Pricing, they were already the most expensive option by a fair bit and then they raised their prices. We are actively looking at other options. We love the people and service though.

The staff are all wonderful and take such great care of our guy and all the other dogs. Our lives are so much better as is Griffin's after finding Dogtopia!
I reached out to see if I could get daycare for one of my dogs and do a Meet and Greet for my other dog. The staff (I talked with Connor and Casper and a nice woman but I can't remember her name) were all incredibly friendly and professional and got my dogs in the next day. I was able to watch them on the webcams and they got to go outside frequently and the staff were very attentive and constantly cleaning. I am super happy with Dogtopia and will definitely be taking my dogs there more often!

Katy had worked hard to make the Green Hills location a real gem. Between training high quality employees who care about the dogs and want to take care of them, to the events and keeping the dogs enriched, she has made this location so much fun to bring Dutch to.

Easy to manage account online and book services. Staff are nice. We did the meet and greet, and then boarded our frenchie for 8 night while on vacay. I was able to watch her on camera when needed. All was well!
Our dog, Dave, screams with joy whenever we tell him he is going to "school" (our word for Dogtopia). We have had such great experiences since they opened in Solon. We have used Dogtopia for both daycare and overnight boarding and have been very happy. Our favorite part is the themed days and the awesome photos that the fantastic staff shares with us!
