Fantastic team of people! It is clear everyone not only loves dogs but are highly knowledgeable and have high attention to detail! Even after only a few visits, everyone greets my dog by name and are very welcoming. I love that I can check in on the camera to see how much fun my dog is having. Also really like the structure of the day between time in the toy box, outside, and structured nap time (my dog is very resistant to taking naps so I am glad that it's built into the day to make sure he's getting some rest!). Very clear that the programming was build on research and experience with dogs.

The flexible hours. The location. The daily treats and events I can sign my dog up for and the extremely kind and caring staff that loves my dog and always greet us with a smile anytime of the day.
Staff is fantastic
How familiar they are with my dog. We have been coming for a while and they always treat her special and not like just some other dog they have to put into a system.
My dog loves going there and they seem to love seeing him. They also do a good job of communicating if there is any issue and I feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care whether for a day or for boarding.
Great facility, incredibly friendly and outgoing staff, love having the options including daycare, boarding & grooming all in one space for reasonable costs.
I sent Maggie for the first time yesterday and when I was looking at the camera there was another dog that was pulling on her collar repeatedly. The person in the room was not even paying attention to the dogs, but was staring at his phone. She eventually got this other dog off of her, but that was not okay. I understand dogs play, but this was aggressive and not even acknowledged by the person that was supposed to be watching them.

Sometimes takes a long time to here back if your dog is approved or denied (ppl have plans and need to know either way), Dog leaves facility smelling of pee, I wish the coaches would be more hands on with the dogs, petting, loving etc instead of ignoring them and chatting with other coaches.
The caretakers really really like the animals. They do care about them and help them interact with each other. My dog enjoys her time there.
My senior dog is always excited to play with his calmer friends. Love that they have separate rooms suited to different energy levels. My dog leaves happy and well cared for.
My dogs love going here and have not had a bad experience. They always come home tired and ready to cuddle! The girls are super friendly and thoughtful. I have zero complaints and love it here!
The coaches at Dogtopia take very good care of my dog. He just loves his Dogtopia days! Everyone is always very friendly to the humans too. In the 3 years he's been in daycare there, I've never had a negative experience. Highly recommend!

You put up with crazy barking dog because she is so excited to come to Dogtopia.
Honey is well taken care of and is always excited to go to doggy daycare. The trainers have worked on her jumping and it has improved. Very impressed.
I typically just do doggy daycare, which gives our pups a chance to go socialize and get some energy out. We've also done boarding once last minute for an emergency and the staff was very accommodating.
Easy and convenient daycare plans, caring staff, webcam for peace of mind, provided with report on how dog did on first day, helpful follow up email about what to expect after first day.

I asked what time they allowed for pick up and I was told I could pick my dog up until 7:00. I was not told that I would be charged a daycare fee on top of the boarding fee so I was surprised to see a charge of $114 on my credit card instead of the $69 that I expected.
I love all of the activities that my dogs can do during daycare. I wish the boarding hours were better ( staff onsite for longer).
