I'm a huge fan of getting nail trims for my dogs.
The staff goes above and beyond. They are very kind and loving to my dog. I can tell that she is well taken care of while she’s there

Curb side drop off and pick up is great, Giving our dog many interactions through the day is what he looks forward to on Tuesdays. That is the plan we have, once a week.

Giulia seems to enjoy her short visits at Dogtopia. On the days she's there she goes to her sleep space earlier than usual in the evening. I hope she's made a friend or 2.

Everyone is so welcoming when I drop off and pick up Luna. Luna loves the time spent at daycare and is always so excited to go. She loves giving hugs at the end of the day when leaving. I just really enjoy all of the employees. Super personable and professional.
Webcam to check in on my pup. It is great for my pup socialization skills. When I pick her up, she is completely wiped out, exhausted.
Carly needs a environment where she can get more exercise.

CJ does a fabulous job on our Shih Tzu’s grooms. She listens and works really hard to do exactly what we ask for. The dogs don’t seem to mind going to se there which is great. We had a time or two where their hair wasn’t exactly how we expected and she was so sincerely apologetic and quickly made it better with no questions asked, and subsequent grooms she fixed the issue.
I am very particular and she gets our business every time,
I like the way I can schedule my dogs for a daycare day. Your staff is great and my girls I know enjoy their day.I when I bring them to Dogtopia. They are ready to go in and play with their friends and that lets me know they’re having a good day when they are there. They are never afraid or not want to go in when we come to Dogtopia.

My husband is 80 disabled Veteran, and we have 2 wonderful rescue dogs. One of they Chewy would not let anyone clip her nail and subsequently to would scratch my husband who has very thin skin due to his age. I asked the Nextdoor neighbors app if they could recommend someone who could help and dogtopia was recommended to us. I was very pleased with the staff as they were all so helpful. I will certainly take her there again and will recommend to Dogtopia.

Our dog is always happy to stay there. Also, the staff gives good feedback regarding his stay and they seem to enjoy their line of work.
My dog looks happy whenever I see him on the camera. The workers always have a nice story to share about him.
We love you guys! You all know Oswald by name and he gets so excited to see everyone at Dogtopia! Oswald always has the best time and it makes us feel so good that he has a safe place to go and be cared for when we’re out of town. I took a peek on the cameras and saw him sitting in one of the staff member’s laps. She was so sweet with him and it just warmed my heart :’)
It’s easy and convenient! The staff is amazing at the Commerce location.
I left my there for five and a half days. I was able to watch him on the camera the first day the gentleman in the room with them stayed on his phone most of the time but I saw that he was not in harm so I was okay but the second day I didn't see him and when I called I was told that they saw fleas so they caged him. When I arrived on Saturday to pick him up his hair was wet from the urine that he either had to sit or stand in. You can tell that he had been in urine more than a day. The young lady asked did I want her to go shampoo him or let him ride like that. I had her to go wash him up because it was just so much urine on him and I did not want him to get in the car like that.

We feel our dog will be safe and well looked after. Being able to see her on the webcam let’s us check in on her.

Dogtopia at William Cannon has been fantastic to my pup. Staff are all lovely and professional.
Lobby staff is always welcoming and friendly. The entire team knows our dog and takes great care of her. Check-in and check-out are always a breeze. Facility is clean and our dog does not come home smelling badly. It's a great service with a great staff.

The staff of Dogtopia are friendly and attentive to both my dog’s and my needs. My dog always walks in willingly ( with his tail wagging furiously) when I drop him off. And during the day when I see him on Dogtopia’s web camera, he appears to be active and happy. Best of all, when I pick him up at the end of the day, he eats heartily and then falls fast asleep for the entire night.
