Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. We've only been going a couple of days now, but we love it so far! The dogs already get excited when we pull into the parking lot.

Inviting environment; exceptionally personable staff. We walked in on our first day and we felt like we had been going there for sometime. Meticulously clean not only the front office but throughout the entire facility. The manager and his staff are warm and welcoming. The Web cams let you see what you're dog is doing at anytime. A wonderful, safe place for our furbabies to have fun!

My dog came home with cuts and scratches. I inquired only to be told this is to be expected.
The cost for the grooming was higher than I have ever paid. She doesn't have a special cut.
I'm so thankful that I'm able to check in on my pup through the webcam and that the daycare is open for almost the whole day. I was really stressed that starting a new job would be super difficult with me not being able to spend time with my Giorno and get his energy out when necessary. Dogtopia was such a game changer!
The staff is very professional and the communication at the Elsmere location is quick and responsive. The facility is clean and doesn’t have too much of an onerous smell.

Everyone who works there is friendly and compassionate ! Its never a big deal when your running late or forgot your dogs food. They fix everything and I always feel like my pup is in competent hands. They always update me via text of any issues.

We have been taking our dog (Maura) to Dogtopia for the past three months, and we have had a really great experience.
What stands out most is the staff. Everyone on the team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly a genuine dog person. That is always reassuring when you are leaving your dog in someone else's care.
The location is also very convenient. It is right off Almaden Expressway, but just a couple of blocks into a quiet neighborhood, so it does not feel busy or noisy. Parking is easy, and the facility itself has a nice, calm feel and has never seemed overly crowded.
We recently left our dog with them for a two-week stay, and she seemed very happy and well cared for. One feature we especially appreciate is the cameras, which allow you to check in and see your dog while you are away. It gave us a lot of peace of mind during the longer stay.
Overall, we have been very happy with Dogtopia and, especially, the people who work there. It is clear that they genuinely enjoy being around dogs and care about the animals they look after. Highly recommended!
Have only been there a few times but my dog is getting the mental stimulation of hanging out with his tribe. Bonus is he is nice and tired when he comes home.
