I like the ease of being able to drop him off whenever, the meet and greet process, webcams to see how he is doing, and positivity of staff are the best parts. I do have some wonder or worry about how they don't really go outside. I wonder if he can go outside when boarding to run and go to the bathroom, but it seems they just use the bathroom all day in the room and this may be a lot of chemicals going around, but not sure how it all works in the back. I want to board him, but can see how it would be potentially overwhelming, but perhaps he can get used to it. He is definitely enjoying his time there and the staff have been really awesome! I really like the ease of how everything has gone. Friendly staff. Happy pups. Webcams. Cleanliness all great
Every time we take our yellow lab Sage she is so excited and we know she loves being at Dogtopia. I especially like the fact when we are out of town we are able to see her on the cameras and watch her play.
The staff is wonderful and always there to help and communicate if we have any questions or concerns.
I highly recommend this location for our precious angel Sage.

I enjoy the way my dog gets greeted every time I bring him in. He is treated like a star and everyone knows his name. He shares their excitement as well. Everyone has been so great and accommodating since the beginning.
Hi, as mentioned in previously requests for feedback, our dogs love their daycare. The staff are attentive and caring and we know without hesitation that our dogs will be will be safe and well cared for.
We would love to see more activities done with the dogs, possibly in small groups in the adjacent room.

Awesome staff, amazing with our dogs and can’t say enough great things about the business, staff and owners for our Vivienne. They handle our big blocky headed pup with ease even though she is stubborn, a bit “special, 😉 and has not learned yet not to jump on them. They act quickly when there is an issue and are extremely accommodating. My dog loves you guys and her daycare days. Thank you!!
Everyone was very friendly and moved quickly to ensure that my dog could get in for a spa treatment when she had been sprayed by a skunk. It was a fabulous experience.

Dogtopia at Short Pump is a wonderful place with great employees who are very friendly and take great care of our pup for daycare, boarding and also spa services. Our dog, Riley gets so excited every time we get close to Dogtopia, and she is so happy to get there and see whoever is at the desk, and anyone who comes out to meet her. Dogtopia (Dublin location) is always clean and organized, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the dogs are happy and well cared for. We’ve used both daycare and overnight boarding, and every experience has been excellent. Great communication, caring staff, and a happy dog every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy dog care. Our dog gets plenty of exercise, socialization, and affection here.
