The staff was very kind, but there were far too many dogs in the room together. It did not seem like a fun or relaxing environment where my dogs would receive any individual attention.
Your staff is very friendly, and it is obvious they care about the dogs!
The staff seems to be so caring, and really knows each dog on an individual level. I am so far impressed with how everyone treats my dog, Zuma - and I love being able to watch her during the day.
Continue to raise prices "due to market" when you are the most expensive in town. Used to love coming here and have been a customer since you opened this location but we are now looking for an alternative.

It’s clean, my dog enjoys going there, and I appreciate how flexible it is in the sense that you can drop off and pick up your pet at any time, without a reservation.

Autumn enjoys her time there. Even though she is very timid at times the staff is patient with her.
Savanna and her team always go the extra mile to ensure my dog is well cared for and loved when I’m at work. They understand animals and their needs. I would highly recommend Dogtopia for your four legged friends.

You need to teach every staff member how to put dog harnesses on dogs for when their humans come to get them.
We used to have a membership in the autumn of last year, and we never once picked up our dogs and had their harnesses on or on correctly. That is unacceptable!!!
We brought the dogs for a day last week (months after we left our membership) and after all those months of your new business, we picked up our dogs and THEIR HARNESSES WERE NOT ON THEM CORRECTLY!!!
You need to have a pass/fail job interview and if a person cannot put a dog harness on - do not hire them.
For employees who still cannot put harnesses on dogs…THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE IT OFF THE DOG!
I was in a bind because I needed daycare for the day of my Dad’s funeral. I will be looking for a new daycare for my upcoming regular weekly needs. Thanks
You obviously love every single pooch that comes to the facility. The dogs are watched over, spoiled with optional treats and tired, happy pups when they come home.
Staff is great, facility is clean, and my doggie is always happy. Also, nice to look at the camera's to see all the doggies having a great time.
I really like most of what you do. There didn't seem to be much for the dogs to do except walk around. Also, I thought that there could be more water available. My dog was very thirsty when she got home.
Parker and I love Dogtopia. The facilities and all staff have been so great! The only downside is that Parker gets SO excited when we get to the parking lot (or even if I tell him we are going to daycare). I will be back in September for sure!

Everyone at the Sanford Dogtopia is so amazing. They make me feel like Mazie is safe and well cared for while there!
My dogs are well taken care of and have fun. Yes, sometimes they get hurt (like Dasher) but they are dogs - and I don't fault anyone for that. You took care of him and removed him from the play area and pursued me until I was able to come and get him.
And, since this is really about how my dogs feel - they are always looking forward to coming in!

One of your staff, Bane was did not provide a welcoming experience for my puppy whatsoever. Seemed like he was in an annoyed mood from the start. I have a 4 month old puppy and he was getting annoyed at the fact that she kept jumping on him despite that being her first meet and greet and kept repeatedly pushing her down. He has a very negative tone and personality and did not make us feel comfortable leaving my puppy there that we even went to pick her up earlier than expected. After I picked her up she kept jumping on people that kept coming in in a friendly way and he was giving my dog commands in a rude tone in which should should not have been given by him whatsoever when the people didn’t mind being jumped on. Overall very negative experience with Bane and I do not plan on returning back here specifically because of him.
I was very comfortable leaving my dog in the care of the staff at Dogtopia. Every person there was friendly, knowledgeable and most definitely a dog lover! The area the dogs have to wander around inside and out, at will, was large enough for all of them. I felt my dog was cared for and safe while there. We most definitely will be back!
My dog is so happy at Dogtopia and I love that he comes home worn out because he has so much energy! The staff is friendly and supportive and cares for all the pets like their own.
we started using this facility since late last year and my dog, Max has been very happy to be there. I think the staff are very nice and the fact that they open 7 days a week makes it flexible to use.
