In the meet and greet, I was not allowed to see my dog interact with the others, didn’t even get to see the room he would be in, I was shown the boarding room which I found horrific. I was told I couldn’t have access to see video of his play time until I brought him for his official doggie daycare visit. I started not to leave him. When I picked him up, he acted depressed, and he didn’t act right the whole two/three days after. One front desk worker was nice, the other one was rude and not very informative, did not communicate anything going on. When I was leaving, they didn’t even ask if/when I planned to start bringing him. I was confused and uneasy about what he experienced there. Will not be back.
Great staff and great communication
We’ve been taking our dog Eve to Dogtopia Moon Township for the past 6 months, and it’s been such a great experience. When Eve was spayed, the staff checked in on her recovery, which meant so much to us. Every week, Eve can’t wait to walk through the doors — that alone tells you how much love and attention she gets there.
The owners clearly put their heart and soul into this place. It shows in every interaction, from how the staff treats the dogs to how they communicate with pet parents. Highly recommend Dogtopia Moon Township to anyone looking for a daycare that truly cares about your dog.
Staff in the front is new, but should greet dog parents when they come in. Also, it would be helpful to have 2 staff members at the front during busy drop off and pickup hours. Overall, it’s a great place for my dog and I appreciate the Team. Thank you.

Dogtopia is such a great place for my dog! The environment is extremely clean and inviting. I have no issues when reserving a spot in daycare for my dog. The spa services are great as well.
They offer a variety of theme activities through the month and special treats also.
Staff are friendly and treat the dogs as if they were their own.

The digs are very well supervised and the employees really get to know your dog. Luna is very high energy and not used to being around a lot of other dogs. Savanah and her staff have done a wonderful job getting her acclimated.

Jacob Marley, my miniature Schnauzer, is always hesitant to leave my presence except when I take him to Dogtopia! He hurries to get inside without even glancing back. He seems happy and loved which gives me confidence/comfort to leave him with the attendants there to share playtime. Thank you Dogtopia!

Attention given to my puppy
I recently went on a trip and was very nervous about leaving my 2 dogs anywhere, both adopted under 6 months ago, and I was a bit nerve wrecked. We typically have someone stay at the house, but they were unable to this particular week. We researched and found a few options and decided to look into dogtopia first, mainly because they had live stream cameras. we made appointments to have them evaluated there for a stay. We watched the eval on the camera and the introductions and how they were handled and were very impressed. While waiting we also were able to interact with some other pet owners dropping off for day care, all of whom had nothing but amazing things to say. We decided to leave our pups in their care. I was able to log in and watch them the entire vacation, and they were having such fun, I was so happy to see they were being taken care of in such a caring way. They came home bathed and full of kisses and tail wags. I will 100% recommend them and will be using them for all my future petsitting needs.

The turnover with staff is sometimes really tough. It doesn’t always feel great to drop your dog off with someone who doesn’t even know their name. It would also be helpful to update families on changes in staff. It’s really difficult to learn names.
Luna is always happy when we pick her up! Even after a long stay! She loves the team here!
I like the daycare service because I now have a place to drop off my son while at work versus leaving him home alone. I haven’t used the spa services yet, but I’m happy they offer them
Easy to book and our dogs love their time there!
I like that there is a reasonable number of dogs in the rooms at all times. The dogs aren't crowded. Lots of staff to watch and interact with the dogs. All staff are so kind to the dogs.
Everything...the cameras/livestream we can watch our pups on, the great people who work there and truly love dogs. Beautiful, clean facility!
