The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. They are very friendly and always truly care about our sweet dog. He gets very excited when we tell him he's going to Dogtopia and is very happy when we get there. Every few weeks he has a wonderful bath and cool blowout, nail trim, etc. We are very thankful for this service. We would recommend Dogtopia to anyone who asks us.

Dogs are always happy to go and tired when they leave so I know they had a blast!

My dog loves going to daycare at Dogtopia. The coaches are wonderful and truly care about all the dogs that are eb.ntrusted to them. And I like the webcams so I can check in and watch my pup interacting with other dogs.

There is always a human around for supervision and if anything out of the ordinary happens I’m informed about it.
All the staff are friendly to both the dog and its person and are knowledgeable and helpful.
Also good to know that vaccinations are required to help combat illnesses.
When I drop Brody off in the morning I know he will be in good hands.

Jack actually loves coming to daycare. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I feel like they truly care for him while he is there.

How nice everyone is

Lucy and Mimi are very happy that they no longer look like scruffy pups after getting their spa day. They’re also happy that they got hand fed chicken by one of their best friends, Kelly. There were no appointments available until the 22nd, but Kelly went out of her way to make sure the girls were able to come in earlier to get their hair done. The staff at the front desk is awesome too and always say hello to the girls when they come in. Dogtopia is the best! I will continue to recommend Dogtopia to all my friends.

My dog was supposed to be groomed and desheded my son picked her up she doesn't smell good and sheads just as bad as before I took her to you. They did do a good job on her nails though.

My baby is very well cared for and comes home tired but a good tired. I love that he is getting so much exercise and socialization

We love Alex! She has been such a bright spot. She is so accommodating, friendly, and responsive. The grooming option has also been an amazing addition to the day of play.

The people are amazing! They really care about your dogs. The atmosphere is great and everything is clean and fresh.
Love being able to check in on our furbabies from time to time on the webcams.
We don't have to worry about them getting lost either.
Dogtopia is the best!

My wife and I went away for 2 weeks and picked up our puppy with bumps all over her face + a hotspot. The hotspot doesn't bother us that much but the bumps on her face appeared multiple days before pickup (so did the hospot, actually) and the staff at Dogtopia did nothing to let us know about these issues. $900 to pick up a dog in rough shape. Spent about 200 bucks to go to the vet the same day we picked her up. Now worried sick what the bumps may be. Not happy with Dogtopia at all. I don't know what you can do, aside from cover our vet bills/refund part or all of our dog's stay, but DEFINITELY start letting dog parents know when their pet is not in good shape during a stay at your business.

This is the best daycare Bill has ever attended! We love the staff, facility, and overall vibe. 10/10!

We boarded our beagle, Tex for a week at the South Chandler location. He came home happy and very tired.
Tex goes to Dogtopia twice a week to run and play with his friends, both dogs and humans.

We are happy with our dogs overall stay at dogtopia. She seemed to be well taken care of and I like that I could see her on the camera's most parts of the days. I was kind of shocked at the extra "treat" charges that they never mentioned about it costing extra so that was disappointing to see an additional $18 on my bill. When we arrived for drop-off, they mentioned oh, we're BBQing and having watermelon popsicles can she have one? I said yes thinking it was included but there was no mention that it cost extra. I had called in on Monday to check in on Lucy and they were like oh, its cheese day can she have some? No mention that the fact it cost additional money. Transparency would have been great, I would have still done it, but the fact it wasn't explained that I'd be spending $18 on a hotdog, watermelon treat and cheese was frustrating.

My dogs always come home tired. They get lots of exercise that I would not be able to give them at home all the time. They also have so many fun programming things. It's always something new.

Staff was very accommodating with me and very sweet with my puppy. She had an amazing time.

Friendly people. They know who I am and my puppy. Curb side drop off. Fun treats and activities. Can drop off a little before 7. Holiday pictures, bubbles and constant human interaction.
