Getting an appointment was very annoying. There was confusion about the status of my dog’s rabies vaccine. He had received a 3 year vaccine but in your records it was recorded as a one year vaccine making it appear he was overdue. trying to contact a human being to discuss was annoying. I am considering trying out your nearby competitor.

Excellent services. Staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and you can tell they really care.
Fix website. Often the camera does not work. Also the pick up alert doesn’t work (so I can’t notify that I’m on my way).
Everyone working there was very nice and helpful, but the interior smelled so strongly of urine that after spending a few hours there my dog came home smelling strongly of urine. I understand this must be a difficult problem to combat, but it was so bad that I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend to other dog owners.
We love Jacob and the team! Wonderful spot for daycare my pet always has fun and comes home tired, and always is excited to go back! They make us feel special.
Friendliness of the staff!
My dog was very stressed and anxious. When I arrived, the front desk sent a young gentleman to retrieve my dog, and he was gone for some time. He returned to the front desk without my dog and whispered something to the young lady at the front desk. He then returned to the back, and it took even longer for him to return. When he finally came out with my dog, Raa, I could see right away that he wasn't the energetic, happy dog I left. For the next 2 days, he was either throwing up, had diarrhea, or both. I contacted my vet and was told not to feed him for 24 hours so he could pass what every may be causing the problem. My dog has not had an accident in the house for over 3 years, just turned 4. This was very upsetting. He also smelled bad, so I bathed him. I informed the staff that he had a bad experience when he was younger with Rover and now it appears he has had another one. Very upsetting and disappointing.
Nice people, friendly atmosphere and safe care for my diabetic dog. He’s almost blind so this is a great alternative to the dog park.
Very easy to book. The service was great the groomer listen to my concerns. I was very happy with the outcome, my puppy looks adorable.

Really like the staff and love bringing my dog. I know it's hard with so many dogs every day but the place smells really bad, and my dogs paws were brown/orange at pickup I'm assuming with pee/poop of other dogs. I'd come more often if it wasn't for the smell.
Extended hours, cleanliness of facility, kind staff
Everyone at Dogtopia is incredibly friendly and my pup is so happy when she arrives. Love that I can watch her play during the day. I feel comfortable every time I leave her that she is in fun, safe hands.

Love it all! The staff is always so friendly and kind to Angelo (my dog) every time he visits, even if he's being an over-energetic puppy. Facilities are clean, I love watching on webcam, love the special event days and spa treatments, and he's even boarded without issue. I know Angelo loves coming here with just how happy he is walking in the door (and how sad he is to leave at the end of the day.)
My dog is extremely happy to go there and exhausted when she returns. All the staff is very friendly and always knows her name. I feel she gets good care is safe while she is there.

I like that the dogs are separated by size and temperament. The size of the rooms are great as it gives them room to play. The workers were attentive to the dogs moods as the day progressed to allow them to be secluded if needed to recover.
