I love taking my pugs to Dogtopia Highland Village. This place is absolutely amazing! We are greeted warmly every time! The manager Diffany wonderful and caring person working with me and my two babies.. the staff are very caring and giving and giving me feedback on there day. Both my pugs love coming here especially since we came from Alaska this has been a Godsend!!
Our dog loves going to daycare!
My dog, Loki, came home injured. His front paws were damaged when he repeatedly jumped against a door when in your care (the front desk person I spoke with said that he was repeatedly jumping against a door - she was careful to use "qualifiers" and such and did not outright say it - she went around the long way! But I'm not a dummy - she said "some dogs are interested in what is going on in another room and like to jump repeatedly at the door - Loki is one of those dogs." See what I mean?). I do not know why a caregiver did not redirect him. He would have had to be doing it for a while to get the injury he got. And it makes me sad that he was not just playing and having a fun time. He's been to the vet and is on pain medication and an anti-inflammatory medication and I have to keep him quiet for at least two weeks in the hopes that he will improve. The vet cost me $150 approximately (there were a few more dollars involved but I can't remember off the top of my head) and his boarding was $80. So I spent $230 for my dog to be damaged. It would be nice if you covered the vet cost and gave me a refund for boarding. He's been to you a couple of times before, and he got great care. That is why I felt good about leaving him with you. But I highly regret it. I don't know if it was a new staff member or what, but he was not supervised properly. He's a wonderful dog and it breaks my heart to see him limping around and just not acting right. I'm not planning to "bad mouth" you, but I don't see us using you again any time soon. And I really would feel better about the whole thing if you stepped up and took some responsibility for what happened. Thanks, First name removed

Lovely people who clearly have a passion for dogs. Great communication and beautiful facilities. I highly recommend and will be posting about them on my business website. My pup is looking forward to her next visit.
My dog has been there twice for 3-4 hrs each time. She was indoors the whole time, even though the weather was mild. Dogs should be given time to both play and eliminate outside.

I love the dogtopia franchise. But telling me your going to sell me a free bag is insane. Dogtopia fishkill is crazy

Im happy that my pup enjoyed her time there, and it is nice to check in on her periodically via the app. The whole process of getting her enrolled was easy and went smoothly.
Nose to tail, dawn to dusk, part of a day or longer, you can be certain your doggo is having an absolute blast!!
Whether they are running around being goofy, Playing inside and out, singing or enjoying a planned activity, your pet is safe and happy and will come home exhausted!! Best. Dog. Place. Ever!!
The staff is fantastic. They really care about the dogs, and the owners.
I've had to reschedule boarding and they were so easygoing about it.
Only issue is that your phone doesn't accept messages, but the staff is fabulous about returning texts.

11 out of 10! DogTopia West is THE best!! My dog, Archie, loves going to daycare! He’s made so many friends, with dogs and room attendants! I love that he can run around, play and burn his energy while I’m at work! It’s so much better than him being in a kennel all day. The staff is incredible and so attentive!! I couldn’t imagine a better place to send my pup! We love DogTopia!
I would have never expected the personalized care from a national chain. We stumbled upon this location upon our move to Lex. They really care about our fur family members.
