Personal attentiveness
The smell in the lobby is over powering. I brought another dog there several years ago and it was very clean. That smell to me is a big turn off and makes me wonder how clean it is.
Everyone is friendly and takes good care of my pet. She loves it

Always in a pleasant mood and so easy, just walk in and they handle it all, no need to remove harness or collars like some day cares

I really wish you had options for pickup on Sundays. We typically return from trips on Sundays and would love to pick her up instead of spending money for another night of boarding.

Although our dog enjoyed being there - he would come home filthy and he picked up a parasite from your facility.

everything! i love the fact that even when we haven't been in awhile they still remember him. the staff is always welcoming and understanding. not to mention forgiving because he always "piddles" from excitement usually on someone's feet. Most of all I love watching him go from anxious and nervous in the car ride to excitement when he spots the wawa lol he knows whats behind that building. the tail goes crazy and the drooling starts . . .
I was overcharged by a full day. I brought my dog home 8/21 and was charged as if she stayed til 8/22. They said it was an error; manager never called back and I had to call and they said it’ll be refunded which I hope. 2 weeks before my dog came home with puke or poop on her that was dried and I had to hose her down in the front yard.
My Sassy loves going to dogtopia and gets very excited when she realizes where she is. Stephanie and all the coaches are absolutely wonderful and you can tell they love dogs.
After several years of attending daycare at Dogtopia, they decided he is no longer a good fit for daycare. This leaves me zero options for my 10 year old pitbull and I do not feel like they tried to work with me on options.
Friendly staff, my dog loves going, convenient location, love the extras that are sometimes free or more reasonable than what I've heard from other places (report cards, texts, phot shoots, crafts)

Staff is very friendly, facility is very clean, and they take great care of the animals, as if they were their own!
I'd like to see the staff interact with the dogs more. It also would be reassuring if there was someone there 24 hours a day.. and I'm still waiting for there to be a groomer there.
