Friendly staff - great communication.
Dogtopia staff are so friendly and know my dog, and us, by name. I called and told them that my puppy has issues self regulating, and they started crating him more during the day (even if he hates me for it). I love checking in on Kiwi during the day on the cameras to see he's having fun and being taken care of.
All in all I've had nothing but positive experiences here and would recommend it to everyone.
Friendly and caring staff!
Remy LOVES DogTopia daycare, spa, and training! The staff are amazing with her. She does so well and is absolutely EXHAUSTED when she comes home at night. I have routinely been having her go twice a week to continue her socialization, get her energy out while I’m at work and being able to have that fun that she needs in her life. She’s going to stay for a weekend in August and I’m sure she’s going to be absolutely tired when she comes home! We love you guys and are so thankful for you inviting us into the DogTopia family with open arms and constant love!

Easy drop off and pick up, web cams so I can check on my boy. Staff is always friendly and my Snowflake really likes it there.
Everyone is very friendly. Our dog loves the Romper rooms. It clean, fun and safe. We can easily watch from home. The team at Dogtopia is always very welcoming and friendly!

Convenience and staff friendliness.
The staff is amazing! The site is very clean and everyone is so very friendly and helpful. Hazel attends the spa and looks amazing EVERY TIME, she rushes into day care to play, and on occasion is boarded there with no issues whatsoever. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating.
A few of the days the live feed was down during boarding. This isn't a deal breaker, but the front lobby smells so strange.
The staff are professional and truly seem to like the pets, and they remember my pet. The app makes it easy to reserve for overnight boarding or day care. I appreciate that drop in day care is allowed. I like the webcam so I can check up on my pet.
My dog is always excited about coming to daycare! The facility is clean, bright and well supervised. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love being about to check in on my pup using the web cam.
All the trainers have made my dog feel welcome and cared for...my dog, Margot, is a rescue pup and was not well socialized in her prior environment. She has now come out of her shell more and "enjoys" her time with you...her timidness is much reduced. We appreciate that all the dogs in her group are really "chill"!
The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. I feel Bo is safe when he comes to play and is well cared for. Communication is good and love the app for scheduling.
I feel he is being looked after,fed, and he is safe there.
Dogtopia is great! Then genuinely love the dogs. Love all the silly activities and the space the dogs have. My dog always comes home tired too!

I have one suggestion - could the staff wear name tags? I feel so bad not remember people's names and name tags would be very helpful!
We keep getting told we can access the camera and see our dog, but it doesn’t work and no one can fix it.
