The Franklin Dogtopia gave my 13yr old Beagle a Spa treatment. Shortly over a hour later he was clean and smelling great. The staff were attentive to his needs.
It always gives me such a peace of mind to leave my baby here! The staff always gets to know each dog so well, and you can tell that they love what they do.

My little Loki always has the best time. He is a high energy dog so being able to run and play with so many other dogs helps a lot. I know he is getting great care and is being watched over by caring people. I never worry or stress about leaving him.

The staff and management, especially Sam, cares for my dog. My dog has been going to Dogtopia since she was a few months old and she’s now four. She’s happy to get dropped off at Dogtopia and gets plenty of playtime with her pup friends. I’ve boarded her at Dogtopia multiple times and always know that she is well cared for. I’m grateful for Dogtopia and how they help me keep my dog happy and healthy!
Fewer dogs per room.
There is a crate in the middle room that is enclosed and the dogs seem to be stressed out by it when there is a dog in it. They gather around it and pace.
The staff were friendly, understanding and listened to me. My dog did well and looks great!

I really enjoy the coaches and how they interact with my dog, he can be a bit scared of new people but they take their time to get to know him. Domino always has a great time when he goes. I do believe he really enjoys the new outside area as well.

All of the staff were both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. They took the time to explain everything to a new puppy parent and were so calm and patient with the puppy herself. Christina did an excellent job on a very nervous squirrelly puppy, no easy feat!
I love how well taken care of my pup is! He gets lots of playtime with friends and canine coaches and he loves it
I appreciate that all my questions were answered and the staff took the time to reassure my dog’s safety and taking steps to work with my dog. I also thought it was helpful I was able to view my dog’s experience for the first day.
