janine is wonderful and the reason we continue to com but the cost for two small dogs is high compared to other sources. My wife and I are both on fixed incomes and are being forced to find different solutions to meet our needs.
Everyone was very nice and kind. I can check in to see my pup whenever I want. They were careful with her allergies. The other dog parents are also friendly.
Graci loves it with the other dogs.

What we love about our Dogtobia is that Callie Blue loves going there and playing with her friends!
Callie is deaf and we feel very secure about her going to daycare and boarding her overnight too.
They let me know asap any issue she might be having while she is in their care.

The $5 summer surcharge is absolutely awful. Please stop doing that. Also I’m so tired of requesting bathing or nail trims and having the location “forget.” There were times when I know I was charged for a service we didn’t receive. We try to avoid using Dogtopia at this point except that sometimes it’s our only option.
Staff is friendly and our dog loves it here. But it’s frustrating from an owner standpoint.
Jay is now three years old, and he has been going to Dogtopia since he was seven months old. Over the years, the entire team has always been incredibly caring and attentive to Jay’s individual personality, needs, and temperament.
Everyone truly takes the time to know each dog as an individual, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. The staff is loving, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the dogs in their care.
I don’t actually need daycare because I don’t work outside the home, but I choose to bring Jay because I know he will have fun, burn off extra energy, and enjoy socialization in a safe environment. It also gives me some personal time when needed, and whenever I travel, I know without hesitation that I can count on them.
Knowing that Jay is happy, safe, and loved while he’s there means everything to me. I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a place they can truly trust with their dog.

The staff is always happy and welcoming. They take great care to make sure my dog gets her medicine on time.
Dogtopia New Rochelle is an amazing place. They have taken such good care of our dog. We have used them for daycare, spa and overnight stays. They are always on top of things and we know our dog loves the place as the minute we walk in - she rolls over to get her belly scratched.
The people at Dogtopia are so kind and caring! I feel great about leaving my pup there all day to be loved on. Taylor is as good as they come!

Doggie daycare is the best at Dogtopia! Everyone remembers my little dog’s name, and he enjoys going every single day! We love the people the activities and the little specials that they run weekly. Great job.

Although we would still recommend Dogtopia, things don’t seem to be as well organized as they were when we sent our dog a few years ago. Maybe the change in management? Also, the employees appear to be a bit stressed.
The really good with my Dog. Checking the cameras to watch my dogs makes me more relax.

I love that this is one of the rare places that have cameras to allow me to check in on my pets while at Dogtopia. It is very comforting to know that they are doing well while in their care.
The ability to leave the dog for only a half day
Always excellent service from arrival to pick up. Since I usually use half day service would like the ability to purchase discounted half day packages similar to those available for full day. This options available in the past.
Take the dogs outside more so they don’t have to resort to peeing and pooping inside. Breaks my heart each time I see it happen in the video.
Have made it very difficult for me to feel comfortable choosing here to drop my dogs off for daycare and boarding. No peace of mind.
I used Dogtopia in Arlington Heights, IL and was very impressed with the people and operations. I wanted to find a new dog care facility in Omaha after living in Chicago last year, so gave Dogtopia NW a chance based on reviews & Chicago experience.
The check in process was very chaotic, with the dog grooming very busy at the time trying to check into day care. Employees at the front desk were openly complaining about each other while customers were standing there. A young woman took my dog back for the meet & greet and that was fine. I asked to see the boarding area as I had scheduled a 3 night board for that weekend. She said I could do it on pickup after my dogs complimentary day of daycare.
When I returned, similar chaos at front desk. No one seemed to know about my dog, eventually a young man went and got her & brought her out, handed me the leash & turned around & left without a word to me re: how she did, my request to see kennel, etc. I decided I could not leave her there for boarding & regretted the $44 spent on the initial visit offer for daycare. I went back and read more reviews & found a strong pattern of chaos & poor management & broken cameras. Seems to have a strong grooming visit, but I would never ever recommend the boarding & daycare. If I was Dogtopia, I would revoke the franchise license. I no longer trust the Dogtopia brand.
Patty - I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with our facility - I do not run my business like that and guarantee I will be addressing and retraining the staff. I would love if you would personally let me give you a tour of our facility and I am always available 24/7 via my cell phone for any questions or concerns.

Staff was super informative and nice. I think we are a bit turned off because there were multiple dogs trying to hump my dog. Appreciate that a staff member was always attentive. However, asami did come home really dirty and her hair sticky and that hasn’t happen before. We are still debating taking her back.
