Our dog truly enjoyed her stay at Dogtopia. The staff is kind and attentive, they genuinely care about the dogs. It was also the best grooming experience we’ve had, her coat has never been softer!!
Everyone who works there is kind, friendly, and enthusiastic about dogs. The place is clean, and my dog seems to have a great time. I love the webcams, it's so fun to see my dog chilling out with other dogs.

Always available and Brooklyn is wiped out when she comes home. Only complaint is the smell when you walk in the door, but that's it.
My girl was so nervous at first, but she opened up so quickly and ended up having the best time! She went from tail down and nervous to all smiles by the end. I’m so happy with how comfortable and happy she was. 10/10, highly recommend! 🐾💕

Rollo has the best time at Dogtopia. The staff are kind and always happy to see him and all the other dogs.

Daisy seems to like going and she is always exhausted when she gets home. The staff seems pretty good especially the morning crew.
The convenience of having it located very close to my workplace. I get to commute in with my handsome, boy Little Winston. Most importantly are the feelings of security and peace of mind that my boy is being loved and cared for while mommy works hard to give him the luxury life he deserves.. hahah. In truth, I know I can rely on the friendly staff to care for my boy. I love the activities, snacks, and pampering service they offer. They get to know our fur babies are and always welcome him with a friendly Good Morning or Hi Winston when he excitedly trots inside the lobby. Thank you Dogtopia- North Austin for all you do!!
Friendly dog atmosphere. My dog Mikey seems to be enjoying going 2times a week help him to socialize with other dogs. I like that they have cameras to watch your dog while at there stay

My dog died due to accute sickness or systemic allergic reaction 3 days after being taken care of by you. And, you have nerves sending unsolicited marketing communication text messages to me.
Find ways to keep staff. Too many turnovers.

I am just a little disappointed in the practice. It is not the welcoming friendly place it was a few years ago. I don’t know if the change in ownership is the issue or not. We will still go, as there is no alternative.

Clean, pleasant people. Hope down the road they get outside area with grass especially when the weather cools off. Bella seem to be happy when there.
The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. They really care about the dogs and get to know them and the parents.

Jesse loves going to Dogtopia. She loves dogs so much she could play play play all day so I like that you have a 2 hour rest period. The staff knows her name when I drop her off & pick her up. All in all I feel she's very well cared for.
Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my adopted rescue dog, whom I’ve only had for a month, to try out daycare. She’s a very big strong girl and I was unsure how she would do. The staff knew how to safely introduce her to the other dogs and make the whole experience stress free. Lucy had a wonderful time. The facility was clean and well organized. The staff was fantastic!
My dog loves to go there! She gets really excited and jumps all over all the employees when we get in the door. I really enjoy watching her play with all the other dogs on the big screen TV they have in the entry way. She has a blast every time and she is completely worn out when I pick her up! It is worth every penny to take her there!!
