Everything. Wonderful people and happy dogs.
We have been bringing our dogs to Dogtopia of Rocklin since their opening. There have never been any problems with the care our dogs received. This is a safe place to bring your pups.
I’m not only very likely to recommend Dogtopia, I already have! The responsiveness and caring of all the staff is what I especially like. Bolt has special needs and everyone has gone out of their way to make sure she is healthy, happy, and well cared for. A special thanks to Meghan.
Very professional and friendly. Love thee place and so does my dog.
Great scheduling and very nice employees. My retriever looks great after a bath. Thank you!
Great location, with easy access to the facility for drop off and pick up. Great staff. Thank you for caring for Birdie.
The staff made it very easy to get our dogs reevaluated and back up into the system. We appreciate this!
Finn always has a great time with his 'friends' and comes home tuckered out!
I have been using you guys for a long time and it feels like things are going downhill. For at least the past 6-8 months I no longer get any sort of reminder email/text or call. The last time I had an appointment, luckily I called the evening before to confirm and they told me that the groomer was going to be out the next day and I needed to reschedule. If I hadn't called I'm not even sure I would have been notified and I would have driven my three dogs all the way there just to be told the appointment was canceled. I rescheduled and still didn't get a reminder text. Also the military discount as been discontinued I was told this week. I've been going here for a few years now and even though it is pretty far from my house I always appreciated the service and the price but now those two things seem to be declining so I might have to look at a place closer to my house. Disappointing!
I moved into the Volair Apartment building in October. My boyfriend and I always talked about how we would like a puppy and it would be so convenient because the doggy daycare is 10 steps away from us. We got our puppy early February, and he is now currently almost 5 months old. I checked the doggy daycares website monthly to try to enroll him, so excited, I had to wait for a certain age which completely understandable. Finally my boyfriend and I get to enroll him, he goes in for him meet and greet, and we were genuinely happy with the one female worker there, she was so sweet and caring. During the meet and greet they decided to put Finn, our 4 month old golden retriever at the time in the 'GYM' area. He is 40 pounds so I agreed but was hesitant. When Finn was in the gym area I closely monitored, felt uncomfortable at times, dogs trampled over him left and right and 2 dogs in specific kept trampling on him consistently. The workers suggested keeping him there for an hour at least, but just seeing how he kept getting trampled over I felt uncomfortable and picked him up after 40 minutes. I wanted to book him the following few days and in my special comments I asked for just a short time could he just get used to the toy box area, I saw a beagle, a golden doodle, and a other dog that was the same size as Finn so I asked in the comments, to which I got a text ensuring me they would closely monitor Finn and no accommodations could be made, the text seemed reassuring so I figured I would give it another chance. The following day my boyfriend had brought Finn in and I closely monitored the cameras, instantly these two dogs kept trampling and a dog even had Finn by him throat, yanking him back and forth, I couldn't believe it. At one point the person taking care of the room was by a cabinet, and not even witnessing what happened, checked 2 minutes later to cut out him biting Finn's neck and then checked his neck, now I understand dogs play but I did take screenshots of each time that one dog was aggressive and biting Finn, trampling, and I could count more than one hand. Finn is 40 pounds, a golden retriever, he is the sweetest, so I went back in tears 20 MINUTES AFTER DROPPING HIM OFF and talked to a male at the counter, I expressed how I don't like the other dog in there tugging at his neck 5 different occasions and to please move him to the toy box to which he explained that his worker is trained, me not doubting the training at all, my dog was getting yanked and she was not witnessing I didn't feel comfortable. I had work in a short hour, I am a hairdresser so my client depend of my timing--- the worker then tells me "so you wanna take him out?" not willing to even check and try the toy box area, not willing to talk to the worker to keep a closer eye, not willing to accommodate anything-- I decided to take him out, I had to call my work and not show up, which is extremely upsetting being I relied on dogtopia for that day.
Multiple instances happened, multiple tramples on my dog, multiple biting on his neck, the trainer even examined it in that short 20 minutes I had him there. if I kept him for the whole day I don't believe he would have been okay in the gym area, I just wished they would have given the toy box a try for a few weeks until he got used to the dogs in there and maybe he would have been better in gym after that, I would have been the most loyal person there if I felt my needs and my puppies needs were being met. Finn may be a friendly golden retriever but there is no way he should be in a pen with full grown dogs when he is just 4 months at that time.
Competent, helpful, and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Minnie is EXHAUSTED when I pick her up.
Just started.
My dog loves to go there and play with other dogs. It is convenient and I am often able to sign up with spots available at the last minute. I also like the webcam.
Dogtopia has helped our dog improve his social skills, the staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the drop off and pick-up times are very flexible.
Amazing
Informed and friendly staff who really love dogs! They made it so easy for me to re-introduce my dog so that she could board as needed and become a happy frequent flyer.
Awesome place! My dog LOVES going there. I just have to say the word daycare and he goes crazy. I actually think his behavior is better at home lately too.
I haven’t used the services of Dogtopia’s for years but I remember them being very good. I only have used the grooming service in the recent past.
Everything. Friendly, accommodating, the staff seem to enjoy him and he is anxious to go there. He’s exercised. Socialized. And doesn’t come home frantic… Thank you.
The cleanliness of the office & spa!

Attention and care given to the dogs
We absolutely love Dogtopia, Geneva! Everyone there is so friendly and treats Poppy like part of the family. She has such a great time and comes home exhausted from all the fun she has!
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🧡 Poppy is such a special part of our pack, and we love having her with us. It means a lot to hear how much she enjoys her time here—nothing better than a happy, tired pup after a full day of play! We’re so grateful to have you both as part of our Dogtopia family. 🐾
Everything, you guys are awesome!
I was very impressed with Dogtopia of Norfolk - Ghent from the moment I walked through the doors. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put me at ease. They took great care of my dogs and even gave me a full tour of the facility during our meet and greet. I really appreciated how they walked me through each room, explained the daily activities, and went over all the services offered, it showed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
I was also impressed with the meal options and the healthy treats available. The cute photo opportunities with props were also such a fun bonus! What stood out the most, though, was the creativity and effort they put into planning activities for the dogs. It’s clear they truly care, and that means everything when you’re trusting someone with your pets.
I travel often for work and have used various dog daycare facilities, but this has by far been my favorite experience. This is also the only place my dogs are excited to go into and just as reluctant to leave. That alone says it all. We can’t wait to come back!
Friendliness. Care for our pets. Knowledgeable staff. All great.
Great place. People and dog friendly!
The people there really care about your dog!
They never disappoint!
They will never turn you away.

You really like dogs! It's not true for other dog care facilities.
I do want to mention that more supervision might be in order for weekends. Unlike during weekdays, facility smells like urine. Employees seem harried. One Saturday one of the entry doors was open because "it was too hot."
