The Dogtopia facility is very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. The dogs are monitored at all times when socializing with each other. I particularly like the space they have for play, and the room is inside out of weather, accidental escapes, and free from environmental hazards such as fleas, ticks, dirt, or allergies from grass or dirt. All the dogs are very clean and have flea/tick protection as a requirement as well as current vaccinations. I would only take my dog to Dogtopia due to the safety of all the animals and the caring staff. Great place!
Curious why Duff was the only dog in a kennel when I picked up. Noone communicated that there was an issue??
Nugget ( our Goldendoodle) LOVES Dogtopia! He has been going once a week for the last 3 plus years! The staff there is amazing. As of this review, we have zero complaints.
We have also boarded with Dogtopia several times. It’s one less thing I worry about when going out of town…. Knowing my fur baby is in good hands! Thank you to the entire staff!!

This is just my experience or concern. Each dog parent has individual needs for their fur animals. Mine did not require daycare services but rather more social interaction and activities. Not sure if that is something that was supported at this point, but I also recognize that becoming familiar with the environment etc., takes time. But that is what I desire for my dogs.
Lots of indoor space for my dog to run around & play.

Friendly, accommodating staff.
The Ghent location offers additional one on one enrichment as well as additional one on Training. That is spectacular. Our pup loves Coach Rissa and all the staff as well as his fury playmates.

The staff is very friendly and professional, my dog is excited to go to daycare every single time and comes home happy and exhausted!
This location is well run,clean,caring handlers and great knowledge of my Dog Ryder.
We are very happy with Dogtopia! Our dog is always excited to arrive, which is a good sign. I love being able to check in on the webcams. Staff is warm and friendly. Drop off for a daycare stay is easy and appointments for overnights are also simple (I plan in advance, though). Our dog comes home happy and tired (and not smelly...)all of which are very positive!
We enjoy the opportunity for one-year-old pup to socialize and play (and get very tired) but have had a number mixed experiences. Got kennel cough earlier this year at a very inopportune time – dogtopia is the only place he goes. And then recently dropped him off for only 90 minutes so he could get his energy out and at pick up he was in a crate. When I inquired they said he and another dog needed to be separated, but when I asked if he was the issue they said no, he was good. So not sure why he ended up in the crate. It's nice to have the resource as needed, but I think we'll keep our visits to only when needed going forward.

I love that your staff really cares about the animals and takes care of them and plays with them. I love that I can have bears nails clip, and then he can also get a spa day. They have all kinds of activities for the dogs on a daily basis.
OMG I love Dogtopia and so does the most important doggie in the world. He loves going once we get to the last stop light he is pacing back and forth in the back seat. Whinning because he can't wait to go in to see all his doggie friends and his human friends. When we leave he has to go to each office staff to say good bye. Not only does he get to play all day long with his doggie friends, he gets guidence on how to be even a better behaved doggie. Thank You Dogtopia for all that you. My fur baby has been at Dogtoipia since he was 8 mnths old and he will be turning 6 in Dec. Time for another bday party plan at Dogtopia.

I think people also consider convenience for dropoff and pick up, so a Beach Blvd location may not work for all the people I recommend them to.
The service is very personalized and the people clearly love working with the dogs.
All the handlers there seem to love what they do & take great care of all the dogs - they have birthday parties & food treats available during nap time

Everyone is so kind, and I can see that your staff cares about every dog that comes in. I know my dog is having his best day ever every day, even if that means laying on a cot from drop off to pick up.

The staff is very caring to my Faith . They always great her and also my husband and I with a smile. It is kept clean and safe for our baby. Also I love how they support therapy and service dogs for others . We also love all the fun activities that they have for our pup.
