I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dogtopia, everyone is extremely friendly and caring. Jack loves Dogtopia and so do we.

I love this location! It is very efficient, fabulous staff! I just transferred from another location and I couldn't be more pleased.

I thought $130 was on the high side for a bath and flea dip. Grooming in Orlando includes the bath for much less. To be honest though, I’ve never had my dog flea dipped. I was visiting Jacksonville and my dog got fleas from hotel or Ed Austin park, so Dogtopia took him right in. Staff was exceptional and met one of the owners who offered me a tour. It was a one off since I don’t live in Jax. I appreciate all they did for my boy.

We love Dogtopia! The staff is always friendly, and they take good care of our doodles.

I am relatively new to Dogtopia, but I have used several great dog daycare and boarding facilities for many, many years. I came to Dogtopia Tysons because I recently moved to the area. The staff seem nice, but I'm not impressed with operations for two major reasons.

1) I have noticed that there is only a single staff person per room supervising the dogs, which equates to too many dogs to one person, especially in rooms with large or active dogs. At a minimum, and for safety reasons, there should be two people.

2) The few times I've brought my dog in, he's come home reeking of pee. It was so bad that I had to bathe him when I got home, which was very inconvenient. Over the many years he's been to daycare and boarding, he's never come home so incredibly smelly and dirty.

While I might continue to use Dogtopia Tysons, I definitely plan to try a different business.

All the things you do for the dogs

We have had a great experience with Dogtopia.
We dropped our dog overnight boarding for the first time a few days ago.
We were so relieved to hear they had webcams so we were able to check in on our puppy. She seemed really happy since she was able to go to 3 different locations throughout her day. They even have spa services so we can pick her up clean!
We would definitely recommend this place and we will be back with Charlie again very soon.

I love bringing my dog to Dogtopia for overnight stays. She’s always very happy to go and she seems very happy when we pick her up. I do love the fact that they have the WebCams and I can check on her during the day.

Would be great if you put a doorbell in the lobby, as calling the phone or knocking on the door doesn’t always seem to get the attention of the team out back.
Would be a great cheap effective way to alert them to a customer wanting to drop off or pick up.

Staff is so friendly, and made Riley feel welcomed.

My dog is always so happy when we're in the car and he figures out we're on the way to Dogtopia. The employees always great him by name. I'm always so impressed, especially with Miranda and Karen.

Our pup was bit twice by the same dog at 2 different sessions.
This same dog bit 2 other dogs.

I got this information from multiple sources

1. A lady that was leaving with her dog crying as we were arriving to pick up our pup.
2.one of the workers told us how our Gracie was bit 2 different times by the same dog that also bit other dogs.

You are lucky that my wife was adamant about me not filing a law suit against your operation.

And if you are under the impression that the agreement you have people sign prevents people suing against dogs getting bit , you need to consult your lawyer because nothing anyone signs protects you when you are blantly negligent. And allowing the same dog into group play when he has bit multiple other dogs is negligent.

Friendly staff, clean and safe environment for my dogs.

I enjoy the flexibility offered. Dogtopia on 8th has really delivered in a pinch for us. The staff is very personable and they are genuinely invested in the well being of every pet that visits.

The team is incredible and truly cares for the dogs they are taking care of. Always friendly and always welcoming when you walk thru the door to bring your dog in.

My wish is that the playroom workers would interact more with the pups. I also wish there was outside 9itty areas available.

I liked the ease of dropping Henry off and the pickup for a major city. He loved going so we will use them again when we return.

When we arrive my dog is excited to see all of the coaches. They are caring kind people.
