Clean facility. Love the cameras in each room. Staff are exceptional, right from the front desk/reception, to the manager and staff in the back taking care of the pups. Great customer service!

The staff have always been amazing. PopTart had a hiatus from daycare for traveling, and when she came back, it was like she was never gone! She is always excited to go, and doesn’t want to leave.

Often leaving the dogs in crates way longer than we are told they’ll be in there. Showed up this morning at 8am to drop my dog off and place was still closed even though it opens at 7am. I have unlimited spa but many times I’ve asked for a bath for my dog they tell me they can’t that day. It just seems like there’s almost issues and things going on. Just very disorganized and all over the place. I understand some of it is employee turnover but it makes it hard being a dog parent to take my dog here because he’s very anxious and I don’t have a lot of trust in this place. Some of the employees are great. But I would say at this point I’m only taking my dog here because of location to my home - would really love to see improvements or I’ll be leaving.
They understand that life is all about your experience! They create a very friendly and welcoming experience. They truly care about what you think about them and their work with your pet. I highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in having their pet involved in having fun.

Everyone is very friendly and treat our pups as their own. We have had nothing but positive experiences bringing our dogs to Dogtopia for much needed play time. It is affordable and convenient for us to bring the dogs here for daycare.
