My dog, Foxy, went to Dogtopia for the first time to be groomed. Jessica asked me about Foxy and what type of haircut that I wanted for her. Jessica did a wonderful job. Foxy was calm and comfortable. I'm very pleased with Dogtopia's employee's friendliness and professionalism.
The service is prompt and courteous and for me the prices are reasonable. Daycare services come standard as part of overnight boarding. Video cam views of your pet are available with the free mobile app.
Friendly and professional staff, immediately engaging and seems to identify River (our dogs) needs and make him feel real comfortable.

I have only been bringing my dog for a week, but everyone has been wonderful and Ren is well liked. He seems to enjoy himself and has seemed very happy everyday.
Convenient, easy, always-available boarding.
Poor communication regarding my dogs vaccination record. Provided digital and paper copy but every time I came in during my February and April stats I was asked for the same information they already had.
I called last week to make an appointment and the person on the phone told me he would relay the request to the team and they would provide me with a confirmation the next day. I Specifically states I was concerned he would forget my request because he didn’t even ask for any of my information, but he claimed he had it. That confirmation call never came and I had to call back the following day after waiting. Information was never relayed
Upon dropping my dog off in April the person who greeted me was clearly very nervous for some reason
and asked me for information several times for which he already had, dropped the clipboard twice and kept on apologizing.
Dog brushing was very limited upon picking up my dog after all of his boarding. I could tell not much time was spent.
The culmination of these experiences, although not egregious, does not instill confidence in the quality of care I receive, especially at the premium market rate for which I pay.
Ace is happy when I have to drop him off there.
My dog loves going to Dogtopia. He loves that work there and I enjoy seeing how enthusiastic they seem when I drop him off.
I love Dogtopia. I forget my dog is there sometimes.

I like the fact that our dog has many hours of playtime with other dogs throughout the day and that he is in a safe, monitored environment. Having a webcam available where we can see how our dog is doing alleviates a lot of our worries and makes us feel very comfortable leaving our dog there.
Overall, I really enjoyed my dog's time at Dogtopia! My only feedback wold be to provide an outdoor location for the pups to access to relieve themselves.
Baxter suffered a severe cut to his paw during a grooming session. I still don't understand what happened. I have had no problems with baths.

Nothing but amazing care and understanding from the Sinking Spring Dogtopia! Very accommodating and flexible. They love our doggos. I like the games they play with them and the fun treats they provide and offer. The themes are fun and they celebrate their birthday. The facility is clean and they are always available for questions.

They associate are super friendly. I was having problem with my debit card and for two days the young lady and I we tried on the phone, I can’t remember her name was very patient and I went to the office and I pay my dog boarding.
Dogtopia is a lifesaver. My dog is very happy to spend the day there and comes home exhausted (also a lifesaver). When we need to board, we don't hesitate because he is already so comfortable there. The staff is kind and genuinely seem to love our dog. We are very grateful to be part of the Garden Home Dogtopia community!
