The lobby smells of dog urine, not a huge surprise but it could benefit from a deep clean.

They love dogs and take great care of my furry family member when we need their services. He actually loves to go with them when I drop him off, and he is not an outgoing dog.

I can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia, Norwell. The love and kindness they show my dog is short only to home and her mommy. The tremendous peace of mind I have know my dog is cared for, loved and safe is priceless
The staff were caring and knowledgeable about dog behavior and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them for the day.

The service at Dogtopia is always great. I love the way they treat my dogs there. The crew is very friendly and my dogs actually live going there. They do a wonderful job on grooming my dogs. I will never go anywhere else.
Our girls are always happy while they’re there. We love the constant communication and updates as well as the ease of getting things scheduled and taken care of. Overall exceptional team.
The staff is always great when I bring Jasper in and pick him up. And based on what I can see from the webcams, the staff working the rooms are really attentive to the dogs and keeping the place clean.
The only note I would make is that I have seen staff guide Jasper along using the collar that they put on him. Because he has issues with a collapsible trachea, I wish they wouldn't do that as much. I've mentioned it before, but it still occasionally happens. It's not a huge issue but nevertheless.....

My dog is very happy when he gets there, and very happy when we pick him up. Employees are all very friendly and helpful. I love watching him play over the webcam.
