Dogtopia Cherry Hill is very safe and clean. All staffs are very welcoming and nice. My dog going there since he was puppy and he thrives there.

Your employees need to be more aware of the clients that are in daily. Giving me the SAME daily update on Bordatella is super annoying considering that I'm NEW and was AWARE from day 1. In addition to that, some of your employees are extremely rude.
I absolutely love Dogtopia for my furbabies. Not only do they go to daycare one day a week, when I travel they stay at the Dogtopia hotel. The staff are kind and professional and absolutely love the babies. Thank you!
There has been a significant turnover of personnel. They are continuously getting new employees. Transparency about why the changes would be nice. There is only one person taking the dogs back in the morning and at the end of the day it takes a long time to collect the dog, the wait is very long. NOT enough employees.

It is easy for me. We live right in Berkeley Heights. The staff is wonderful and Bramley is barking with excitement once we hit the railroad tracks.
If I want to get him in the car all I have to say is “Do you want to go to Dogtopia”? He runs to the car.
They is no better gauge to knowing it’s the right place for him when he gets so excited to go.
Everyone there is Friendly, fun events for the pups and my dog Loves going there. He knows the days he is scheduled to go and paces from the garage to us until we get him in the car to leave for Dogtopia.🐾
Great people. Constant supervision. Being able to watch on camera. Fun activities. My dog absolutely loves it. Gets very excited when I ask her if she wants to go to Dogtopia.
It is convenient and staff is friendly
My dog is always very excited to go to Dogtopia, the staff treats her well, drop off and pick up is extremely easy.
All of the staff are very friendly. The facility is clean. And most important, my dog loves it there.
The last two times I’ve brought my dog in for daycare he has came home very sick with diarrhea for several days following his visit.
Staff obviously likes the dogs they care for each day!

Cameras did not work well at all and 2 hours of rest time seems a bit excessive.
It would be great to have a few more enrichment activities within the standard day program instead of always being “extra”.

I use doggie daycare. I appreciate the webcams so I can check in on my puppy. I love the events throughout the month so daycare days aren't the same. The staff know my dogs name as we walk in the door and he is happy to see them. I think it is providing enrichment in his life that he didn't have before.
Dogtopia and its staff are wonderful. They always share how much they love their patrons by the love they share. The cameras they put on everyday, except from 12-2 when the dogs are eating or sleeping, helps put your mind at ease while you are at work.
When my dog is having a good time at Dogtopia it makes me feel happy that I have made the right decision. Thank you Dogtopia and staff.
