I love the staff. Everyone is so nice, friendly and professional, which is noticeable at the moment that I walked in the door. In addition, the facility is clean, modern and the services are well thought out. There's day care, boarding, grooming, training and merchandise. It's like a one stop shop for your dog. I highly recommend this place for any dog lover
To begin with...everything! They take the time to help your pet (family member) learn the correct behavior when playing with other dogs! I love them!!!

I didn't like hearing that air horns and buckets of water are used to calm over-excited dogs. I'd like a dog daycare that commits to a positive environment.

Gymn and toy box are not overcrowded on busy days.

How much they love my dog
My dog likes it there..When I watch the webcam I just wish the handlers interacted more with the dogs ..a few do bubbles or follow the leader which is great
The staff is wonderful…knows my doggie and greets us with a happy smile all the time. I appreciate how the staff relates to the owners and their furry babies. My dog Lola starts winning in the car once we pull into the parking lot!

It was our first experience with Dogtopia. A meet and greet to decide if it's the right place to board our lovely Dike when we have to travel. They were very kind with our dog and with us, clarifying all our doubts. Dike is our four leg daughter, so for my husband and I it's very important to know that she is in good/safe/loving hands.

Knowledgeable staff. Very patient with our dog Panda. Panda is a bit nervous on MAG day. But the staff were very accomodating even when Panda got too over excited.
