All the folks at Dogtopia seem to like dogs and their jobs. That important to us.
Dogtopia has been an incredible place for mydogs! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and treated my pups like family. It's clear they genuinely care about every dog in their care, and it's reassuring to know my dogs is in such good hands.
The facility is always clean, well-organized, and professionally run. We love receiving updates and seeing how much fun our dog has throughout the day. Every time we pick them up, they're happy, tired, and excited to come back.
The team is friendly, attentive, and always willing to answer questions or accommodate our needs. It's obvious they go above and beyond to provide a safe, engaging, and loving environment for every dog.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dogtopia, and specifically their incredible trainer, Laura!
My dog, Nya, has been struggling with separation anxiety and socialization, so we started working with Laura. I am completely blown away by the results—in just two training sessions, Nya went from being velcroed to my side to confidently following commands from other people. Even more amazing? She just spent time in the small dog room with 28 other dogs! To see that kind of progress so quickly is nothing short of a miracle.
It’s not just Laura, either—the entire staff at Dogtopia is phenomenal. They ALL genuinely care for Nya and love her like their own. The warmth and dedication here are unmatched.
We are currently working toward getting Nya ready for regular daycare and an upcoming two-week boarding stay while I'm out of town. Thanks to Laura and the rest of the team, I have total confidence that Nya is going to be so much happier, healthier, and completely at ease. If you are looking for a place that truly understands dog behavior and treats your pup like family, look no further!
I love taking my pup to Dogtopia because the staff are extremely good with animals, there are a lot of activities, and most of all my pup gets so excited to be there. In addition, they offer grooming at the same time. I would highly recommend Dogtopia as the perfect pet place.
Loved how they treat my pet like their own, as well as their great communication. This location has great communication with the pet owners. The General Manager is sweet and very helpful.
Return phone calls. Since the restructure, return communication needs improvement. It gets to a point that I needed to visit the location to talk with someone to get answers to my questions. Additionally, needing to provide 2 weeks' notice for a halt on visitation is excessive. Not sure why 1 week notice is not sufficient. All else is great, staff, care, et.

Flexible and kind staff
I’d prefer the second big dog room be used more frequently rather than 25+ dogs in one room. Even with multiple employees in the room, it’s too many dogs. Also, please bring back the written report cards!! They are so cute to post on social media & what a great way to get Dogtopia tagged! Also would he nice to have an activity in the weekends at least once or twice a month for those that miss the fun during the week!
The staff is wonderful to our dogs and they always take such good care of our girls. The girls always come home so happy!

Everyone is very nice and seem to love animals. They know my dog and take good care of him when he’s in daycare. They also assist in getting Oliver inside from the car as he is a large and strong lab.

We love everything about Dogtopia! My puppy gets so excited from the moment he knows that he’s coming there. Once he gets there your friendly and fun staff greets him with love. He gets super excited and makes his way to the playroom where he greets all his friends. Since coming to Dogtopia he has learned so much and never wants to leave there. We appreciate your accommodating weekday and weekend hours. In addition, we love that you have spa service which is very convenient for us. We also love the fact that you offer boarding services. Knowing that we are leaving our baby in good hands each day and even over night if boarding makes us feel so happy and at ease. Also, we absolutely love the Webcam. Being able to watch our baby while he’s there is an added bonus.

You all know us and we know you take care of our dogs. We love the attention they get.
The only reason I gave a 10 is due to lack of response.
An example of this happened Saturday. My dog was there for the day. Late in tge afternoon I realized I wouldn't make it by 7 for pickup.
I called and left a message asking if she could spend the night. I asked for a return call confirming it was fine.
After three more calls with me panicking I finally received a call back. Took over 3 hours.
We love the ease of the experience, the piece of mind that our dog is safe and well taken care of, and the amazing staff!
