Staff is nice, engaging and compassionate about the pets.
You all are very accommodating with the times I am running late from work to pick up my dog. Unfortunately, My work locations are never close to home and my departure time can be delayed depending upon patient arrival to the clinics. I so appreciate that Dogtopia has not made it impossible to pick up my dog when I am not there exactly at 7:00PM.
We are from out of town but they treat us and my poppy like if we been going there for years. Thank you and Zeus had a lots of fun!
The Royal Windsor crew is amazing. As soon as we park Coco is so excited to get inside.
Once inside the team greet her with cuddles and pets and her tail never stops wagging. I love the fact that I can check in on her via the webcam and see what she is up to.
She has her favourite humans and 4 legged friends too. She gets exercise, stimulated with the different games that are set up for her (especially the crate and ball game) and the team also are intuitive to her needs, they can tell if she's having an off day, or needs a little more attention or just some cuddles.
Love the special days that are put on every month, from bacon day to Mother's Day to birthday months etc. All i know is I have one happy pup who is exhausted when I get her home, which is a good thing.
I let everyone know about Dogtopia and I share pictures of her there and let them know of the great staff that they have.

I love everything about your facility and Bethpage the people that work there are friendly and on top of things. It’s clean it’s the rooms are big and inviting.
And the main selling point to me is the cameras that I can go on once or twice a day and see my dog running around I’ve also use the spa services for bathing and been very satisfied.
The staff is very friendly. Remembers my dogs names and genuinely seems to have the best interest of the animals in mind. Lots of fun activities.
I love the Webcam!! I also love that Peter and all the staff are so attentive to my dogs! Rylie really misses Dogtopia and her now doggy buddies. Dogtopia staff were able to see that our senior dog needed more alone time, and took her separately aside with Rylie, which Peter kept me abreast of!!

Easy, flexible scheduling. Staff seems to love our girl. Recently had a bout of kennel cough so management called and put our acct on hold while she stayed home and recovered. Appreciated not being charged during that time.

Dogtopia is great to my pup Ziggy. They are amazing groomers and the daycare service is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and Ziggy loves it there.

As a first-time pet parent, I researched a lot and inquired about different places to find the right and most comfortable fit for Tyson (our lab, 11 months old). At Dogtopia, the staff is warm, knowledgeable, and professional. The manager gave us good time, explanation, satisfaction,and tips on the very first day of assessment. Tyson came back home happy and eagerly awaited for his next visit. Webcams are the best way to see how your pup is doing and give you satisfaction when you see your pup is well taken care of and in safe hands. I am an extra-protective and sensitive parent, but Dogtopia staff took all my worries away, and Tyson found his best second home.

I have been taking Freyja to Dogtopia since July last year. The staff are fantastic and care about Freyja’s well being. My dog loves going and meeting with her BFFFs. Freyja has gotten used to nail trims and while not a fan of water has tolerated her baths. She has also had a sleepover when I had an unexpected event come up. The staff were amazing. It was a last minute request and I was told no worries, to bring her food over, and it would be no issue to have her stay over. They walked me through the kennelling and put my mind at ease. Freyja did very well. I recommend Dogtopia all the time when I meet folks and their furry friends. Thank you for taking care of my pup so well!
Dogtopia is the highlight of Benard’s week! As soon as I say “do you want to go see friends?” He flies to the car and starts crying in excitement when we pull into the parking lot. I take him for a few hours once a week to be around other dogs and have no reservations in knowing he is being so well taken care of. All of the staff are warm, wonderful, and welcoming; the facility is clean and well equipped; and Bernard loves it. I cannot recommend them enough!
