The coaches are all friendly and clearly like their job and the dogs. They are quick to answer questions and are constantly coming up with fun new activities for the dogs to engage in.

I’m very satisfied overall I was able to watch the videos from time to time while on vacation watch my dog. I was surprised that someone was in the room most of the time if not all the time.. you seem to be at peace and comfortable, and the staff seemed to give him the attention when he needed it from what I could tell overall I’m very satisfied

The staff is the greatest. I've been taking my dog there for 5 years and have never been disappointed.
I think the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The tour was thorough and made me confident that my dog would be well taken care of. While watching videos, I have witnessed dog disagreements and how responsive the team is. One time, I saw a few staff members enter a room to support the assigned team member in getting the dogs settled down. Most importantly, my dog immediately felt comfortable in the play rooms. He is the ultimate judge.
Love everything about Dogtopia and have recommended it several times.

Pets are treated properly. Areas are kept clean. Concerns are listened to. Dogs love going there!!!! That tells me they are happy!

I took my dog for his first day, and he came home covered in gray dirt (I find this really odd since there is no outside area) along with scratches and open wounds on his stomach/groin. When I would check on the camera, he was getting mounted a lot, and it was not corrected or seen until a couple of minutes passed. I just think if you have a dog, knowing it's the first day for them, watch them closer. The meet and greet time for 10 minutes is not long enough to know how they will do for a full day.

I love that you guys really care about the well being of the pups in your pack. It’s more than doggy daycare, it’s doggy enrichment and fulfillment! Atlas certainly LOVED his time with his new furry friends and coaches. We travel often, and it’s wonderful to know we have an option that provides Atlas with both physical and mental stimulation while we are away. He is VERY social, and I feel much better now that he has a place where he can play with other doggies in a safe and fun environment!

We love the people at Dogtopia in Greenwood, Indiana. They are amazing in all aspects of our fur babies needs. We have used their trainers, boarding and doggy daycare. We know when we leave our baby with them we never have to worry that she will have the best of care.

We have been coming to Dogtopia (Holladay, UT) intermittently for daycare and nail trims for over a year now, and every time my partner or I come home, we always beam about the staff remembering our dogs. Truly, the desk staff knows every dog that comes in, and they are so attentive to both dog owners and the dogs. Most recently, I was impressed when I was waiting in the lobby with my dog. A staff member recognized that a dog coming into the lobby needed space, asked us to stand to the side while they checked in, and then stood between the dog and us. I think it just shows how conscious they are of the dogs and how well they know them all!
Staff is very friendly, drop off and pick up is simple. Only thing that effects the score is cost.
