Caring staff
More enrichment opportunities for the dogs, cameras during lunchtime and nap. Overall, though, we're extremely satisfied with Dogtopia.

Absolutely everything!!
Workers care about the dogs and seem to enjoy playing with them. Other places I’ve used, workers often seemed bored. Pumpkin shows a difference when she goes to Dogtopia. She really enjoys it.
It’s disappointing because half of the time the web cams don’t work
And when they do you never see the caretakers in room with the dogs ever engage with the dogs
Our dogs should have fun times at daycare
And the caretakers in the rooms be more active with the dogs

My dogs were not socialized but they seem to do good at your facility. The workers were all very friendly and helpful. The dogs seemed to work well with them. I will use this company again.

Annie visits twice a week. She loves everything from the way the staff greets her; the fun she has while she is there and of course, the treats after. Everyone is friendly and professional. It feels almost like home for us both.
I felt terrible bringing my dog who was matted and needed a bad haircut. The groomer did such a good job getting my pup back to normal. Thank you!

We were out of town and took my dog in with no problems. They were very flexible and very clean place.
I understand that it is a corporate rule, but the fact that does are not appropriately sized in the playrooms is a huge problem, which leads to issues in terms of dog safety. There should be small/medium/large rooms. There are many, many dog daycare facilities opening in the area that seem to take more care in this regard.

The employees at Chesterfield Dogtopia sincerely care about the dogs who come to stay for doggie day care. They remember a dog’s name quickly and offer up lots of love and special treats and attention. My dog loves the extra attention, treats, and love.
The facility is clean and well appointed. There's 3 options for dog rooms so the group can match my dog's needs. I love the seasonal photos and report cards. Most of all I know my best friend is in good hands. He comes home tired and happy.

Everyone is extremely nice, the facility is clean, and the dogs love they're play days.
There is a strong odor of smoke when you come into the building. I don't know if that is from someone smoking or someone vaping, but it is evident to a non-smoker.
Other than that, my dog seems happy so far.
I did not like the energy or atmosphere in the Norwalk Dogtopia. The staff just seemed to just be doing a job and I sensed no true interest in the dogs. I saw through the camera and the dogs were just standing around doing nothing. There was only one piece of equipment in the dog room. I did not trust the staff, nor what they were saying to me. I left my dog for 2 hours or so and picked her up because I actually felt badly that I had left her there. I would never ever leave my dog there again. I have been going to the Dogtopia in Fairfield and the vibe there is totally opposite. The dogs look happy. The staff is engaged and there is a sense of true love for the dogs. I trust the staff and the atmosphere is happy.
