Love being able to see my dogs on camera
The front desk staff are so friendly
I am so happy with my experience with Dogtopia. They did a great job of welcoming me and feel comfortable leaving chase in their care. They are constantly checking in with me to ensure I am enjoying the experience and if i have any questions. Truly its been such a great expereince and i can tell my pup is loving it as well!
Friendly staff- flex hours- fun events
I appreciate the friendly conscientious style; the full disclosure attitude. The cleanliness. I love the camera access. Our pup seemed to like all the action and hubbub. We are new to this service, but are hopeful that this is the answer to our daycare and boarding needs.

Really like Dogtopia’s “open play” style and do believe the staff cares for the dogs well. However, it has been extremely hard to get ahold of the staff at times. Calling numerous times without answers. Voicemail going without callback. I’ve asked for access to the videos on four separate occasions and the feedback is generally “well I don’t know how to do that, we’ll have to have our admin explain”, but the admin never calls to follow-up… they didn’t even have me sign any paperwork until after my dog had stayed, which was strange.
I really like Dogtopia’s model, the care for my pet, and the close proximity to my house, but the poor operation has been a headache and is unfortunately making me think twice about it becoming a long-term solution for us. It really concerned me when no one answered my calls.
I think it would help if you cross-trained so that all team members knew how to access the cameras. May also help if you have a phone or multiple phone in the area where the dogs are kept so that it can be answered even if the front desk person isn’t available to take the call. These things may help improve operations!
I can watch dogs on camera and they always come home tired which is good thing
Bodie had his first day on Saturday. He was tired and content when he came home.
Thank you for getting Riley in to stay so last minute!!! He loved it and the whole staff is amazing and super helpful!!
Convenient and reasonably priced
The staff kept me informed on my dogs daily steps, and sent pictures at night before bed. I liked that I was able to view live streaming of her in the play area.

Great care and meet and greet process for boarding; unfortunately our black lab king now may have kennel cough upon return.

STAFF!!! Everyone I've met loves the dogs, and they love my dog, and they're personable and kind and warm, and they make every drop-off and pick-up like a quick visit with your neighbors. They're wonderful!!
