Staff is outstanding
The staff is kind, the facility is clean and I appreciate that the staff has extensive training.
I love everything about it. They are real certified technicians, they understand my dog and his issues and work with him to create an ideal experience. He was expelled from another daycare for being over active but they group him with similar dogs and he gets along great. He is generally reactive with people but at Dogtopia he loves everyone! He is excited to go there and doesn't want to leave at night. I could not say enough good things about this place

I've noticed lately when I have been boarding Olive, I don't get any text updates. I know it's mainly been only 1 day but it's still nice to get photos and updates on your dog while you're away as sometimes I don't get a chance to check the webcams. He does still love Dogtopia and his dog coaches that's why we continue to return as the level of service doesn't always seem to be consistent. There's also a some really great coaches that keep the dogs moving in the rooms, I'm seeing less of them on their cell phones the majority of their shift.

My dog loves everyone there, and that's the best sign I can get from him. Staff is friendly to humans and obviously friendly to dogs. My dog pulls to go in, and every time he seems any of the staff members, his tail wags violently!

My dog is very loved by everyone there and she loves to play with the other dogs. She is taken care of and the workers make sure to keep all the dogs safe. She also loves the bubbles and pool days!!
They are getting my dog ready for pickup as soon as I walk in the door. I can see her on camera's and she gets love and attention. She loves playing with the other dogs. The place is clean and I feel really good about leaving her there.
I love that they have a dedicated person in the rooms at all times. They are all knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and they can handle different quirks dogs may have. I also love how they get to know your pet and treat them like they are their own. The camera is a definite plus so you can check on your pet.
The staff is amazing!! My pup loves coming here and I feel very comfortable leaving her with them. They have fun activities scheduled for the pups too.

Accessible, clean, organized. Great customer service. Efficient drop off and pick up system. My dogs are excited to be there. Only thing I don't like is the use of kennels.
Each of the dog "friends/sitters" are very friendly and kind to Ginger. She loves being there with her four-legged friends and she REALLY loves the salmon bowls. I know she's in good hands when I bring her to Dogtopia in Brick.

The staff make the whole experience fantastic, you can you tell that they take pride in their roles and how much they pay attention to your pups, and how the rooms are always being cleaned.

Everyone there is always super friendly! My pup is always very excited to go to Dogtopia. He can tell when we are nearby and cries, he’s so excited. I love that the staff there know me and my pup and I love all the add ons, like midday treats, tooth brushing, etc, to make his day special. It’s always a treat for him. Thank you!!
