The girls upfront are very friendly and nice to talk with. You can tell they love dogs and will take good care of them. Prices are reasonable.

Alexandria Dogtopia does an outstanding job with my dog Thelma. She loves her trips to daycare. Staff are friendly and Thelma runs up to attendants when she arrives. We normally use half day reservations since it works best with my schedule. In the past Dogtopia offered discounts when half days were purchased in advance. Currently there are no discounted half day subscriptions. Offering this kind of option would be perfect for us.

I like the appearance of the facility. The staff is very friendly. It smells great and your lobby area is well decorated. My dog was recently grown and the groomer did an excellent job.

The team! The team! The team! Every owner’s biggest fear when you leave your pup is whether they will be as loved by others as they are by you. Rest assured they are at Dogtopia. I love coming back from a trip to hear about my dogs’ little experiences and idiosyncrasies. And they always return home happy and healthy. The live feed helps too, when you just want to see them having the best time.
Figgy came back with a nasty knot and mark on her snout. Nothing was mentioned when I picked her up.

I like that the staff is energetic and friendly. I like that they greet my dog and know her name. I like that the facility is clean and does not have an odor. I like the events and recognitions. I like the webcams too.

Owner and staff are just awesome. They are carinig, trained and always go above and beyond to make my pet's stay there the best experience. My dog gets so excited to be going to Dogtopia as soon as we get in the car. In fact, we can't even say the word Dogtopia if he is within earshot because if he hears it, he goes crazy and thinks he's on his way there. About a year and half ago I received a call from the Dogtopia owner and he said they had taken my dog, Riley, to the emergency vet because he had collapsed on the floor of the play area and although he was responding, it was obvious something was wrong. Two young women who work there put him in their car and drove him to the local Emergency Veterinary Clinic. I rushed over there and the young ladies were sitting there waiting for me They explained what happebned and the quick action the staff took to have him taken to the vet. After giving me all the details, they left to go back to work and I was able to see Riley and talk to the doctor, who explained that he had some kind of allergic reaction, but not certain of the cause. Anyway, he was treated at the vet clinic and came home the next day. I cannot thank the staff of Dogtopia of Ellisville, Missouri for their quick actions and professionalism in handling my dog's emergency situation. If anyone wants to know about Dogtopia, ask me. They saved my dog's life and it is his home away from home.

The recent changes is 2026 have been frustrating. The staff at the Temecula location are great, appreciate each member! But we have been dissatisfied with:
1) incorrect or inappropriate charges with no follow up or resolution
2) the removal of the legend package
3) no boarding packages - at all
4) no boarding/daycare combo packages ie 2 days of daycare per week with 2 nights of boarding per month
5) no boarding/daycare/spa combo packages ie 3 days of daycare per week with 1 night of boarding and 1 bath per month
Don’t really mind the new vaccination requirement but as a loyal customer for several years now, these changes are incredibly disappointing. Really should offer more tiered packages and refund monies when customers are incorrectly charged!
