Amazing kind and caring staff. I feel like my dog is safe and being well cared for.
I love how the staff greet Lana everyday with excitement and huge smiles! It shows me how loved my dog is when I’m at work and it brings me peace! I also love all the fun themed photos, crafts, and treats they offer every month :)
Dogs get to run around most of the day

I love this Dogtopia. Everyone that works there is great and they show so much love and care for my dog.
The service was great and my dog loved dogtopia but there needs to be a better effort to screen for or prevent transmission of parasites. My dog had 4 visits there and ended up with Giardia, which cost us $200 in a vet visit to treat.
How excited everyone is to see Penny in the morning
My puppy always gets super excited even on the drive to Dogtopia. I can tell they treat her well there and she has a blast every time.
Everybody is so friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. My Velcro dog is so excited to go!
The atmosphere at Dogtopia is amazing. From the staff to the area, I feel soo comfortable leaving my dog and know that he has the best day ever!
Care shown to all of the dogs. Being able to see my dog in action at anytime using the webcam. The best however is seeing how excited Casey gets when we are close to arrival. That happy bark lets me know we are at the right place
Your staff is wonderful. They remembered my dog, Mia even though they hadn’t seen her in about a year
Better communication when reaching out parent about grooming completion. There was some confusion last time with my parents pick up time after grooming.
We would love to get passes that are for more than 4 days. May be 8 or 13 days pass.

I can’t thank the team enough for the incredible care they provided for my pet during his boarding stay. While I was away on vacation, they went above and beyond by quickly recognizing an emergency situation, getting him to the ER, and safely bringing him back to the facility while keeping a close eye on him throughout the entire process.
Their responsiveness, compassion, communication, and genuine concern gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. The team kept me updated end to end and treated my pet like family. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and dedication.
Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for people who genuinely care for your pets as if they were their own. Thank you again for everything! ❤️🐾
Well for $80 per dog wasn’t worth it my one dog has lots of straggly hair her nails weren’t cut, and then my other dog has a bear spot down on her leg and she’s been looking at. I don’t think they clipped her nails either because they were very sharp took them to the vets and had them do their nails I was very disappointed, especially when I paid $80 per dog .the dogs face looks like it wasn’t even touched

Clean facility, pleasant staff. Good cameras. Would love some feedback on how dog did throughout day, with nap time etc. limited outdoor space.
The staff are all very kind and helpful. Getting a report card of how my pup was doing on the overnight was such a nice touch to know she was eating and playing. She loves her home away from home.
