Excellent, our dog I always is happy to go
to Dogtopia.
Very friendly staff. Great place for my dog as she does not like to be left alone at home. I like that that my dog is well taken care of. I never have to worry about my dog. I can always take a look on the web cam to see what she is up to. My dog now has many friends who she plays with and she always comes home very tired. Theme days are a lot of fun and the report cards, pictures that you receive are such a great touch.

Havana is a rescue dog who spent her whole life tied to a chain in the woods and had very little interaction with other dogs. All the staff here has been great with helping her come out of her shell and start learning how to play with other dogs. She absolutely loves everyone here and really looks forward to coming in to see all her friends.

Such a great place! The staff is super friendly and helpful and very caring to the dogs. The meet and greet was carried out beautifully. I love the camera access to watch my dog during her time there. The place is clean and lively with great ideas.

How much is offered for my dog during her daycare stay.
My dog had scratches and abrasions on her when I picked her up. Her blanket was soiled as well.
Awesome staff, I could tell they really care for all the dogs as if they’re their own. My dogs were tired for the first time ever!

The pick up process takes way too long
We were happy, however one of our dogs developed kennel cough. The vet said it is from sharing water bowls or food bowls. Maybe these should be changed frequently during the day to ensure cleanliness and disinfect the bowls between changing them out. Also, I would have loved for them to have had a space to go outdoors. In addition, a designated quiet time could be nice periodically so that the dogs are not overstimulated. My son's dog goes to daycare and they have rest time 2x/day with all dogs. Just suggestions, we were happy to have them well cared for, thank you!
All of the staff is welcoming when you bring your pup in for daycare.
The staff is friendly and actively engages with the clientele. Plus you take very good care of Cairo and he loves spending time there.
Our boarding reservation was changed without our consent and NO notification was provided that the reservation was changed.

People are great and the facility is so nice. I also like the fact that most of the dogs in the Plaza are small and so cute. I like the fact that Dogtopia has a 3 day trial period to be sure the accepted dogs are well behaved. Can’t wait for Lacey to spend more time there.

We had our meet and greet last week and it was a very positive environment full of friendly and fun team members. My dog is looking forward to coming back soon.

We have used Dogtopia for years since they opened in Paradise Valley. The staff is very accommodating and we recently had to board overnight when our A/C was out at the house.
The staff is so friendly and engaging. My dog Hank is beyond excited to go to Dogtopia Viera for his daycare.
