The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. Your written and verbal communications are very poor. #! We were asked to complete an agreement, sign and return on line with no instructions as how to do that on line. When we called we were told not to worry about it we could sign at the Meet & Greet.
#2 We were told by Brett, via text, we could do our Meet & Greet any time after 1:00pm. Later when we called to set up the Meet & Greet we were told by Last name removed the 1:00 time was wrong and it must be done after 2:00pm.
#3 We made it very clear, at the Meet & Greet, Daisy would be staying 2 nights and possibly 3 but we would try our best to pick her up Sunday before 4:00pm. keeping her stay at two nights only.
#4 When we picked Daisy up Sunday we asked for the bill but were told we had a credit for $100 so there was no charge. We asked how we could possibly have a credit for $100. and we were offered no explanation of any kind other than " I don't know."
To make things right, I would suggest you begin a training program to educate all employees as to all of your procedures and make available a simple one page handout itemizing your various policies and accompanying charges, that way they and your customers are both informed.
People working there are great and my dog is always tired when she leaves. The groomer who trims my dogs nails are great as well.

The last manager kept things running smoothly and has now left. Who's in charge now? Need more staff to supervise the large dogs. One staff member isn't enough to clean and watch the dogs imo. Also one staff member holds a spray bottle in her hand at times and clangs bowls at the dogs.
I want to continue to take my dog, but not if it declines. A lot of staff have left in the recent weeks and it concerns me for my pets enjoyment and safety.
Communication is very poor amongst the team. I have been given misinformation on multiple different occasions about boarding, pricing, and promotions. I think the team could benefit from not telling people something if they don’t actually know that it’s true. It’s ok to say “I don’t know”. Some of these mistakes have cost me as a customer over $100.
The staff is so personable and accommodating. It is clear they love these dogs and want to make sure they are happy and healthy. I like that I can pause the account for weeks my dog won’t be attending and that I can send him with lunch :)
The mandatory crated nap time is also so important to me and my pup!
I really like how much you care for and love Jovi. I feel that she is safe and happy when she goes there, even though she is always a bit anxious. Staff members, especially Amelia, are very helpful and accommodating.
Our beagle Tex has been going to Dogtopia for several years twice a week for doggie daycare, lots of fun and stays in doggie boarding when we are on vacation or away for a night.
We love the staff, and they are very accommodating! I would highly recommend this location!!
The people, Friendly environment, they pay attention to my dogs needs
Everyone is so caring and kind - they know my dog by name and always take the best care of her! She gets so excited to go to daycare every week. They even go above and beyond with fun activities like holiday pictures and bubble parties. They’re also great and flexible with scheduling - allowing me to drop her off at 0630, which is great. I wouldn’t be able to take her otherwise due to my early work start time.

I cannot recommend this doggy daycare enough! From the moment I first dropped off our puppy, Winnie, I knew she was in great hands. The staff is so loving and attentive, always going out of their way to tell us how much they adore her. It’s clear they truly care about each dog in their care.
Winnie always looks forward to her time there, and the best part is how tired and happy she is when she gets home, which shows she has had a full day of play and fun. It’s such a relief knowing that when she’s there, she’s not only safe but also having a blast with other dogs. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family, this daycare is a must!

We dropped our Labradoodle off on Friday evening, to be picked up on Sunday afternoon. I prepacked, pre-proportioned bags of food and labeled them with the date, "1 of 2," "2 of 2," etc. I had already fed our dog before dropping him off. When I dropped him off I explained all of this, and when asked if he could have other food while there, I said no, because he has a sensitive stomach.
So I was surprised to [belatedly] receive a text the very next afternoon, saying he was out of food already (we were outside of cell phone reception and didn't see the message until Sunday). But, I also understand there are a lot of details to manage for each dog.
Last, I was apparently double-charged for his boarding, brought to my attention by my credit card company. In the very least, I want the duplicate charge reversed immediately.
