For me the communication can be better. When I schedule my dogs, I never really know if everything is complete, until I get there and that can be a little unsettling. When I arrive this time it did not seem like they were anticipating their arrival. My dog does do seem to be happy when they are picked up. I love that they are so tired, so I feel like they are playing and having a good time.

We absolutely love Dogtopia. The grooming service has always been top notch and our dogs look amazing. I feel like the cost is very reasonable and I’m always impressed by the attention to detail and how quick the service is.
One recommendation from our most recent visit. When my pups came out they were very excited to see me and say hello to others in the lobby. The staff had the front door propped open and one of my dogs started to slip out of her collar and back out the door. Thankfully she didn’t fully slip out and the tech that brought her out was able to grab her pretty quick. Just think it might be best to keep the door shut so no excited pups accidentally run out the door. Just a suggestion!
Scout and Salem love Dogtopia. They are always welcomed with enthusiasm and never want to leave. The treat options during their stay are always fun and interesting. It is always hard to leave our dogs when we go on vacation, but knowing they are so well-cared for and having so much fun definitely makes it easier!
We chose Dogtopia based on location. We had been looking for a permanent groomer for over s year with so really bad experiences. When we arrived we were met by nice, perfessional staff. The facility was clean and inviting. We had a brief consult on what we wanted and left our fur babies in good hands. I received a call from the groomer to let me know they would need to go shorter. When we picked them up they were stunning. We have found our our grooming services!
I appreciate the ability to watch cameras to see my pup play when he is there, the welcoming environment from the beginning, and the organization of the operation. It’s also such a friendly environment that while still being fairly new to dropping off my dog, the employees all know me/what dog belongs to me!

Sadie is so excited when she goes to Dogtopia. She has a great day chasing balls and playing with her bff's.
The coaches are very caring and she loves following them around.
I did not like that there was no outdoor area for the dogs to have a bathroom break and that they just use the inside in their play area as their bathroom.

Cameras on app don't always work consistently.
We feel like we are family there. Max is so loved and well cared for. And he gets a full day of play. 100% recommend.
