names who have helped me.
I have referred a few friends as well because I think they are the best and reasonable in prices.
Both of our dogs have been given the upmost care and love from the staff at Dogtopia. We appreciate absolutely everything from the staff!!!
