Staff is always friendly from the person who gets good boy in the morning to the person who greets us in the afternoon. We know our dog is in good hands and safe - which is the most important... along with having so much fun with friends :)
Always happy and helpful at the front desk/over the phone! Archie is thrilled at the mention of 'daycare' or 'going to play with friends' because the staff at Dogtopia do such a great job of maintaining a safe and fun play experience for all the pups!

Brady, my black Labrador, was there on March 17 for a bath and de-shedding. I asked that he be hand dried instead of crate dried with an industrial fan. He was hand dried but his neck area and ears were extremely wet. More time could have been spent on drying.
Friendliness and cleanliness!
My dog has been going here for most of her life, she enjoys it so much and always comes home happy and tired. I feel safe leaving her here when I will be gone for long hours during the day and love that I can check on her with the webcams. Staff is friendly and truly enjoys the dogs. It's a great place!
What’s not to like. I think the most important thing is we trust them with our puppy. They take care of her and love her as their own. Elle is safe there and loves going to “school”.
My dog was busy all day
Everyone is very helpful and there is a 'happy vibe' about the place when I drop off or pick up my dog! I know he loves his time there and it gives me a piece of mind to know he is in good hands.
All the interactions with the pups. I am concerned about them not getting out to go to the bathroom on a regular basis. My dogs pee and pee when we get home after bringing there 5-6 hours. They don’t pee inside and I don’t want them too.

Courtney was amazing with my Charlie. He is a highly anxious dog that needs to be sedated to be groomed. She was patient and kind and even more importantly he looks great

I feel 100% comfortable when my dog is at Dogtopia. I know he is safe, having a great time and getting the chance to play with his friends. He absolutely loves “going to school” and I can check in on him throughout the day on the webcam. The staff is friendly and happy. So glad we found Dogtopia!

Dogtopia Meadowvale takes wonderful care of Cooper and provides a great social environment for him to play in. We have great confidence that Cooper is in good hands when he is at Dogtopia.
Easy to schedule and everyone makes my dog comfortable and happy 😊 He is very shy, but he comes out of his shell every time I turn into the shopping center to drop him off XOXO! ❤️
