Dog is very happy to go, full of excitement. I can see my dog through out the day and am ensured that he is enjoying his time at dogtopia.
Love when you send texts with pics. Wish the cameras were working more often, and really really don't like that you require us to pay for a $30 bath with a stay of more than a couple nights. Please drop that requirement.
They take great care of my girl for daycare and boarding. She loves going too.

Staff was very approachable and had every answer to any question I had in a great attitude! Everyone was super friendly to my pup and was interested in any concerns I had regarding any boarding questions I asked! Overall everyone was amazing and super friendly! 10 out of 10!
It would be a great time saver to be able to pay for a day of care online to speed up pickup time. With low staffing, sometimes pick up can be quite long.
The staff is very attentive and my dog is well taken care of while he’s there.
Margie spent her first day on Friday from 10:00 to 2:00. She seemed to have a good time and will be back on Monday. Her Mom was happy too😇

My dog has only had her meet and greet. Once she has had a chance to have a full day of day care I can likely give you a stronger rating but need to see how things go. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Cameras. It seems like 1 or more is down.
Baxter is always anxious to play for the day. Everyone on the staff is professional, patient and plainly terrific.
Personal attention to each pet. They know your pet, its habits and needs. Curbside assistance enables owners with injuries or incapacities to still enjoy canine companionship. Best of all, our pet gets the activity and exercise she needs. She really looks forward to hanging with her "posse". Thank you all!

We love that our dog is happy and TIRED whenever we pick him up! We know that you all are kind and attentive to him and that makes all the difference. Thanks so much for all that you do for our pup!
The workers were very friendly and welcoming. They cared about my dog from the beginning and wrote a detailed account of how she did on her Meet and Greet.
I love this place! The staff are the best and they always feel very safe to leave my dog here.
My dog is excited to come and excited to come home. She is clearly well cared for with a team of people that know how to interact with dogs and in a clean environment. Dogtopia is also generous and helpful any time I have any day care or boarding needs.
I LOVE Dogtopia and this location! I've been bringing Rosie for about 8 weeks. As time has gone by I have felt more comfortable bringing her as I wanted to make sure she would be happy. I am.very confident she is safe, happy and well looked after. EVERY staff member is friendly and professional. I've noticed that some pet parents are more engaging than others and I'm a talker. However each person who comes in is treated with respect and I can tell that their dogs are happy too. Finally, the kindness that has been shown to me is above and beyond. Rosie lost her big brother not long after we started and the staff wrote a lovely sympathy card. Then last week I had a big exam and shared that with the staff as I was bringing Rosie a bit more than usual. When I dropped her off on the day of the exam I was told good luck and then when I picked her up I was given a bouquet of flowers in congratulations. These little surprise and delights are the icing on the cake! At the core of it all the most important thing is Rosie's comfort and safety BUT these lovely gestures are the things that make my day when everything else is swirling around me. Thank you for taking care of both Rosie and her mama!
Just joined my 2 Sheepadoodle’s but they enjoyed their visits.
I gave a rating of 8 because this was our first time at Dogtopia. While everything went well, my dog has not yet had an overnight stay.
In addition, there was a strong scent throughout the facility. While it did not bother me, it did trigger a migraine in my son.
Very caring staff towards my baby and excellent grooming service. Thank you
