The Customer Service Representatives were very courteous and welcoming. They asked good questions about my dog even before his meet and greet.
Love it all. Love how much the staff love the dogs. Love the themed days and the silliness. Makes it stand out from the other daycares. The facility is starting to smell and my dog is starting to smell worse leaving the facility. I don’t know if it’s because the staff is cleaning the facility less but it would be great for this to be looked into.

I love everything about Dogtopia. I especially love that. You are now open on Sundays, that you were open until seven during the week, and that you have extended your Saturday hours.
More importantly, I love Dogtopia because my dog loves Dogtopia. The staff is absolutely wonderful taking care of my pet on days that I can’t. Barkley can’t wait to go!
The staff are extremely friendly and make your dog feel loved! They also answer any questions I have. I also like the fact that you have the video cams because I can sign in and take a look and see how my girls is doing when I’m not with her!!
I like friendly greeting for my dog and I. I am happy with spa treatments and dog snacks. Belle is treated very well and loves coming back for doggie play.

Rebecca is kind and caring. Our pups always look great after their grooming. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful.
Our dog Genevieve loves Dogtopia and we love Dogtopia! It is a great place for her to go to get some exercise and socialize with other dogs in a safe well-staffed friendly environment. We have taken her there for at least four years twice weekly. Dogtopia is outstanding in all respects, in its care, cleanliness and supervision during playtimes.

We have a small dog and the one thing that we were not
My dog loves going to Dogtopia! He runs in the door when we get there, and doesn't look back. When I pick him up, he's just as happy (and a little worn out, which is perfect!). I've used the spa for baths and they always do a great job and I love how the shampoo they use smells. Everyone who works at Dogtopia knows Moose by name, and I can tell that they care about him, which makes me feel great about leaving him there.
They staff is very friendly and all seem to love their jobs!

Everything was great, i just wish it had been communicated to me that my dog would not eat while he was there because of his allergies. I would have brought him some food back.

we started using this facility since late last year and my dog, Max has been very happy to be there. I think the staff are very nice and the fact that they open 7 days a week makes it flexible to use.
