Dogtopia is great! For both pet parents and pets! I love knowing my dog is going to a safe and fun environment and getting the socialization and exercise he needs! It also is helpful for our busy work schedule knowing he is remaining active when we can’t be home with him! He has so many friends at dogtopia both human and canine! Couldn’t recommend it more! :)
I appreciate the variety of protein bowls and snacks available for the dogs, as well as how well the staff knows my dog and recognizes her normal or unusual behaviors (if she feels sick, etc.)
Friendly, competent staff. Clean facilities. I love that they come to your car to get the dog and return him. I like the flexibility of their plans - don't have to buy "monthly" packages - use as you need.
Staff and faculty are wonderful
The personal are very caring with pets and it seems they get to know their personalities. My dog is excited going and exhausted coming home. So I know he played hard. Love convenience of drop off and pick up.
No specific disappointments. I think Dogtopia is a nice, mid-price boarding option.
I took a 5 month old puppy & instead od correcting or distracting unwanted behavior he was put into a crate. A crate was used as punishment by dog trainers? They couldn't control a puppy. All she did was walk around with the mop, no interaction. I would not recommend or use for a puppy.
Friendly atmosphere, professionalism, caring staff, and most of all my dog absolutely loves it at Dogtopia!
Staff is friendly, attentive and patient. They tailor care to what each dog needs, and listen to parent concerns. The best doggie daycare we’ve ever used for both of our dogs.
The people are friendly and seem to genuinely care for the dogs in their care.
Dogtopia is amazing! They do so many fun events for the pups and the staff is so great—you can really tell they love the dogs! I love having access to the webcam to check on my little guy and see him having a blast while I’m away. Having onsite spa services is so convenient too! Being able to drop him off for a day (or a weekend) and pick up with a fresh bath is the best!

I liked that my puppy was in a room with other puppies or smaller dogs so he wasn't so timid by the other dogs. He got to play with other dogs which doesn't happen very often!
My pup enjoys going to Dogtopia and she's happy. The people and her friends.

We loved taking duke and cant wait to take him 3 days a week to be with his friends

I love everything about Dogtopia! From the incredibly sweet owners and their new family addition Micah, to all the amazing staff. Asher and I adore Dogtopia and consider them all extended family!

Services are great, I just wish the special events were not so expensive. A monthly voucher card would be much better than a subscription.

Have outside area for exercise and for dogs to relieve themselves. New puppy owners are reluctant to bring their puppies when they are training them to go outside
Would like to have staff update me on how my dogs are doing while they stay with them.
Was not able to see the webcam on the day of pickup (Sunday).
Wanted to be able to see them on the webcam when they have settled in for the night.
