The staff at Douglasglen are great and are so good with the dogs. They have different things going on, bacon day, photos for whatever the occasion is, lick mats, treat days. My guy loves going to daycare and he comes home very tired after a day of play with his friends. I would recommend Dogtopia Douglasglen to anyone looking for a daycare for their dog.
Well organized and very accommodating staff. The facility is cool and clean, also well equipped for the dogs.

Our dog is happy, relaxed and calm when she comes home from Dogtopia. She is treated well and well-cared for by each person we've seen her interact with while there. Melissa the Manager is kind, extremely accommodating and takes excellent care of the place, the pups and the people. We are so grateful this Dogtopia is here!
Staff appear clueless. I wanted to use the promotional visits after the meet and greet and even paid for them. After I provided payment . . .
(1) only after I was provided payment was I informed that I only had 10 days to use the promotional visits
(2) I asked if I could extend the 10 days because I was leaving on vacation and the woman seemed reluctant to allow this until I told her that I would never have paid if I had known that there was a 10 day limit to use the days. She said that she would have to ask someone
(3) then I said, "well, if the days can't be extended until I return from vacation, can I have a refund?" Initially she said NO. NO you won't refund my money for services not provided and for failure to provide pertinent information in that I only have 10 days to use the promotion. I told her that she could not keep money paid for services that were not provided. Only then did she say that she would "ASK" if I could have a refund.
(4) too much uncertainty. She'd have to ask if the 10 days could be extended. She'd have to ask if I could have a refund. At this point I demanded a refund and that is that is the cause for my displeasure.

Caring, kind and well trained care takers. My dog loves it there and when I have to leave her I know I can trust that she is in good hands.
Super friendly people who work at Dogtopia Atascocita! They truly care about my dog. Also my dog loves going here, she always wiggles her tail when she gets there and during the day. Very clean and dogs are well taken care of !

I like the better ratio of humans-to-dogs in the play rooms, and the limit on how many dogs are in one group at a time. I also like the "nap time" that lets everyone decompress for a bit!
I know that I can trust Dogtopia to care for my dog's needs and health 100% and never have to worry about him while he is there. I know that he is safe and able to enjoy socializing with other pups in the most convenient way for me. The employees are always professional and accommodating as well!
Love this facility! They take great care of my dog. When we first started coming here, he was nervous because it was a new experience but now he is excited when we pull into the parking lot. Every person I’ve encountered here is kind and seems to genuinely love the dogs. 10/10 would recommend!!
The staff are great and keep us informed of good and bad news from the day. Luckily no bad news so far
Very clean facility with wonderful accommodations for the dogs. Extra services make it very convenient. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Our dog loves his daycare and overnight stays. We couldn’t be any happier.

Made an appointments months in advance. I arrived and I was told to pick up in about two and hours, when I checked back two and a half hours later I was told Aubrey was not scheduled to be there until April 1st and that I could take my dog with me. I was headed out of town and needed him to have a haircut. They said another groomer was able to do it but would not be ready until 1 PM and I said ok. I checked back at 12:45 and they tell me the groomer was in the building but still not at Dogtopia and would hopefully be in shortly and that he would not be ready until 3 PM. They finally called at 3 PM to come pick him up and $80 plus dollars later he had the worst haircut ever!!! Dirty ears, uneven cuts everywhere, long straggling hairs everywhere. Looked like the receptionist or dog walker cut my dogs hair and not a groomer, and when I picked him up the receptionist brought him to me and said “here you go”, not even a “I’m sorry for the issues” nor even “good bye”
Sorry to say it again but “the worst haircut ever”
Every week Gibbs comes home exhausted! He leaves in the morning ready for a play day. We know he is safe and in good hands at Dogtopia!!

I love how friendly and welcoming the staff was to my fur babies and myself. I love how they interact with my pets and know how to deal with them properly. The facility was so clean and smelled fresh. I was worried at first because my dogs never been to a day care or boarding but they absolutely had the best time of there life to the point that when they got home that night they slept so well. I was so worried I called to check on them there first full day of day care and the staff filled me in on how they had been. The best part for me was being able to check on them with cam web cam they have active on your account when your pet is in there care. I am happy that I took them there and I know they are looking forward to more day care visits as well as boarding. They treat them like they are their own pet loving, caring, playful. I even like the fact that they have a nap time and a lunch time and plenty of activity’s throughout the month. I am definitely a lifer for Dogtopia!
