Follow through on spa request. Complete spa request. Less dogs together, at times there’s an overwhelming amount of dogs in one room together. Associates need to pay better attention watching dogs at play to decrease injuries.
Barbie loves doggy daycare. She comes home totally exhausted and all the zooming are gone

My dog Stevie loves going to doggy daycare at Dogtopia in Town and Country MO. The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. I love the webcams so you can check on your dog. I appreciate all the love they give to Stevie.

I feel that the dogs should go outside at least once a day. It seems as though there are a very large amount of dogs in our pets room. Can one person really handle all of that if there were a problem?
When boarding I used to get updates on how our pet was doing. The last two times I heard nothing.

We love the friendly staff and secure feeling that we have that Tara will be well cared for and have fun while she's at Dogtopia. Tara is always excited to arrive and wagging her tail throughout the day when we watch her on the web cam. We also love the monthly themed pictures.

The staff are caring and friendly to my pet. They offer suggestions and how to help pet adjust to their stay.
It is evident that my dog enjoys his day there. I like that he and his dog-buddies are out on the floor and not “locked-up”, although there is an afternoon nap. I like having the ability to view the dogs in their playroom using Dogtopia’s app on my phone. Employees are kind and come across as real “dog people”. Dogs are grouped by size. I don’t think he gets enough to eat but then he’s still a puppy and probably just too excited. I can’t imagine a better place to leave him for the day.
Professional, courteous. The plus is that you have cameras so we can check in on our pets.

We love Dogtopia LV! Every person that works there is friendly and genuinely cares about my dog and his well-being. They identify potential issues (bump on gums, bump on leg) and immediately let me know about it. He is happy, secure and safe when he's with the daycare and I never worry about him, which I do all the time. :)
The drop off is convenient and easy as is pick up. He comes home happy and tired as he should and basically runs in every morning to hang out with his favourite humans and dogs.
I love how much care you take in loving the animals. The safety, and fun environment for the owner and their pet.
Everyone kind and professional. Seems to be well-run. Nice to get photos of my doodle before & after grooming!
From the ,moment we arrived, they were so kind and helpful. My dog seemed to enjoy his time there and I will be taking him there weekly.

Every employee front counter, in play rooms, any assistance needed for my Bucky is way beyond 10 rating. I think they love him as much as I do &know he loves each of them! He "talks" to much but always has that bushy white Cavalier tail reminding happy boy!

Easy to schedule. My dog cannot wait to get inside on his daycare days. Friendly and informative staff. That a number of his needs can be addressed during his stays.

The staff are always friendly, it's very quick to pickup and drop off my dog and he always has an awesome time. It's great to have Dogtopia so I know he is safe, happy and well taken care of when I leave him there.
Friendly staff. Very attentive with the dogs. Love that they can socialize and get some activity instead of staying home. Lots of offers like treats or mind games or grooming.
Great staff are great…and are very responsive to texts and telephone calls. The web cam is a disappointment. It’s not reliable and when it is working it does not show all the areas in the room.
