Convenient; The attendants have always shown the greatest respect for the dogs and the relationship every pet "parent" has with their dog(s). Different for everyone, but they understand that a dog is not just a dog, he/she is a member of your family.
Dogs have differing needs at different times in our lives / in the dog's life. But whether I come every day or once a week or sometime now just once a month, they still treat me like a valued client.
Ginger does not get much (if any exercise) when she is at Dogtopia. I utilize the services for socialization, which is just as important. I rate Dogtopia as a 9 and not a 10 because for dogs who need massive amounts of exercise, this is not the place. I generally exercise Ginger before I drop her off or she would not get the exercise she needs for the day, but every dog has different needs.

More cameras in the facility and let me know when to feed the dogs.
My dog has a Bfff, she happens to be 20lbs and my dog is 60. They are not allowed to play in the same room together. Both dogs have many friends at the dog park that range from 5lbs to 150+. My dog and her BFFF were dropped off on the same day and we watched them in their separate rooms for 2 hours, and they didn’t play very much. We ended up picking them up and letting them play together with their dog friends at the park.
My dog is very excited to go to her weekly daycare. When she needs to stay over night she is well cared for.
Team members are focused on my dog and his well being. They closely monitor the activity in the room and ensure the dogs are playing nicely. They are kind and gentle when correcting an unacceptable behavior and their approach is effective. I know my dog is safe and well cared for while at Dogtopia.

The staff is caring, friendly and go out of their way to help you. My dog gets the love and care I want and expect from a facility. I periodically check the Webcam and see her having fun and that’s important to me as a dog Dad.
Military discount. Wag hotels offers 25% off to military and healthcare workers. 35% to first responders and these are for the day rates, not the packages. I’ll go to them instead unfortunately due to it being cheaper.
Maui seems to have a great time with the staff and they love her and playiing with the other pups

I love this place and so do the dogs. The staff really enjoy what they do and are very welcoming to the dogs. I like the convenience of having a spa on site. I also like how create they are with themes and activities such as doggy prom!
