I’ve requested teeth brushing for my dog three times now, and it hasn’t been done by pickup each time

Everyone is so welcoming from the moment I drop Samara off until I pick her up. The facility is always clean, and I love that the dogs spend their mornings playing and participating in activities, with crate time only used for naps. The transparency is wonderful—I can check in and watch Samara through the cameras whenever I want. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the dogs, and I always feel comfortable leaving her in their care. Highly recommend! 🐾❤️
When we go on vacation we never have to worry about our Luna. She is always well taken care of.

Everyone who works there are so awesome! They treat all the dogs like they would their own dogs. Both my dogs go absolutely bananas when I ask them if they want to go to daycare! They love it there.

Tilghman loves his days at ‘school’. He is stimulated during and exhausted at the end of the day. Dogtopia is right down the street and we relish our nice calm walk to decompress before he plops down on the cool tile floor to nap when we get home.
I appreciate that the staff knows my dog's name and his personality! Everyone is so happy to greet him in the morning and he runs in the door to say hi to everyone.

Literally everything. Accessibility via webcams, communication if you're running late for pickup, the beautiful facility, frequent cleaning of playground toys; And that's before taking into account how much my PUP loves you guys. Yes, visiting once a week has made her confident, social, and eager to meet new people AND other pups; But just the WORD "daycare" on a Friday sends her into a frenzy. It is no exaggeration to say her FAVOURITE time of the week is Friday, "Daycare Day" where she gets a half day to spend with her friends, making new friends, and generally just being a happy dog. Just a half day, and she comes home absolutely bone-dead tired, sleeping in her crate for hours. It's usually lunch Saturday before she's mentally or physically ready to do anything again, and I love that for her.
The whole team that works there is so friendly and I know they treat my dog well!
I boarded my dog there for the weekend in the gym and every time I checked in on her through the webcams she was being bullied by 2-4 other dogs, being pinned into corners, being chased around, and being harassed. It wasn't until I called the front desk that anything was done about it. I thought this would change after the first time calling but this happened the next morning as well so I called again and then coordinated my emergency contact to pick her up and remove her from this location. I will not be bringing her back as she was neglected.

When you decided to have your emergency contact pick her up early, we were happy to make the entire visit complimentary. We understand and respect your decision, although we are disappointed to hear that you do not plan to return. Staff is amazing, Susan who has been mgr for many years is absolutely the best. Love the attention to my dog, all of the employees who actually do care. Wouldn’t leave her with anyone else.
The staff is always friendly. I appreciate that they also offer spa services like baths, nail trims, etc. Our dog won't let us cut her nails but she trusts the team at Dogtopia.
