The video feeds are a huge plus for us. We like the picture and craft dogs as our dog is still a puppy. It’s great memories. Also the staff are wonderful
How friendly the staff is. How happy I am everytime I send my dog into daycare and I can check on him through the pet cameras. I have never had an issue with daycare and feel confident with the staff there.
How tired my pooch unit is, at the end of the day.
The staff members are responsive and caring. Ranger got sick while he was boarding, and the staff was patient and helpful in getting him over to the vet ER. We are very appreciative of the care and love that they show for Ranger - especially since he is feeling better and now back to daycare.
Ollie is excited to visit Dogtopia - Memorial. The caregivers are excited to see him and he comes home tired, spending the day playing with friends.
My dog loves Dogtopia Rock Hill! She tries jumping out of the car before I can even get her out and is running to the door as soon as her paws hit the ground. The staff are always pleasant and attentive of the dogs. Very happy with my dogs experience here.
Reasonably priced.
The employees are absolutely awesome and our dog seems to always have a great time. There are 2 issues that could be improved upon... 1) he is frequently filthy when we pick him up, and 2) he is sometimes scratched up, apparently from wrestling around with other dogs. We understand that our dog is a bit "playful" and assertive himself but sometimes the scratches are a bit deep so it would be appreciated if dogs could be more closely supervised and separated more quickly whenever possible. One last thing... customers should not be allowed, much less encouraged, to park on the sidewalk in front of the building. It is incredibly inconvenient for those of us who are not too lazy to find an actual parking spot. Frankly, it's rude and a safety issue.
Staff is friendly, accommodating and seems involved and interested in dogs.

3. Appointments scheduled and approved but missed, rushed appointments lead to missed nail trims and injuries to my dogs paws (an entire piece of her paw was cut due to neglect and missing her actual nail with the trimmers)

Everything. As a "hesitant to go to a big dog gathering" dog owner, I trust Eggplant Parmesan II (Roo) is safe and happy when I bring her in.
The staff is friendly and great at what they do. They're also so patient when I ask loads of questions.
My only feedback is additional packages that make daycare more accessible to different household types (ex; single income) would be so greatly appreciated. Loyalty program, half day packages, packs of X daycare visits, upfront full payment on 3, 6, 12 mos memberships that provide long term commitment to you and slightly more supportive cost to customers.
The coaches are great. My dogs are always excited to see them when they walk in. They come home tired and after grooming or getting a bath they look and smell so good. Would highly recommend Dogtopia of Elsmere to anyone with a high energy pup or a pup that needs socializing
Ollie is always happy to visit and the caregivers are always cheerful, helpful, efficient. Ollie loves them.
Your staff seems dog friendly. The play room gives the dogs a chance to run and frolic with the other dogs.
I love that I can leave my dog there all day and use the webcams to check in from time to time. I also like the daily activities, and that my dog can socialize and just get overstimulated so he isnt whining or have separation anxiety at home.
Compared to other daycares, I love how Dogtopia is up-front about the safety and wellness of the dogs - I love how clean the place is and that they have rubberized floors for their paws, and webcams so I can watch them while I "work" :)

The pricing is getting ridiculous and the staff do not seem happy. I’m sure their attitude reflects on the care of the animals.
Dogs are indoors all the time which in the Texas heat, is so important and because they are,
they play all day except for their mid-day 2 hour nap. The staff takes care to make sure they are safe and the rooms are clean. You can see your pup on their webcams! Dogs are grouped according to activity and size levels in different rooms. The scheduling process is easy and the entire staff does an excellent job caring for the dogs and communicating with the dog parents.
The two dogs stayed for three days at Dogtopia for the first time.The dogs were comfortable around the employees. The employees gave great customers service. I love how the took care of dogs and gave them nice baths. My dogs were soft teddy bears and peaceful.

Have working cameras that are turned on without so many unviewed areas.
We have an 8 month old pup that was on camera less than half the time and seemed to in a crate during doggy day care hours.
I love Dogtopia… The people are friendly. It’s very clean and buddy has changed his behavior a lot after being around other dogs. They even do grooming, which is great so when your dog returns home, you can be nice and clean.

I like that I can view my dog on my phone. I must admit everyone was friendly and appeared to truly like the animals they were caring for !!!!
