Friendly staff
Friendly staff, clean facility, my dog is always greeted with love when she gets there. Very flexable in pick up times.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! I love the webcams and the lunch menu. My doggies are in great hands and have a blast when they are there!

The price for kenneling is costly but I like that they let them play all day!
I have not done overnight stays mainly because I don’t think she would do great in a crate at night. We don’t crate her because she gets cramped up and stiff and needs to be able to move around.
That is the only downfall I see about the place.
Clean. Safe for all dogs. Live Video. Fun and great exercise for the doggies.
Friendly and caring
We love literally EVERYTHING about the Tech Center Dogtopia!! We were initially pretty nervous to bring in our dogs (Pip, a Yorkie, and Sam, a mini Aussie) because they're both a little anxious about new things/places, and the first few times they went, they mostly stuck together and didn't really explore. But because of how kind the coaches and staff are--especially Aidan, who Sam is obsessed with--they soon started LOVING daycare and now when we pull up they can't wait to jump out of the car and they run in wiggling their butts with excitement to see all their human and doggy friends. The people who work there are THE BEST (totally deserving of the all-caps); they are beyond friendly, cheerful, and understanding. They always greet Sam and Pip by name with big hugs, and it makes our dogs feel so special and happy. All of the rooms are clean and bright (they also have a great outdoor space for the dogs to hang out on nice days), and we love that we can watch Sam and Pip on the webcams (we're "helicopter parents" and we like to keep an eye on them during the day). Dogtopia also has days with different kinds of treats (like pup cups and bacon) as well as "photo days"--we recently signed up for a Valentine's photo day and got the cutest pix of Sam and Pip wearing heart sunglasses and hats (for only $7!!). We would rate Dogtopia 10000/10 and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe, happy, wonderful daycare for their dog!
Our 5 year old Dog loves the handlers They take such good care of her. We are so grateful for the dedicated team. That's what makes htis place so special. The communication is also easy. Thank you, Dogtopia!

We love the Dogtopia franchise! It's convenient, has good hours, an excellent knowledgeable and fully trained staff, also trained in CPR for pets, there are theme days, nap time, toys. My pup loves it there and comes back each time happy, smiling, and fully exhausted. He looks forward to going there and happily trots right in, greeting everyone and eager to play.
I like that the atmosphere seems smaller than other daycares. I can tell each staff member cares about the dogs like they’re their own.

Our dog always comes home extremely dirty and smelling terrible. IF there was a way to have better ventilation it may help. We don't have this challenge at other daycares we use.
Everyone is so kind and helpful. They always reach out if something is wrong with my dog or if they have anything special going on that day. They do a great job with spa and nails when needed. They know my dog well and my dog gets so excited to see everyone there. If I need an extra day for any reason they always take her. My dog is able to get out all her energy while there which is perfect considering she is a high energy dog. I have easy access to the cameras if I ever want to check on her. They do a great job of making sure the dogs all get along. I would always recommend this location, and I have.

One suggestion - have the handlers learn how to put harnesses on...when I picked up my dog the harness was inside out AND backwards, didn't think that was even possible...clearly not on correctly and more importantly not securely. Individuals handling dogs should know how a harness fits.

The staff is great. Really enjoy my brief interactions with all of them. Easy to schedule. I like the spa services. I wish there was an easier way to get in the front door--maybe a buzzer?
