The coaches are great with the dogs. Everyone there are nice and greet the dogs with excitement. Very friendly staff

Our two dogs love, love this place. They are so excited when they find out that they are going to "school". This is how I know that they are receiving the utmost care.
The staff at Dogtopia really cares about the safety and well being of our anxious pup. We feel very comfortable leaving our dog there throughout the day with the continuous monitoring by staff. He comes out of day care refreshed and happy!
I was charged $93 for bath, haircut etc. when I got home I noticed that her nails had not been trimmed. I called and expressed my concern. I ask what the fee was for a nail trim was & was informed that it was $25. I was also told that their rate had increased of which I was never notified. I checked the website and never found any info regarding rate increases. I was upset that I was charged for a service that was not provided & concerned about if anything other than bath & haircut were provided. $25 for a nail trim on an 8 lb dog seems excessive. I ask for. $25 credit & it was credited. It is difficult to make appointments as there is no set days their groomer is available.

Generally and overall very happy. Getting the dogs into Dogtopia can be a challenge when mornings are busy; there doesn't seem to be consistent behavior by other dog owners trying to do the same at the same time.

Tucker loves going to Dogtopia and can barely contain his excitement when we get to the door. Dogtopia offers a safe and stimulating experience for the dogs and are very attentive to their needs and their mannerisms/behaviours.
I'm appreciative of their care and concern for my dog and their friendly and welcoming demeanour during every interaction.
The hours are flexible and it's been a great help for me with adjusting to a new work/life schedule.
It's definitely Tucker's favourite place outside of the park (generally) and I'm so thankful for a service like this that I trust with my dog.

I love knowing that when I drop Gibby off he is running to the door because he can’t wait to get inside. The Dogtopia team is so amazing and I love all the themes and activities that are scheduled. Thank you all for making Gibby have the best day every time he is there.

Ziggy, my pup, loves coming to daycare. He knows about a mile or two before we get there where he's headed, and he can't get out of the car fast enough :)
Murdock loves this place and he loves the staff. Even when he's misbehaved (I hear he doesn't enjoy puppies) they're good to him and fair, and handle him gently. I've recommended this place to several people I know.
The staff and owners are very engaged and welcoming. They take care of my dog as I would. I would highly reccomend
