Everything. The friendly staff, the ease in talking to the owner and staff. Everyone there seems to really care about each and every pup that walks in and knows them by name.
Our dog loves going there and is always excited when he sees the staff members. Just an all-around great place for pups and their owners.

We absolutely love Dogtopia! The staff is incredibly attentive to our EmmaJane—they know her personality, her quirks, and always make sure she feels safe and happy. It’s clear they truly love every pup that comes through their doors.
Having grooming and baths available on-site is a huge plus. It’s so convenient to pick up a freshly bathed, beautifully groomed dog who has also had a fun day of play. The team goes above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care they give EmmaJane. Highly recommend!
Our dog ended up with kennel cough and I would have liked to know another canine was sick. Also don't like the use of crating and on rotation when another dog doesn't connect well. I can crate him at home and it doesn't cost me to do so I get it's a safety for employees ans animals but I see it as throwing money out the window when he's in a crate trying to figure it out

We love Dogtopia !!! Lake is loved and she loves her coaches. From the staff at the front desk to the coaches in the back we ALWAYS know she is taken care

We have used Dogtopia in the past, and it has been a pleasant experience.
Our recent visit was different unfortunately. The front desk staff - one was welcoming but the other who was checking us in barely spoke to us or gave eye contact.
We love having video access, that they give a 2 hour break during the day, that the dogs remain together.
Dolli does smell bad every time she returns home. We do see that the dogs are allowed to go to the bathroom anywhere and the staff do a good job quickly cleaning up. I do wish they had more outside time.
Overall, this is a fine facility, and the dogs are known, cared for, specific notes are followed, and they communicate well. I would take our dog again!
Dante my dog always has a great time. We get great piece of being able to see him on the doggie cams too.

These guys are amazing. Great customer service and they take very good care of everyone’s furry friends! The best thing is they communicate so well.
I was not aware that the dogs were not let out to go to the bathroom. They will not go on a floor as this is how your operation is run. They had to pee so bad from not being allowed outside that we barely made it to a grassy area. The dogs were so thirsty when they got home, so I’m not sure if they had free rein for water which they should have at all times. Finally, I was never advised that my dogs would be in a crate until got there. They were to put in a crate for 2 hours for nap time, at which time the cameras were shut off. Not sure what and that makes me very uncomfortable. One more thing, their collars were removed while they were at daycare, that should never happen! I have tracking collars on them for a reason! While the staff was extremely pleasant, Dogtopia is not right for my family.
Everyone at Dogtopia is very personal, professional and accommodating! My dog is given the care and attention she needs and loves spending her days there. I am always confident she is in good hands and I highly recommend!!!

All of the employees are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when we board our dog, Chewie.
Topaz has been going since he was eight weeks old, and he’s now 17 months, so they’ve been a big part of his life. They do a great job keeping the dogs active and social, and the themed events and photo days are always fun. Their spa services are a nice touch too. It’s one of those places where you can tell they genuinely care, and it shows every time we walk in.
Staff very friendly and helpful. My dog readily wants to go see her dog friends too.
The dogs love it there. They're always happy to go. When I pick them up, they're tired out and it's a good change of pace for them.
