I love that they know my dog's name when she comes. She loves coming, so I know she has a great time. I appreciate the webcam so I can see how she's doing every once and a while. I love the birthdays and special events. I am grateful for the extra services like boarding and spa. I like that she smells good when I pick her up. Everything is very convenient and everyone is friendly.
DogTopia Dallas at Inwood is the BEST daycare facility I have ever been to.
I take my poodle mix to Dogtopia of Mt. Kisco to get groomed. Kathy always, always, always does an excellent job on my dog. She makes him look like a "show dog". Staff is super friendly and attentive. Thank you to those who took care of us:)

They treat Molly like she's their own baby. I always know she's safe and well taken care of. Dogtopia makes it easy to drop off and pick up.
Excellent customer service. All employees I’ve interacted with so far seem well trained and helpful. All seem to enjoy the dogs being cared for as well as caring for them. A very important detail that a lot of boarding places seem to not prioritize. Will more than likely use these facilities for our future pups as long as this level of service continues. Everyone is very friendly to my dog and us. They really try to make sure our dog is having fun. They have cute treats or crafts throughout the month which is fun.
The team at Dogtopia was very accepting and helpful with my dog’s first experience with boarding. As a dog that doesn’t thrive on social interactions, they were helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dogtopia, even if you have a shy dog.
Our dog Copper loves Dogtopia and has been going for a year now! We call Dogtopia “CAMP”. Copper definitely knows that word!

Chase will be in a wonderful room with dogs his size. He will be able to play and have attention from staff most of the day instead of being in his crate all day. This is amazing considering he is boarding. The staf we have met so far is very nice. Chase was very happy there.
My dog is always happy and well cared for. The staff is communicative and polite!
Provide more lower chairs, table for disabled people and other TV allow customers view dogs on view.
