My dog got hurt when he was at the last visit at Dogtopia and I called to find out what was going on. They said that a dog stepped on his toe and put a hole in his foot. I never heard back from anybody next day to see how he was doing, which was very unprofessional I thought, and I just wanted to make you aware.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. I like the camera aspect so I can keep an eye on my dog while I am at work.
My BostonTerrier, Poppy, loves going to Dogtopia in Lake St. Louis. The facility is very clean. I feel Poppy is in good hands with the nice people that take care of her. When I drop Poppy off, she gets super excited to see her doggy friends.
I would highly recommend the Lake St. Louis Dogtopia.

My dog smells really bad when she gets home and it takes a couple of days for her to start smelling better, and that’s with me constantly wiping her down with wipes.
Everything! The staff is creative and come up with fun themes. Drop off and pickup is so easy and fast. The app is wonderful to schedule through. Lil Man runs to get inside. He lives it there!!!!
Friendly staff. Clean play/sleep areas. Keeps pet parents informed of the good and the bad..and what they're doing to address it!
Employees strike the right mix of friendly and professional and seem to genuinely like my dog. They offer helpful ideas to decrease his high energy levels. I like that they contribute to pet-related nonprofits. I feel like my dog is safe here.
The friendliest staff, they really care about all the dogs and their owners. I tell everyone I meet that Cole goes to daycare and which one it is.
The parking situation is painful. The curb side drop off is great but sometimes you can’t park anywhere near which is difficult when trying to do a quick drop off/pick up. Staff are all lovely and are great at greeting you and dog.
The caring nature of the staff. Also, they always have great communication and send me updates which puts me at ease that my dog is being taken such good care of when I am away.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, to both me and my dog. The facility is very clean. The fact that I can watch my pup all day on the webcam is a great bonus

I like that my dog is well taken care off and he actually likes going there.
Near my home and wonderful service. Zion was so active he slept through dinner until the next morning. Thank you for taking care of my baby and he had a great time. Love the web cam to see him while I was away.

Nice facility, friendly caring staff. Ease of drop off and pick up and they career about our pet. They knew our dogs name even on the first day after dropping her off and picking her up.

I have been so lucky to have a place where my Flo actually has excited to go in, where normally as soon as we get out the car and she gets to 3 feet from the door, she turned around because she knows where she’s at. This place is amazing. She actually goes in the door..

Henry has been enjoying his playdays and sleepovers at Dogtopia for nearly five years. He gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot! I love my dog and can relax knowing that the Dogtopia staff love the pets they care for as if their were their own.

My pet came home with two bags of her food. We sent the exact amount she needed for her stay, this would mean she missed two meals, I’m hoping they were not consecutive. She also receives medication at meal time so she did not get that when she should have. She seemed fine when she got home but I am concerned she wasn’t fed on top of being away from home. We had also asked that she have a bath before pick up and she was not given one.
Maui always looks like he’s ready for a night on the town when I pick him up!
Dogtopia Towson is the best! My pup, Bosun, always has a blast there with his pals and it gives me great peace of mind to know that he is happy, safe, and well cared for when he's there. The Towson staff are the friendliest bunch, who truly care about our fur babies, as if they are their own. They take time to really get to know our pups (and all their little quirks!). When I have to work on site, I can relax knowing that Bosun is living his best life with the best staff of professionals around!
