River did an amazing job on my pups nails! Dori the GM got me right in last minute which was so sweet. Such a great crew.
Everyone is very friendly
I am concerned that my dogs often get sick after spending more time at DogTopia...the one bowl of water always makes me cringe when I watch the video...other than that, no complaints.

We like the ease of communication over text! We usually get a reply about our pup with 30 minutes! Our pup always comes home happy and tired after her stay!

You are very accommodating and friendly. Only thing I wish is that there wasn't a "nap time" I don't get my dog there at 7 AM, more like 8:30 or 9 and then if I am picking up at noon it is less activity for her. If we do afternoons, it is more like 5 or 5:30 so we loose out on the backend too.
Everyone is so sweet all the time! I trust them with my dog implicitly. They know how to introduce certain dogs to the pack and how to rotate everyone so they all get along well. Highly recommend Dogtopia to all my friends and family!
My pup LOVES going to daycare at Dogtopia in Boca! You can tell that the employee genuinely care about the dogs and it is a great way for my lab to get exercise and socialize with other dogs.
I appreciate the care, attention and safety that the staff provides. I have peace of mind knowing my dog is going to be well cared for. Nicole and her team seem to genuinely love what they do and it shows.

The staff was super kind and professional. My puppy felt safe and excited to see them when we would bring her back. Staff took the time to give my husband a tour during pick up to see the facilities. Webcams allow for plenty of access to see what my dog is up to.

More comfort / down time / affection for the pups. I notice that the person monitoring the room is usually just cleaning and wandering around. They rarely interact with the dogs. My dog follows them everywhere, but almost never does the person pay attention to the dogs. Just a few pets here and there and an acknowledgment of the dogs who are human focused would be nice.

I have only used your grooming services, so that's why I put 9/10 (not experienced with your boarding yet), but I've been very pleased with the excellent job that Reese and Amelia have done with our sweet but sometimes-temperamental (with grooming) malamute Chena. They are amazingly patient and professional, and she looks beautiful.

I love Dogtopia and so does my dog!! I like so many things about their services. He is in a safe place surrounded by dog specialists who truly care about the dogs and their wellbeing. I enjoy watching him on the live cam as he plays in their gyms. My dog has grown up going to Dogtopia. I am so happy that he is a part of such a great place and I leave him often when we go on vacation and we need to board him. Thank you Dogtopia!! Quincy loves you all!!
It is expensive when you have a multi-day stay. Perhaps some type of loyalty reward where you can earn points to lower the cost of visits. But I know she is well taken care of when she is there.
