I love how amazing the staff is with my dog! Stark loves coming and he has so much fun playing with all the other dogs:) he’s obsessed with his protein chicken bowl. I know that my dog is in good hands and that means the world to me🥰

Dogtopia of Yorktown is our dogs home away from home. We know the trainers love him just as much as we do and spoil him rotten! We are so thankful for them!

The Dogtopia of Towson has the best people. The dogs are great too, but I keep sending my dog because of the people. I recently welcome twins and it has been a big transition of how to care for them and still meet the needs of my best pup. Sending her to Dogtopia gives me peace of mind that she is getting exercise as well as loved on. The staff has been so help in meeting me outside when I drop off and pick up so that I don’t have to take the babies out of the car. This has been incredibly helpful and it means so much that they are willing to go above and beyond.
We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very friendly staff. They did an amazing job grooming our baby. Highly recommend!
The staff is AMAZING!! You can tell by the way they greet our dogs they love them as their own. I feel very comfortable having them care for my pack in my absence.

My dog loves and gets extremely excited as soon as I pull up to the place. I don’t know what they do to him but he is in love with Dogtopia!
However I’m not in love with the communication with the front end of the place. Several times I called and no answer. I get calls back much later like hours. One person said they called n left two messages , I checked my phone n didn’t receive anything.
It’s differcilt getting h to a live person. It’s a place where I expect immediate attention. It’s like when u hv kids at nursery school u need that person to pick up the phone they are on call always. I suggest they were a head set do if they are i. The back they can still answer the phone. It’s frustrating when u need to make plans for your dog and can’t get through. Please see if they can improve on this
cleanliness, consistency, the way you are on top of staff and dogs. I know my pet is well cared for at all times. I like that I can watch the cameras. Your hours are flexible too!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The morning personnel always seem happy to see us at drop-off and Elwood is always happy and tired when I pick him up. The pictures are also quite cool.
No communication during my dog's stay. My dog came home with some bites on her ears and face and nothing was mentioned. Wish there was better communications overall.
My dog is happy to be there which tells me they take care of him and he has fun.
I love Dogtopia because they genuinely care about the pets, the staff is friendly, the facility is clean, the fun events are a bonus, and my dog absolutely loves coming. 🐶💛

Love the webcams and the fact that there's an outdoor area. Very caring staff...I already know many of their names, and they know mine and, of course, Jessie's (my pup). She went to her last daycare for 1.5 years and I didn't know anyone's name, and they certainly didn't seem to know mine.
Exceptionally polite and caring Staff. Facility is kept very clean and tidy. They are willing to share problems with health of the dogs if there is a need.
Our two Basset Hounds have been attending weekly doggie day care and occasional boarding at Dogtopia for a few months. The staff is very attentive to the dogs. The facility is kept very clean. The dogs are always very excited for their weekly visit!
The staff is excellent. They really know my dogs. The facility is all sparkling clean. My dogs are dog tired when they get home. Just the way I want.
