It’s the best place for our Peanut! Everyone is so friendly and Peanut feels right at home. He is a rescue and had hard time getting unscarred and socializing with other dogs but since he started coming to Dogtopia, he became very happy and social doggie. And Becky does amazing work with grooming. No one, other than me, was able to give him a trim but he feels so comfortable with her, that he falls asleep during his spa. Thank you Dogtopia for the wonderful service

Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I love bringing Kylee for day care, the spa and overnight. I know she’s always in great hands.
The staff, the activities, the facility
The staff care so much about my dog; I love knowing that she’s in a place where she is so loved. And the staff all seem to truly love what they do; if they are having a bad day they never show it. They seem genuinely happy to be there and to care for all the pups! And I love all the special events!
I'm not sure how to combat this but my dog stinks when he comes home, it makes me not want to pet or cuddle with him throughout the week. I love the rest of the service and I think it's just the nature of the beast, but if you could solve that it would be awesome.
Would love an outdoor area for play and/or larger rooms for big dogs.

I like that this is a family franchise, run by people who love dogs, and are very protective of their guests' health and safety. I trust them.
The staff are very friendly and I love watching our dog while she's in the dog area. I can feel everyone that works there loves their job or they wouldn't be there. I like we can take Abby there for 3 or 4 hours, that's enough to start her off with other dogs.
Staff is super friendly and loves on all the dogs. It seems easy to personalize the experience for the dogs. I like the ability to web-cam.

The staff is attentive, friendly, and caring. I feel that my dog is well cared for while away from home. She truly enjoys going - and I am grateful for that.
I have only done the meet and greet ....staff is/was great, facility clean, I was impressed ..... but do not like that my dog would be in the ' Toy Box ' room so she wouldn't get to go outside at all thru the majority of the day, seems odd to me ... only gets out early AM or late afternoon.
Also , you don't want her into daycare too early in AM as would be in general dog grouping as they aren't separated into their 'suggested group ' till 9 am .. till then with general dog group which is suggested not to be right energy level for her at this stage of her life ( puppy) . So I don't really see the program fit for Frankie with you , so have chosen Clever Canines program as a better fit for her at this time. She is thriving in it so that's great.
Hopefully at some point she can fit in with the dogs that do get 'outside time' at your facility as it looks very nice.

Webcam access, friendly, everyone seems to love dogs
I only had my dog in for a nail cut and I had zero wait time and the staff was friendly and polite.
The top reason for our continued choice of Dogtopia as our fur baby's day care and boarding provider is the staff. EVERYONE we have worked with is truly, authentically passionate about their role & responsibilities and they are very knowledgeable. I also am a fan of the Dogtopia Foundation and its mission.
Everyone who works there is very friendly, and they communicate well by text. Our dog enjoys going there very much. The only criticism I have is that drop-off wait times vary widely. Some days I can walk right in and other days I find myself behind several other people and the drop-offs seem to take a long time.
The people who worked there were super friendly and welcoming. Clean environment and love how you can watch your dog anytime!
I have lived in several states and have always had my pup stay at Dogtopia, however, the Greenville facility far exceeds any other location… the staff is beyond kind, you feel like family the minute you walk in the door, they treat my pup as if he was their furbaby, watching the cameras I notice every pup receives snuggles, and everyone is a always smiling which makes the pups happy! My puppers gets so excited to go play with his friends and absolutely loves everyone at the Greenville location!
I liked the meet and greet where you introduce the dogs a little at a time. However, I feel I should be given a tour before leaving my dog and have access to the camera when leaving my dog. It all seemed so secretive, and didn't give me the most comfortable feeling. The staff was very nice though, but we should be able to check out the facility and watch when leaving our dogs.
