Dogtopia is great! It seems my dogs actually know the days they are going to doggy daycare because they wake up so excited and are waiting for me at the door. Then it’s a mad rush to the car with tails wagging! Love this place!! Great, caring staff who love their jobs and it shines through. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe and fun getaway for their dog.

Dogtopia of New Orleans has always been so responsive to all my dog's needs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with the Dogtopia staff because I know she will be looked after. It's a nice feeling knowing that the staff does truly care about the dogs' wellbeing.

We LOVE how kind and compassionate ever Dogtopia staff member is. Their enthusiasm for the dogs is so special; they treat them like the beloved pets they are. We love the additional, paid treats we can sign up for and feel good knowing that money goes toward providing service dogs for people in need. The monthly photo shoots are so fun, we love the outdoor space, and the staff is always flexible with same-day bookings. We love Dogtopia DTC!
Very helpful and patient people, I am new to this and under a lot of stress at the moment due to a new job and family health issues. They've been very understanding of my immediate needs and even offered 2 free days of daycare to get my dog acclimated for a boarding coming up very soon. So far our Merci loves daycare! Thank you!
I love taking my dog to daycare. I know he's in a safe place, playing with all his BFFFs and the Canine Coaches. He comes home exhausted for at least two days! I recommend to all new dog parents to go at least 3 times a week -- that seems to be the magical number.
Our dog enjoys her visits and the staff interaction with the clients (dogs and humans) is great. I never have problems with her wanting to go…she gets so excited when she sees where we are going.
Great team, always friendly. Interact really well with the dogs. Loki loves coming to dogtopia, he gets so excited on his daycare days.
We have also noticed benefits of daycare socialization when taking him out in public. He does great with other dogs likely because of his dogtopia experience.
Grooming services are a great perk as well and since Loki is familiar with the team I am sure it is a much better experience for him than a stranger at a groomer.

Dogtopia staff work to create inclusive environment for all dogs. They were patient with my young pup as we worked on developing social manners with both canine and human friends while another facility noted he was too boisterous and indicated he wouldn’t be a good fit for daycare. My dog loves his time spent at Dogtopia and I appreciate the staff made the investment to teach him how to thrive in a daycare setting.

The cleanliness of the location needs to improve. My dog comes home stinking like pee every day so much so that I have to wash her down each night. The staff is slow to bring dogs out for pick up, sometimes leading to a wait of ten or more minutes when I am the only one in the reception for a pick up.
Hans seemed to have a great time. He's always happy going to play here.
Only issue was his blanket was given to another dog who chewed it. We know this because the original blanket brought out to us was the wrong one. When his was brought up it was full of long white hair....with a 2 sqft section missing.
