Penny loves visiting all her friends at Dogtopia! We have to be careful about saying it around the house otherwise she automatically thinks that’s where we’re going right then the staff is lovely and caring and they always remember Penny and make sure she has an amazing day!

My dog always comes home smelling like urine. Also, spraying my dog with that perfume stuff at the end of the day doesn’t cover up the urine smell, it just adds a different unnatural aroma.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Our dogs just love going to daycare! They start getting excited the minute I turn into the parking lot!!
Tell people when your facility is infested with kennel cough.
My only problem is sometimes the webcams don’t work or are hard to see (outdoor one). Great people that take great care of my dog!!!

The Downtown Cleveland team is amazing and so personable with the pups! Knows all of their names, personalities and truly treats the pups as their own! I’m at such ease sending my puppy to Dogtopia and she always comes home happy and tired!

The staff clearly love dogs and I was impressed the front desk staff remembered our dog from nearly a year ago. I also like the doggy cams so I can see how she is doing. Everyone is very kind and attentive.

Friendly staff, structure and process for the dog's day, clean, and great follow up. Staff knows my dog and have a great understanding of dog behavior.
When I had my dog in daycare, I was monitoring on the video cam. There was quite a bit of dog humping going on even with the Ranger in the room.
