Daycare and boarding options in one facility, special treats and activities, spa services!
My dog loves going to Dogtopia and everyone seems to know him, which I love!! I love that I can watch him on the cameras, that he can get snacks and that he is generally cared for! We have been going to the New Rochelle location for 4 years!
We love Dogtopia-University Ave. Our pup is always welcomed with smiles. The staff are helpful and accommodating. They ensure that she stays safe during play. And bonus, we’ve made same-day spa appointments and she comes home looking a smelling wonderful.
Everything!! I actually couldn’t be more impressed with every aspect of this business. From the cleanliness of the facility to the kindness and love my dog is shown from every employee. Keep up the great work!

Normally I would rate you a 10 but this time there were 1 issues. 1) pepper was only there for 4 nights but she developed bloody stools which I was told was from stress, but she’s stayed there much longer and never had this, so I’d really like to know what’s changed that has made it stressful for her. 2) I sent extra food in case we had a car breakdown or something, so 3-4 extra cups of food, and when I picked her up the food was all gone!!!! That was way too much, maybe that caused her bloody stool issue? I’m concerned that her diet was not followed.
I would like to talk to someone about these problems.
I know you have new management but there have been areas of chaotic misinformation over almost the last year I have had my dog there. By that i mean lost records I submitted, taking my dog off pause and things not being signed that I am now being asked to sign. I have been very happy with the way my dog is treated and the employees I have interacted with.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Dogtopia! My dog goes twice a week and absolutely loves it. The staff is so caring and attentive, and I can tell they truly enjoy what they do. My pup always comes home happy, tired, and well-loved. Thank you for creating such a fun and safe environment!
Great staff who know our dog!
I appreciate the professional staff and operation of Dogtopia at the Shire in Richardson. I requested to see the area where my dog would be boarded. The facility was spotlessly clean. The staff at Dogtopia is friendly and helpful and they care about the dogs they are entrusted with.
The staff is incredible!
10/10 the staff is always so kind and helpful. I see that they genuinely care about my pet as though they're their own. My dog is so excited to go there, and is a fantastic way to get her energy out. The environment is always clean and sanitary. I have also boarded my dog with them and it went perfect.

Coach very obviously feels safe and loves the staff, he walks in like he owns the place! I know he can be a bit much but I appreciate the love and affection he receives daily. The attention given to all of the dogs seems impossible with how full the daycare can be, but yet somehow they surpass my expectations. Coach benefits from different play rooms based on his friends there that day or his energy levels, it is always taken into account so he can have the best day possible <3
The cameras are easy to use, using the cameras on the phone app is iffy sometimes but I keep the cameras on my desktop at work and peek when I can.
I love the staff at Dogtopia in Berkeley Heights! They love every dog that comes through their door to stay at their facility. My dog has been going to Dogtopia for almost 2 years and he loves it!! The facility is clean and well staffed in each of the”playrooms”. There are requirements that have to be met before a dog is allowed to stay and play. It’s for the safety of all the other dogs. I can’t say enough good things about this Dogtopia!!

Lady came back clean, happy and tired. Everyone I’ve met there has been so nice. My daughter’s dog, Clementine, goes more frequently but is always so happy when I drop her off.

The associates and team members know my dog. They are so accommodating and knowledgeable kind. They are willing to work with my schedule which is unsettled most of the time
The staff is so friendly and caring. I love that my little pugs get to roam around the room and play with the other dogs instead of being stuck in a crate for the entire time.
The staff there took very good care of my Stormi. She was boarded for 4 days and they gave us an update whenever we called. It was the 1st time we let her board and I would highly recommend them. And her yearbook photos are the cutest!!!!
I can’t say enough positive things about your facility and the staff that works there! Anytime I board my dog, Casey at Dogtopia in New Rochelle I always feel comforted in knowing she’s being well cared for and is safe! She always comes home in a relaxed mood which is a clear indication that she was happy being at your facility!

Staff are friendly, and clearly love their jobs. My dog Bernie, absolutely loves spending time @Dogtopia. He can barely contain his excitement, as he arrives each week!!
