Hi there! I felt super rushed picking up Jett on my first full day. Front desk person unfortunately could not articulate what happened with my dog, but indicated there might have been trouble. Was charged for a full day when I had signed up membership. Called twice to fix charge error, both times was told a "real adult" would call me back, but never did.
Always super attentive and kind to my dog. The convenience of the app and the Web cameras is super helpful.

I enjoyed that after playing all day my pup can get a bath before I pick her up spa day. It’s a great place. My pup loves it there. She comes home very tired and for plan with her new pals that she met so it’s a like a nursery school for dogs. !
We dropped off our dog yesterday to get groomed. When I picked her up she had 1 eye closed and looked to be in pain. She kept scratching at her eye and rubbing against furniture. Called up there and asked if anything out of the ordinary happened and they said no. Took her to the vet this morning and she has a corneal ulcer. They said it could have been the soap or shampoo wasn’t rinsed well from her eyes or the clippers cut her eye. Regardless. Now we are out $200+ for the vet visit and medication.
No problems with daycare but we won’t be using the groomer anymore. Pretty disappointed

Nothing just wish more space outside for dogs to run
The staff is so sweet and they really love the dogs that visit. They know all the dog’s names (maybe not the people that bring them, but that’s ok!!). The groomer is second to none…clean facilities, cameras to allow for watching your fur baby play…we love Dogtopia!!

They always do a good job trimming my dogs nails. She is very wiggly but they have extra people to help hold her.

Get more staff and stop overcharging
The Dogtopia Golden Valley team takes good care of the pups and are always willing and available to answer questions for the family when they arise. My first pup went there until she passed and now my second pup has been going for 2 years. He is always happy and tired when he comes home.
My little dog Harry loves Dogtopia and its stellar staff!!
He gets so excited when we are still 3 traffic lights away! He’s a happy dog when he gets to boss all the dogs around!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff! We love all the dog pics! Love the early drop off and late pickup options. We also love that our beagle is able to socialize with many other dogs. The groomer is very friendly and knowledgable. The staff really love and care about all the dogs. Dogtopia provides grooming, training, walks, daycare and boarding all in one facility.
All personnel greet each dog by their names as they enter the building to go to their rooms. There is always some kind of activity for the dogs. Birthdays are celebrated. Pictures are taken for each celebration to memorialize the event. They are dedicated to make the dog's time there as special and enjoyable as possible. Our dog, Phebie, loves to o and has made many dog and human friends.
Staff pays attention to my dog and her specific personality and needs. Each one is different!

There are some good things, but our dog was being terrorized by two boxers who were in the Toy box room and shouldn’t have been. The girl in there did nothing about them, and they continued to be on other dogs as well. Our dog was hiding behind crates, the penalty cage, and other things to get away and just ended up being cornered. We watched the webcam for over an hour. We couldn’t figure it out at first why our normally playful pup was doing that, and we called to find out if something happened like he got bit or something. No one answered our call (which I understand), so we left a message inquiring. Then we started watching the webcam more and saw. We are so disappointed in his care and those of other dogs. Utterly disappointed that it’s been TWO DAYS and we haven’t received a call back. I don’t think he is safe there and we paid $45 for him to be treated this way and in noticed by the attendant.
