Why are we allowing the room with the most dogs (toy box) to be supervised by one person and for that person to be cleaning the kennels while dogs are aggressively playing behind them. Clean the kennels when there are less dogs OR HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE. Why is my dog getting pinned by the neck and can’t get up because the other dog keeps dragging her down and not one person approaches. Why are dogs allowed to hump other dogs without anyone breaking it up? Workers should not have their backs to an entire room full of dogs.
I really appreciate the fact that management directly follow ups if there’s any issues. Recently had a misunderstanding about my account and they followed up directly after my complain. All is resolved and will definitely use them as needed.

The staff are very friendly and helpful
The services at Dogtopia are exactly what my dog needs. He suffers from anxiety and usually will not eat at boarding so the staff offered to top his food with pumpkin but he’s also a picky eater and doesn't like pumpkin so they instead gave him a pup cup which he loves! When I picked him up the following day he seemed happy and healthy and even ate some of his breakfast. He got the attention he needed and I really appreciate all of the staff that looked after him.
Convenience
1) The love , care, and attention the staff and trainers give my dog Phoebe.
2) The play, activities, and special treat days scheduled which helps me choose which day to book her for that week.
3) The open communication the staff has with me answering any questions and concerns I have- without making me feel like I'm being a pain. And they're open and communicative with any concerns or issues that arises.
4) It makes me happy my dog is sooooo excited to go to school when we're driving there and arrive. I know she loves it.
5) Its comforting to know at any point of the day (besides naptime), I can see how my dog is doing on the webcams and see how much fun she's having and that she's safe.

Very helpful and responsive! They give my pup love and pets when she’s away from home. I know she is in good hands when she’s away can’t be home with us!
My pup loves coming to the daycare and getting his spa treatment. He always runs to the dog to get in. Staff are always so nice.
The staff are caring and I am confident my dog will be well cared for.
I like the friendly attention given to the dogs. When Wilma comes home from even a half day of activity she is exhausted.

The staff all seem to love dogs. Additionally they are kind, conscientious and courteous. My little fur baby LOVES his time, both daycare and overnight, at Dogtoia in Plymouth.

My dog loves going there, he’s excited to go in everyday he goes ! I also like the boarding because he is already comfortable there so I can vacation and feel that he is well taken care of
